Penguin2:you are the kind of people that edged Fubara on. you are the ones that said the agreement they signed in Asorock was a bad deal. Now the supreme court decision is a worse outcome. Tinubu said withdraw all court cases. if they had withdrawn , we would not have this situation. Respect the person/party/structure that put you there. if you got to power of your own accord, you can do as you like, no problem but if na another man put you there, you have no choice but to toe the line. technocrats always get carried away when they get into office. Same thing happened to Ambode and Osinbajo, same messiah complex is worrying ElRufai. you are not a true politician, you have no structure and you get into power and think you can do anyhow? it does not work like that. |
Anijay1212:i understand the root of the matter is her removal from the juicy local content committee |
seems she has carried her inability to follow the rules to IPU |
LagosOrigin:He is not soft, he is daft! Shebi he was forming tough guy demolishing Assembly and passing budget with 4 assembly members. He does not understand that those who get away with being a tough guy also make sure they are within the law or they creat a barrier between themselves and those they send to break the law in their behalf. |
bdon12:Akpabio apologized when he realized his error. Natasha instead took the matter to international stage. Unfortunately for her, they are not e notional like Nigerians. Already they told her let’s wait to hear the other side of the story. |
DRKRIZ:You no see as the man just mumu? |
Are these youths talking about the same Fubara that demolished the house of assembly complex? Please leave Tinubu out of this. He called both parties for settlement, they both signed. The elders said no and edged Fubara on. Now he is running kitikiti looking to implement a worse Supreme Court judgement than the settlement he signed but failed to implement. |
Lovelife433:And how do you get the food from the farm? |
IPIGSRSHALLOW:Heaven will not fall. They should impeach the Fubara jare and let us rest. na only him be governor? let militants militate, they will collect money and rest. |
phantomxx:you are clearly as stuuuupid as Fubara himself. iam not a fan of Obasa but Obasa is speaker. otherwise known as he won the game. Only a foolish man engages in a battle he cant win. A wise man knows when to stoop to conquer. Only a fool stands unarmed in front of an army with guns and tanks pointed against him daring them saying I am ready to take to on. you think that is bravery...no its stupidity!! you surrender regroup and plot your revenge bid your time till the odds favour you then strike. Thats why obasa is back as speaker without burning down the assembly building despite the whole assembly being against him and Fubara is facing impeachment. if you want power you have to know how to handle power and more importantly how to handle situations that are not in your favour, when to stoop, when to conquer. Power is not something you manage by taking advice from mad men unintelligent unexposed, unrefined, on Nairaland or beer parlours. your thinking must be above the level of your supporters. you are supposed to lead your followers not led by them. Let me also say this. I am utterly disappointment in Rivers elders. a lot of this is their fault., they are amongst the ones pushing Fubara into illegality. |
phantomxx:Yes we do thats why what we told you when this thing started is what is playing out now. Fubara has lost, the only ace he has now is Ijaw militants. this thing is not gra gra but intellect. |
Abeg they should do quick and impeach Fubara...heaven will not fall!! Previously i was of the opinion that Nigeria cannot afford militant unrest but abeg we also cannot tolerate the nonsense Fubara is doing. heaven will not fall. Militants will militate and they will rest...heaven will not fall. Fubara is too imature, unpolished and unintelligent to be a governor! |
phorget:Reno's twitter handle is freely available perhaps you should ask him? |
spencekat:You learn how to format and write official letters in secondary school…..assuming you were properly educated. |
phorget:they can do what they want but they are different legal entities. |
this Fubara has no decorum and is very petty. There should have been a salutation dear Sir, Dear Speaker etc. didn't he go to school? |
Sheuns:1: Perhaps you can show your foolishness to the world and tell us the exact point Tinubu jumped ship from SDP? 2: sometimes you will see job adverts and the requirement is a degree in any subject. One of the reasons for this is an assumption (clearly misplaced in Nigeria). That by the time you earn a defeee you are knowledgeable in certain fundamental concepts. One of such concepts is the idea of separate legal entity. If you have a child and that child dies and you birth another son and give him the same name, they are not the same children. If you form a company and dissolve the company and start another company with the same name they are not the same company. You do not assume the assets and liabilities of the old company. Old SDP was a creation of Babangida and dissolved by Abacha. The filing and corporate registration documents for both parties are different. The Falae you talk about was in AD because new SDP did not exist! That the current SDP was created in the image of the old SDP does not mean they are the same party. Clearly you are intellectually stunted! |
Emmanuel900:If obi is smart he would step down and back another Ibo candidate. Aso rock is closed for Obi whether 2027,2031,2039 or otherwise. There are more acceptable Ibos. |
Abeg what nonsense! It’s better for Tinubu to come back home than to be in the same party with Obi. |
Sheuns:Oga you know the problem I have with people on Nairaland? When presented with facts they continue to argue. That shows someone who is not interested in facts but in projecting a narrative no matter how illogical. It’s ok to take a position and then admit you are wrong when presented with facts. I acknowledged that Tinubu “jumped” when on reflection I realized upon your prompting that he indeed took his faction out of AD and formed ACN. Is it too much for you to acknowledge that SDP did not exist until about 2014 so Tinubu could not have jumped from a party that didn’t exist? So you also not realize that Falae and Tinubu don’t see eye to eye and Falae represents the faction of AD that Tinubu had a problem with? The malice is so deep Adebanjo took it to his grave hence his support for Obi! Feel free to argue with yourself. I post for the sake of the numerous reasonable people that read but don’t respond like morons! Todays SDP did not exist until 2014. It did. It exist in 1999. Tinubu could not have jumped from a pary that did not exist. SDP must exist, you must have been a member before you can jump! This common sense reasoning is apparent to a 5 yr old but an adult comes here arguing! Good day! You lack credibility! |
Sheuns:SDP of today is not the same party as SDP of 1992. They just have the same name. SDP of 1992 ceased to exist when Abacha truncated and banned all political parties. The current SDP was created long after Tinubu had served 2 terms as governor. SDP did not exist in 1999, I think it was created around 2014. The old SDP was a creation of Babangida. They just have the same name to revive the spirit of old SDP which itself is an irony because it was a creation of the military and the original members are in other parties. Basically it was created to cash in. AD to ACN is like Buhari’s ANPP to CPC. Technically you are right that they “jumped” ship but they left to form their own party as opposed to jumping to another established party. |
Sheuns:Jump is different from merge. Yes Buhari left ANPP but he created his own party. Tinubu has never left his party. |
helinues:ElRufai’s only ideology is ElRufai. He never said the south should complete 8 years, he o lay said power should go t9 the south and it was a calculation in which he would be VP to Amaechi. |
Is this not the same man involved in the power contract imbroglio in France? |
BobbieZion:Uninformed |
I saw a video of it online…..it’s beautiful!
|
2 People resigned is mass exodus? |
DatNiggaDaz:The reaso. You wrote such a senseless article is because the past leaders instead of investing in your future spent our common wealth on forex and petrol subsidies. No investment in the future, education health roads. That’s why we have daft youth today like you with stunted brains. |
I saw his recent interview, he came across as a man of little integrity and a dodgy character, a man who would betray anybody. A man who sells his own brother should never be trusted. He is clearly a very disloyal man. In any case Soludo will win a second term. |
Ikinternational:like i said try and ask someone to borrow his brain next time you want to comment since you refuse to engage yours or probably yours doesnt work? you cannot commit foul play without leaving evidence is different from you cannot commit foul play. simple English! if you overvote, you will leave evidence in BVAS. if you write or declare any results different from what occurred at the polling unit which every party agent and the police have copies, you will leave evidence in forms EC8. the fact that someone rigged and "got away with it" or his opponent did not challenge him is because his opponent knew he lost even if they cancelled the rigged result, not because there isnt evidence. If you rigged by adding 100K votes and I lost by more than 200k votes, i wont challenge the results because although i can prove you rigged 100K votes, it still doesnt make me the winner. they will cancel the 100k votes and i will still lose. |
press9jatv:Oga please try and see if there is someone in tour neighborhood that can lend you his brain. 1992 SDP is not the same party as SDP of today. |
ologbodiyan? i thought it was somebody serious! |
