A Nigerian man @dijiaderoGBA on Twitter has taken to the micro-blogging platform to narrates the story of his friend who left Nigeria for Canada a week ago wept on phone when he called him because he felt that he has wasted 25 years of his life in Nigeria. Nigerian Lady Schooling In The U.K Shares Her Exam Question Today A Nigerian lady @folaogunsemo who is schooling in Manchester, United Kingdom has taken to her Instagram page to share her exam question. Read what she shared below; "This is my exam paper for a module named “Law in a business context” with the red circle which I did today 23rd of May. Stepping out of the exam hall my friends were like “Fola how did you feel about question 22” and for the first time in my life, I felt ashamed of being a Nigerian. I believe fraud is being committed everywhere but for it to be recognised and used as an exam question in UK, then it is VERY BAD for Nigeria. My lecture slide showed a typical example of a “yahoo boy’s” storyline in the green circle, I went further to search for “Advence-fee scam” with the belief that it was exaggerated in my lecture slide and I found the information in the blue circle. I am short of words at the moment realising the fact that there’s been so much issues lately about “yahoo boys” on social media, this is not a good reputation for Nigerians at all.......  Residents of Ilashe, Ogun state have apprehended a clergyman, Pastor Micheal of a Celestial Church of Christ parish in Ilashe, who allegedly abducted and impregnated a 10-year-old girl who went missing in February. Michael abducted the little girl and kept her in his home where he turned her into his sex slave. In no distant time, he impregnated her. According to an eyewitness; "Prophet Michael seized the girl in February and kept her in his house and impregnated her. He had somehow hypnotised the girl to the extent that she would hide from her schoolmates whenever they passed through the area where Prophet Michael’s house is located. The girl was however spotted by her parents on April 29th while she was sweeping the compound. She told her parents that she was kept in the house by Prophet Michael and she was discovered to be pregnant for him." Andybrown101:Hi, don't be discouraged by what your friend said. A guy (a Nairaland member) who left Nigeria told someone he has never seen a Nigerian that's jobless in the country he went that all of those he has met are living comfortably even him. You know what? The same crowd came in the group of over 100 members to tell them how the country went is bad, many Nigerians are suffering and also the place is not good for hustling. His friend who is against what he did shared their chat and the dude later apologized. Ever since, I stopped believing those kind of discouraging words. Even though I'm not really eyeing Germany but do your research well and also do a proper plan. When you reach the country, you'll get to know all what your friend has been telling you is all lies. Never argue with him, ask for the reason why he said the country is bad, note the point and prepare a plan on how to tackle it in case you find yourself in the same situation. 7 Likes |
