I am surprised you say you are a medical student but you are saying this. There’s difference between sperm and semen. It is true the body produces sperm every seconds. But in the act of ejaculation whereby sperm and semen is released. The sperm can be reproduced within minutes. But semen is not. The body does not produce semen at the same rate and it does not absorb the semen at the same rate. this is due to age/aging, and other lifestyle factors.
