bobby256: Lol.Dude dnt get me wrng,d answa is 5100.If u assumed d initial is 0,basically ur sayin ur usin integer cuz d lower limit of an integer is 0 nd upper limit is +infinity.-1000 is real, wit lower limit -infinity nd upper limit +infinity,so if its a real number,u cnt jux assume its 0(I do get d fact dat ur tryin 2 disapprove d oda guy by dat logic bt its also knd of wrng) .So u cnt add -1000 to 40,-real + integer,it won't work.Dnt wana prolong,if ur a mathematician,u'd understand.Oga Maths, you got it all upside down! So in the very before of CAC, 400 Wonderous Wonderment Banks were opened. Nawa o! Nobody warned us! Abeg where are those Wondevil Banks so I avoid them intoto. |
Buy why are they interviewing her? Did she invent a robot that can solve Nigeria's problem or did she win in the last Olympics? This is a case of a nation's misplaced priority. A woman decide to make fool of herself, wham! She becomes a celebrity. *walks away in disgust* |
ubanett: after drinking the water it subdued the inner rage I use to have , now I am a peaceful man. drink the water with faith and you will be well. Please what is inner rage? I'm not trying to be condescending so don't get my question wrong. I feel if you still need 'faith' to take the water and be cured of whatever, it's as good as swallowing a granite in faith and expect it to heal ur ulcer. So long as faith is involved! |
The U.S. Department of State is currently seeking applications for a new exchange program for Sub-Saharan Africa, the Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders. The Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, the new flagship program of President Obama’s Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), will bring 500 young leaders ages 25 to 35 to the United States each year beginning in 2014 for academic coursework and leadership training and will create unique opportunities in Africa for Fellows to put new skills to practical use in leading organizations, communities, and countries. The Washington Fellowship includes: * A 6-week Academic and Leadership Institute: Fellows are placed at U.S. colleges and universities for academic institutes. Institutes will focus on skills development in one of three areas: Business and Entrepreneurship, Civic Leadership, or Public Management. * A Summit with President Obama in Washington, DC: At the conclusion of the academic and leadership institute, all Fellows will participate in a Presidential Summit. * An optional 8-week U.S. Internship: As part of the Fellowship application, individuals may apply to receive practical training at a U.S. business, civil society organization, or public agency in the United States. Approximately 100 Washington Fellows will be selected for U.S.-based internships. * Continued Activities in Africa: Fellows will have the opportunity for continued networking opportunities, ongoing professional development, access to seed funding, and community service activities upon their return home after the Fellowship. We invite you to reach out to any qualified young African leaders you may know and encourage them to apply for this prestigious Fellowship opportunity. The online application for the Washington Fellowship and more information can be found at http://youngafricanleaders.state.gov/washington-fellows/. Completed applications, including all supporting documents, are due by January 27, 2014. All applications must be submitted via the online application system. Any questions about the application should be emailed to washingtonfellowship@irex.org<mailto:washingtonfellowship@irex.org>. Apllication ends January 27, 2014 12:00 midnight EST time. If you feel you got what it takes to help the nation and you want an opportunity to hone it then apply! Brought it to the Politics section for obvious reasons... |
This is crazy! What's the CMD doing there? What are all the senior doctors that keep threatening strike on the nation doing? Abi they want Fayose to come find out himself when oxygen has finished eh? So the hospital is not generating money enough to buy something as important as oxygen? Well thank God I don't get sick. I hate Nigerian hospital with a passion so deep you can't fathom it. Haven't seen anyone go to a Nigerian hospital and come back alive...no one I know! Rubbish doctors practising archaic medicine. Why won't people patronize the shady and hungry looking guy selling drugs in the bus? Why won't people believe that that sweet wrapped in golden foil(ginseng or something) can cure all illnesses? Shame on the doctors! Shame on the Health Sector!! |
I think Nigeria hasn't been insulted enough. You(the citizens) think you're the only ones who know that Nigeria is seriously underperforming? Wake up and smell the poo! It stinks across the Atlantic If we(Nigerians) can't confront our government to do what is right, I only pray the International insults will wake us up. Let every country, I beg, from henceforth insult our President, Senators, Governors, all the band of them whenever they come to their country to waste our money! Change has to come! |

You should have used Nigerian-names to add to the aesthetics. Manipulative Makinwa Dream Killing Kelechi |

Please is this a slumber party? This story looks like the lady has been auditioning for Wale Adenuga's ODD WORLD abi na THIS LIFE! Gullible Nigerians...even graduates here believe this crazy story. Who says poverty does not give inspiration? I thought my ex-gf was a super liar...now I know better! And to that LA-residing, lagos-ghost seeing Idi Amin...abeg try something else. |
The fact you're keeping it secret makes your intention look more suspicious. Truth is, guys don't like their friends dating their sister because only one out of the numerous relationships we(guys) startup end in marriage. The rest is statistics and they don't want their sister to be the statistics that you(the friend) constantly remind them of whenever they see you. Guys love their women finally! So do the needful. Talk to the guy about it. But seriously, if you don't have intentions to take the relationship to marriage, just quit it. Cos when the relationship ends, it'll screw up all other relationships that exist between both families(both the office relationship between her dad and your mum, your friendship with the brother, the little likeness the sisters and mum have for you). Infact you'll screw everything up with the little act of indiscretion. Do some soul-searching. Cos I deduce from your post that it seems the girl kind of initiated the relationship by first showing love and leaving you in a 'helpless' situation. Some girls are like that, they don't know the enormity of a relationship with their brother's friend. |
Today makes it exactly one month since application deadline. Has anyone heard word from them? |
So I've been on a hiatus from this thread(only read comments sha)...cos the wait is taking too long! It is said that prolonged hope makes the hear go weary. Not deterred in hope though...and I don't expect anyone here to. We'll all get great Xmas gifts from FBN like I mentioned in my last post. Thanks to all the guys that have beyond all odds kept this place lively! You're too much!!! May all your dreams come true...even tonight! Season's Greetingz! |
Why must everything be about pleasing women? Geez! It's getting lame. How about doing something cos you love to...for a change! |
ignis: Bro, That's not how negative marking is done. Please go through your calculation again, and you will discover Where you got it wrong. You subtracted twice. That's exactly how negative marking is done. It's the subtraction of the probability to get the correct answer. If you've written SAT before you'll know. For a question with 4-multiple choice, you have a probability of 0.25 to get d answer so dats wats subtracted for every failed attempt at getting the answer. But from ptdf instruction, I think its a whole number subtraction which is very wrong. |
deesquare-diddy:I thought the whole essence of this thread is to find out the way it should be...or atleast a way closest to the way it should be. |
Having premarital sex is not a guarantee that you'll be savvy with sexual issues during marriage. Staying celibate till marriage doesn't mean you'd be naïve about sex in your marriage. For me, I think it's better, if you both can save the 'first' intimacy for d wedding night. Like two teenagers 'learn from scratch'. And define your(your spouse and you) definition of 'INTIMACY' that revolves around your partner. Because I think the main reason for promiscuity is the fact that most of us have had too many sexcapades that our sexual preferences have had the shape of an amoeba and far-reaching that one person can't satiate us anymore. Well that notwithstanding, if you have started having sex before marriage (a lot of u have) you can still learn to 'fit' your preference to your partner or learn to be partners indeed. Either way, if you want your marriage to work...whether you're a pro or a newbie, you'll make it work! CAVEAT: I'm writing with the intention that only people within the right age limit will opt to read this. |
Goddex: The FG is constructing many more roads in Abuja than what Lagos state is doing but we don't get to hear this much propaganda. Lagos need pipeborne water like most other cities and not these noisemaking when a 2KM road is asphalted. Is Abuja the workspace for the federal government? Abi u wan use FG money compare state money? Please stop showing off illiteracy here. If your President wanted to handle state-level projects he should have just opted to become a governor than a president. The dumbness portrayed in your comment is irritating. |
This is by far the dumbest thing I've had to read on NL. You're not a christian, whoever you are. You're just a self-righteous bigot who feels he can condemn people. Atleast if you can affect a quarter lives Nelson touched by doing a quarter of sacrifices he did then you can spill your rotten brain here. Till then run along to your hell! |
OMG! I know this girl Met her when I went to visit a friend wjen we were serving. She's from Abia State. Lovely girl....when I say lovely I mean every word of it. **tears just dripping down my eyes** |
Unless you want to continue in the delusion that you can provide for all her wants at everytime, I advise you to take the situation as a man and move on. Even the dudes that av more dough that you do can't provide everything their ladies ask of them. Know your limit per time but hustle hard to expand it. |
jdbabzy: I thank God for the outcome sir. It went very well...Lol...FBN is saying good things. Xmas gifts from FBN coming soon. But that PRESSID go make sense to get o. |
jdbabzy: NUC's PRESSID exams done and dusted; all glory to God.Jdbabzy how was the test? |
But come to think of it, of what concern is Mandela's heaven-hell status to the OP? You wish to find some blemish on him to justify some deep-seated whack ideology of yours eh. What even gives you the conviction that there's hell and heaven? You're not sure of these things, these are just theories man created to check himself. Abeg leave Madiba to Rest in Peace biko. He was a great man and your heaven-theory won't change it! |
He's resting in peace, Judge. |
omoelu1: i don't know how transferring data through wire cables will be cheaper than doing so wirelessly .Wired networks have more bandwidth! Your simple LAN has 100MB/s while wireless lan has about 54MB/s |
eliment: this is a very wrong logic, either RIM compresses for bb and Android doesn't does not matter one bit. what we are saying is give both same amount of data for same amount of money so that usage will be at their own detriment simple or is RIM paying for data service for bb ownersIn reality, what you should be paying for is bandwidth not data size. But since they can't apportion bandwidth ATM, they have to spread the cost since everyone has access to all the babdwidth. |
