Is this a country? No I'm asking!
What legal advice can supercede that of the supreme court? You can't try this in Zimbabwe or little Tanzania. Talk more of a country like Nigeria.

Whether supporters of Obi or Atiku or Tinubu oo....look we are all just deceiving ourselves. These people don't mean well for us. Just to make name for themselves and loot what's left of the country.

There was a country.......but it no longer exists. What we are seeing is only a mirage now. Soon the mirage will become clear
Abubakar Mallami was the one behind this crisis - he actually wanted to create problems, so the country would go up in flames, then there would be a military takeover or an interim administration, where he can become the head of government. God really put him to shame. With what CBN 8s saying, you'd the hand of Jacob and the voice of Essau in all of this.

This people are useless. Emefiele is a domkop. He didn't need the finance minister or any minister to activate this policy, but he's waiting for legal advise from "atanni" general to respect the Supreme Court. Once Supreme rules, it becomes an order and a law immediately. We need to do a lot with our system.

I heard he was trying to be like Tinubu by organizing his own colloquium. He created a mandate group within the party in Lagos and this was to divide Tinubu's base and this group was disbanded before it gains footing.

I could understand him and his successor fighting, but the way he took it out on Tinubu because of his relationship with Oyetola, I can't understand.

The one that annoy me more was where I heard in a video from Aregbe's voice saying "oti to sora", I was mad about it.

sad Even though I'm a born again Christian, I will like to use this opportunity to thank my fellow Nigerian Christians for voting massively for the candidate with the Muslim/Muslim ticket. This election has proven that we Christians and our Muslim brothers are one. Peter Obi tried to divide us by running a religious campaign but we Christians stood our ground and rejected him. May God continue to bless we Christians and Muslims for bringing this renewed Hope to our great country sad

benuejosh:
To all nairalanders who insulted me, i forgive you all because you were all fools.

I have countless of times criticized Ortom on this platform and i never hid the fact that he was a looser and someone who was just deceiving those who were not in Benue that truly there was fulani herdsmen killings whereas he was the one instigating the crisis and killing the locals. Ortom went into the bush, packed all the cows belonging to the herders and took them to his farm. When the herders came for attack, they killed the locals thinking they were the ones who stole their cows. Ortom will take advantage of that and tell the whole world that fulani are killing his people whereas he was the one causing the problem. We knew this truth in Benue and waited patiently for him.

I also said it on this platform that for Ortom to associate with Obi, it will be the main reason why Obi will fail.

Benue was the first state to adopt AC/ACN in the whole of North Central. A true Benue man has always associated with the Yoruba man while also having a good and perfect relationship with the true Fulani man. Go and verify! A real Fulani man respect a Tiv man more than his brother. Go and verify! Why was Ortom causing this division? Until Ortom came to power, a Fulani man and a Tiv man were always good friends. And not for once were they fighting. Ortom brought this fight and division. Causing the death of thousands of Benue people. We will NEVER forget.

Ortom in his past eight years of Governor NEVER commissioned any project that will bring development in the state. Not a single project. He shouted fulani herdsmen for 8 years. He became the Personal Assistant to Wike instead of concentrating on bringing development to the state. Ortom set Benue back.

If Ortom built a road, it was because he bought a piece of land along the road. Go and verify! I am not saying what I don’t know. We NEVER like Ortom!

Today i stand tall and happy that Ortom failed in his bid to become a senator and also failed in delivering Obi in the state. Benue people are exposed and enlightened.

A gentle reminder. Benue has always been an APC state that was governed by PDP. Ortom won his election on the platform of the APC before jumping ship back to PDP. He should have known better that a payback was waiting for him. We don’t take nonsense in Benue.
Ortom's henchman was behind the murder of a reverend father in Benue state and all evidences pointed to the fact that Ortom was behind that assassination.

He'd create crisis for his own political gain. I've always said it that, the only beneficiary of the Benue crisis is Ortom - he blinded his people with the shout of "miyetti Allah kautal hore" and got re-elected.

He commissioned no project in 8 years. He's not paying salary of workers, he told people to have 3 weekends and go to farm and he shared wheelbarrow as a form of empowerment. But religion and tribalism got him rewarded with a second term.

He organized open burial for the people he killed. He claimed Benue youths prevented him from going to Abuja and as such decamped to the PDP. Pure theatrics!

Governors facing boko haram are working, but Ortom with flash of crisis did nothing.

It's now beginning to make sense why Obi couldn't have won the election. He should just stay back in Labour Party and build the party.
For being able to achieve all this within 6 months in a party without structure, he has done an outstanding job.

He's young and should try again in 4 years. I trust Tinubu and Shettima - a terrible combination anyways - to totally finish off the country from where Buhari stopped. This will make Obi more popular.
for your own myopic thinking, you wish the country to fail in the next 4 years so that Obi can win. What happens to wishing they succeed and Obi continues from where they stopped?

this year election shows Christians are still minorities in Nigeria.
It's the religious card that largely got Obi this far. Christians went against Tinubu because of the Muslim-Muslim ticket. And that's what brought Tinubu this far. The argument that a southern Muslim cannot emerge as a president in Nigeria was once again destroyed here.

With all the noise Kwankwaso was just making before the election, proudly carrying himself like some kind of political Lord, and how he constantly threw jabs at LP calling them Andrew liver salt, one would have expected him to win at least 4-6 states in the NW and NE...but no, he proved like he has always done in times past that he's just a local champion.

He couldn't even do the Lord's work for us.
oga, he's produced senators and members HoR, he's won in his state. So, calm down. He's more likely to be president faster than Obi. He has a solid followership. This hysteria might fizzle out under another electoral reality. Obi did so well now because Christians took it personal to punish the Muslim-Muslim ticket. It won't be so in another election cycle if God preserve our lives till then.

Election Updates...

1. Peter Obi wins "Tinubu's" Lagos. But you are still saying INEC is rigging for Tinubu just so that when Tinubu wins Katsina, you will say it was rigged.

Oh wait. Atiku won Katsina, Buhari's State.

So really how many persons do you want to accuse INEC of rigging for? Why not accept where your candidate lose?

2. So Obi can win Lagos, it is not rigging. But Amoda Ogunlere cannot win Osun that you said he is from, it is rigging.

Oh wait. Tinubu did not even win Osun. Atiku did. So what are you saying please? You thought Obi will win Osun??

3. Obi went to Kano and went straight to Sabon Gari where you have Igbos and minority Christians.

That is the divisive campaign Obi ran yet you will shout rigging if Tinubu wins Kano.

Oh wait. It is Kwankwaso that is winning Kano despite being an enemy of the sitting APC Governor!

Again, what are you sayinghuh

4. In the South East where Obi is from, Obi is winning by 90%

In the South West where Tinubu is from, Obi has won Lagos, Atiku took Osun. But when Tinubu takes Ekiti, it is rigging.

What is wrong with you guys?

5. Obi is winning in Edo State. If you add PDP and APC votes and times it by 2, Obi is still winning. This is a State where there is a PDP Governor and a Former APC National Chairman.

But it is rigging anywhere Obi is not winning. How can a people be this bigoted?

6. I have read, on WhatsApp, people saying they will poison food and give to Northerners for not voting Obi.

I have read people here saying they will never give a Northern beggar any money for not voting Obi.

Meanwhile Obi is clearing the South South and South East and Northerners are not threatening anyone. And you will call them uncivilized?

7. An unknown Labour party candidate for House of Rep, defeated the APC and PDP to win Etin-Osa Fed. Constituency in Lagos.

The APC guy was Obanikoro's son. The PDP guy was Banky W the musician. Both floored by a Labour party candidate people didn't know.

But the election was rigged is coming from the mouth of Labour party supporters.

8. Another unknown Labour party candidate defeated the APC and PDP in the major Senatorial Election in Edo.

The gap was almost 200%. If you add the PDP and APC votes together, the unknown Labour candidate still beat them with over 50k votes and these were not small candidates. They are the two most influential people in Benin!

But Labour Party supporters are still shouting rigging, failed election. Does this make sensehuh

9. Obi is heading to 500,000 votes in Enugu. Whereas Tinubu has less than 5,000 votes in the whole Enugu.

This is not rigged, but wherever Tinubu wins is rigged.

10. Atiku's VP is the GOVERNOR of Delta State.

In Delta State, Obi has won 11 out of the 16 Local Government Areas annoinced so far.

But his supporters are still shouting the election is rigged. Is that not madness?

NB: If you cause the war you are using to bully everyone we will all suffer it. Pat Utomi that is encouraging you will carry his oyinbo face and seek asylum somewhere in America or Europe where he will collect cool breeze and return after your demise to claim hero of democracy. Use sense.
