Oga , the issue on forgery was conclusively proven . Infact , part of the judgment noted that , one of the affidavits sworn in 2018 was an attempt to conceal the inadequacy in the certificate scam. So the issue isn't for the supreme Court to prove forgery, because from evidence before the court a case of forgery has been established.. Rather, it was for APC and it's candidate to prove otherwise.
Secondly.., remember that this is a pre - election Case. Once APC fails to prove the matter in it's favour, it's it has no candidacy in that election, by implication, any votes garnered could be termed wasted votes.

Agreed govts borrow...but not to fund recurrent expenditures .The recent borrowing is to find this year's budget , part of which are recurrent e.g paying of salaries, servicing of debts , subsidy etc. If they are borrowing to execute capital projects,then it's okay.
