Maybe they're worried you might outshine them and uppercut them to oblivion in the office. Maybe the structure of the firm can't accommodate someone as smart as you are. But that shouldn't be your problem.

Unless the interviewer is intimidated by your success and is bent on employing a mediocre.

You can if you're using it to prove that you strive towards EXCELLENCE. Also will be great too if you were the best graduating student.

Please anything about you that gives you an advantage over other candidates is very welcome. It all goes to prove that you have the diligence to follow through in whatever you do. All the best to you.

I advice you, write down all the advantages you have 'over others' and find a way to fuse them into your answers.

For an adult that has gone through all the formative years, games don't have any psychological effect. But for kids, it sure does!

FYI, RSUST used to be known as the haven of striking lecturers until the new Management (unfortunately we paid all d ASUU price for the now students). But right now, RSUST didn't even go on the nationwide strike, let alone their internal strike.

I pray the VC would draw out a template for handling ASUU and distribute during the next Association of University VCc meeting!

U shouldn't be worried. Sometimes the auto-mail system fails. But as long as you see your application completed you're alright. You should actually see the application completed on that page.

Nope. I asked my assessor on my assessment day and she said we'll start expecting messages after they have concluded the AC in all regions. That is, all regions will be collated and results released at once.

I've sent it my application and haven't received an acknowledgement mail after 24 hours.

The advice goes to everyone doing a job they don't like. Unemployment is imminent in Nigeria. So anybody can start their career anywhere.

But from day one, have a plan for your exit. Don't just rest on your oars on a job you don't get fulfilment from.

Some people love banking and they're down with it.
