Personally, I am not a fan of Yayi but it is his turn.
Business › Re: Dangote, Finally Explains Why His Cement Is Cheaper Outside Nigeria by casualobserver: 7:19am On Dec 22, 2025
His explanation makes absolutely no sense because all these costs are paid in the export markets too.

This is confirmation that he is exploiting Nigerians because you will pay these costs in his export market too.

Vat in Ghana is 20%, 5% in Nigeria
Company tax is 20% in Ghana, 30% in Nigeria
What else? Go through his list of excuses and it makes no sense.

The guy is talking nonsense!

After reading his list of excuses, I am actually beginning to think maybe these fuel importers should be allowed to import.

BUA actually reduced his price of cement but the distributors did not pass on the cost reduction so he raised it back to the original to match Dangote . Meaning the price of cement in Nigeria is well above what it should be.l and not valve cause of any taxes.

If indeed the law was adjusted that is illegal. If true, AGAIN I blame the Chief of staff and the Attorney general.

However……I will not be surprised if it is fake and Obi as usual did not read the actual law and it is fake news.

Meanwhile something just occurred to me: obi got 90+% in the SE so you would expect at the very minimum that he would consolidate the opposition governors in his zone at a time when PDP is in disarray. It says a lot about him that none are lining up behind him. Rumour even has it that Otti his only governor is about to defect to APC.

Truth is bitter but I still maintain that you are useless to Christendom. You are the type of Rev. Alia who will even deny there is genocide to sound politically correct. May you fall victim one day.
And you are the kind of Yemi Osinbajo who when the time came to practice what he preaches, revealed the true nature of the typical Pentecostal Christian in Nigeria…..greed avarice, morally bankrupt such that even Buhari a muslim questioned his integrity and morals?

As for Alia, he is a former catholic priest in a Christian state. I am sure if he were a Pentecostal he would be shouting Christian genocide. That is what Pentecostalism has done to you people. You just vote the line of the pastors without fact checking without verification. What differentiates you from an Islamic terrorist is you don’t have a gun. They accept what they are told without checking and so do you but you are the ones who claim to be educated.

This is why I say Pentecostal Christians are more dangerous than Islamic terrorists. They are educated, subtle, some are very eloquent but they do not think. Once someone say a this is the Christian position they wholly adopt it without verification, no questions asked. And if you disagree they label you a poor christian. Sounds familiar? That’s exactly how Islamic terrorists operate…. We are lucky the Christian crusade is over. Imagine someone like you whose brain is on pause with a sword?

You are a useless Christian.
And you are a proud example of a good christian. Four interactions, all full of insults, foul language, hate and resentment. No exhibition of the use of any God given ability to think.

By their actions ye shall know them. Anyone reading your posts, your foul language and tone would think you are the Islamic terrorist not someone who professes to be a Christian.

As a Christian, people like you are a bigger danger to the body of Christ than Islamic terrorists. The enemy you can see, the rot from within doesn’t manifest until it is too late.

As a Christian. People like you are more of a problem because you have lost the ability to engage your faculties. Statistically the likelihood of an average Nigerian encountering an Islamic terrorist is infinitesimally small but every day, you are almost guaranteed to feel the negative consequences of a Pentecostal Christian whose brain has been surrendered to his pastor.

They went “reporting” Nigeria to the US on false pretenses thinking the US will either give them Biafra or make their tin god president. Neither is happening and now they will be denied visas for the same reason they lobbied the US……..Islamic terrorism!

Imagine an IPOB or Obidient who cannot get a visa to go to the USA because of Islamic terrorism!!! Beautiful irony! You report fake Christian genocide, now you can’t travel to the USA. Meanwhile diplomatic visas (govt officials) are excempt from the ban.

Is there a political move that hasn’t backfired on these people?

We all started in the same place.
Same classrooms. Same uniforms.
Same hopes about who we’d grow up to be.

But life took each of us somewhere different.
Some people found direction, others got lost.
Some built stability, others battled storms no one saw.
Some grew into themselves, others are still trying to figure out who they are.

The truth is, none of us became exactly who we thought we’d be.

If anything, it’s a reminder to be gentle with people. We’re all living lives our younger selves could never have understood.
Incomplete, there are always some who are late.

How can a country that calls itself giant of Africa be happy to qualify on a technicality at the detriment of a smaller brother nation.

Have we no shame, have we no pride?

We had the normal qualification rounds, we had rivals deducted points, we had playoff round, yet we failed! We had every opportunity to qualify and quite frankly, the team I saw will only disgrace us at the World Cup.

Independence constitution can be with any number of states. What is best is total division. Yoruba are for one too large to not have their nation fully under their control. Every ethnic nationality should have their land under their control with police at least.
I am not here for fantasy talk. I am here for reality. When you snap out of your fantasy or grow up and see the world as it is I will be happy to engage you. Right now we are too far apart. You are talking hypothetical fantasy and I am dealing with realities on the ground.

We are too far gone to return to that constitution. Even if we did it would be a disaster. The conditions that created that environment are gone!

So you don't see any way forward and the country must remain on one spot or be moving backwards because of somethings that happened decades ago?
That is why it is important to think before you act. Because some actions have long term consequences. Some alter your trajectory forever in a way that can’t ever be reversed. When sometimes people are patient or they play the fool, it’s not because they are foolish! It’s because they know your foolishness can cost us all!

The truth about the matter is the Nigeria of 1960 is not the Nigeria of today. Things have changed on so many levels. The conditions, the patriotism, the visionary leaders, the well educated sincere and dedicated civil servants that created that nostalgic era are long gone. Is it these governors of today you are going to entrust with a whole region? Imagine Adeleke governor of western region? At least right now whatever mess he is doing is limited to one state.

It’s like a 60yr old man who abandoned a promising career at 22 to face music only to realize that this music dream isn’t working. He can’t go back to the career he had before because things have changed in that time! The people are different, the leaders are different, everything is different!. In 36 states you have people who are planning to be governor and when their turn comes you say they should revert to 4 or 6 regions? Let’s say that I was assured of governor of small Ekiti state , I have played the game right, zoning favours me, I have received the endorsement of the godfathers and kingmakers, i have spent money on borehole transformer and scholarships (lol). I should now go and compete with aspirants from 5 other states including moneybag states like Lagos for governor of western region?

And you think he he political heavyweights will instruct my state senators, house and state assembly members to vote I. Favour of this new constitution?

All this assumes you can even get the votes for a new constitution…..which you won’t.

The best thing is to breakup the country and let everybody do with their land what they wish. However nobody signed up for the current constitution. It was imposed by the military. The country is holding everybody back and should be disbanded
