Bro, pls dont compare houses in Maitama to that of Banana Island. The beauty of Abuja surprises us all here even if you ply the roads all day.

..From a very close observation... the trajectory of the projectile would terminate at the skull of the FRSC official.

...
Yeah, that's possible if the momentum of the mass multiply by the acceleration due to gravity, and divide by square of velocity of the hurl is correctly calculated to determine accurate distance between the stone and the skull! Assuming friction in the air is negligible, this will be fatal hit!
Business › Re: Billionaire Femi Otedola Spotted In A Molue. by CaptainFM1: 12:46am On May 17, 2018
Its acting! Its not real. First, there's no Molue from Sango to Agege. And secondly, anywhere you hear Molue, expect the crowd that visited Buhari in Kano to be there and rushing to board. Na Molue you enter and sit comfortably like that? This man na real actor....Lol

So to you any of those places can be compared to houses in Maitama and Wuse? Some residential houses in Maitama are fifty million per annum and one has to pay for five years. Asokoro will cause you heart attack if I should go there. Ask yourself why no so called celebrities own a house in such places but almost all have one in those your too beautiful places. Abuja is not for the faint hearted bro.
Sharaaaaap! Celebrities would always choose where they will be celebrated. That's why they are celebrities. Abuja is a fncking dull city. That's why celebrities would prefer Lagos ahead anytime. Tell me any Musician or actor/actress rated within the top 20 that is based in Abuja?

Do you know properties are generally overpriced in many places in Nigeria? If not, try compare properties on Banana Island and Maitama with top best cities in the world?

Sorry bae, Lasgidi is for smart people! Need I remind you what our three wise men "welcome to Lagos" mean?

No dulling, No idling, Be smart!

Lagos is a very dynamic city, Abuja is still playing catch up till date...thanks to oil money tho.

Lagos is a land of opportunities that's why hustlers thronged it. You are not a hustler...Perhaps the lazy Nigerian youth your daddy in Aso rock talked about.

It seems to me that Abuja is for Lazy people and polithievians. Its very easy to waddle your tail in front of a Dino and land yourself a very juicy contract on Nicon Hilton bed however ugly you may be.

When comparing two cities, you have to be very objective and detach your emotions from the two. Some of your points are clearly valid but most appear a one sided thinking!

cool

The checklist for measuring satisfaction or maximum utility differs.

Abuja:
- Serene
- Could be lethargic (absolute state of Torpor from the Head of State to Legislators to Civil Servants and inadvertently Private Businesses)
- Very good roads at CBD and environs
- Hinterlands, Suburbs and Rural areas are as dense and environmentally unfriendly as Lagos
- Could have tough climatic conditions at certain times of the year
- Not very flexible
- Low density at CBD but quite high at Rural areas
- Generally peaceful
- Affordable and Clean transportation
- Heavily dependent on Government activities
- Fairly good social life

Lagos
- Certain areas are very Urbane
- Hectic transportation predominantly on the mainland
- Land of endless possibilities and opportunities
- Fast paced. Activates your determination for success and excellence
- Very prone to pollution
- Evolves daily
- Fairly good climatic conditions except at the peak of rainy season
- Amazing social life
- Better potential for professional work experience
- Medium crime rate
- Great potentials for SMEs
- Very densely populated

I have lived in both cities. My preference is for Lagos. Formative years' experience is a key criterion to determine the factors that defines preference.

Live in Lekki, work in Victoria Island or Ikoyi or live and work in close proximity on the Mainland. Be financially stable and the ills of living in Lagos can be cushioned to a large degree.

I love Lagos smiley smiley
You made a very good and honest analysis of both cities. The lady seems to be comparing Maitama with Abule Egba! I bet she's yet to see the wonders coming up at Eko Atlantic city.

Please don't. It may not be a positive move. You bet she has seen and heard enough already and she's hopeful that phase too will come to past. Just support her with your prayers.
Celebrities › Re: Linda Ikeji Poses In Swimsuit By The Poolside In Her Banana Island Mansion by CaptainFM1: 5:52am On May 13, 2018
She need to realise that virtually everybody loves for one thing or the other. I'm sure there will be hundreds of men, however poor they are that love her genuinely and will be willing to take her as a wife. Sometimes taking a step back beyond the money and career may be needed to get things fixed up.

Its not every time that the rich must marry the rich, or politicians son marry politicians daughter. An average and reasonable man, even if he's a newspaper deliver may just make perfect sense. I don't see why she should be overly choosy anymore. If Don Jazzy(Another case we need to pray 4 anyway) is serious, fine. And if its even her male photographer, so long as the person is reasonable and compatible. I suggest she should just go for the person.

Like someone mentioned earlier "she's actually doing a lot at her age to get attracted to men"...I suppose the bikini/pool pose largely corroborated that.
That been said, she's getting "young" so fast. I pray God answers her before the end of the year.

With Love Aunty Linda,
FM.

i wonder why some people will be fighting for the course that endangers their own lives but enrich others who r the main protagonist...
stupidity to say the least
This kind of thing will continue to happen. I keep saying it, the Nigerian political system has been cunningly schemed against the common man. The poor will always continue to fight for a course they are not going to benefit from.

Once this polithievians give them N5000, they will go all out to fight, stuff ballot boxes, rig elections and all that.
