My sincere suggestion-be careful and learn from the past. Some one opens a thread about unsatisfactory service by a so called dealer. People are up in arms. Then in come the most dangerous posters who keep advising that we give the dealer the benefit of doubt.
Like I said its deja vu. We have seen it all before. Read this thread from the past, and please I implore you to make sure you read it to the end.

Except Van Gaal stops experimenting and tinkering with this team like a mad scientist,United are in for more misery and disappointment. Who knows the kind of formation he will put out today? Will he play three at the back again?A tatic that clearly leaves our defence line looking uncomfortable. By the way does any one including Van Gaal even know our strongest eleven players/first team? Players are being played out of their strongest positions. And what is the point of cautiously holding possession when our strikers fail to stick the ball in the back of the net?
Seriously hoping todays game does not end in another barren draw.

^^

This is funny. I did not break any rules, except to tell the truth. The fact that the original title of this thread has been amended to a comical one speaks volumes.
Those that hid my posts could open them and let the world see in what way I broke any rules.
This is not the first time Inspired has had issues with his customers on these boards, infact I could dig up at least three threads which reflect his activities.
p
There was a brilliant contributor to this thread called the madame, who pointed out ways buyers could avoid dud customs papers. Jher contribution in my opinion was brilliant, alas she was banned as well. How can the authorities explain that?

I was banned and the thread was locked. Suddenly I am unbanned and the thread is re-opened?
Interesting.
To those who banned me,I only spake da truth ooo. I will not stop. People like inspired should be given lengthy bans and not the people protesting against his fraudulent activity.
Once again I LOL.

This is deja vu.
We have been along this road times with out number and we will continue to walk this road until the authorities of this forum are ready to do the right thing.
My sincere advise to any one who has bought a car from this character in question, should take their documents to the nearest customs office and ask for the Customs processing centre(CPC) where you can confirm if customs duty has been paid on said documents. It is easy and it is free and the information is only a click of a computer key board away.
Do not fall a victim. Fraudulent evasion of customs duty and falsification of customs documents leads to impoundment of vehicle. Please be wise.

The future is young lads like James Wilson and certainly not a has been like Falcao whose best days are obviously behind him.
LvG needd to give this kid a prolonged run in the team to build up his confidence or send him out on loan somewhere he can gain experience. I'd hate to see a repetition of the Paul Pogba situation with this lad.

In all honesty we have been piss poor for the last couple of games. We keep possession all right but it usually breaks down in the final third of the pitch. Soton are here for a draw.
Our strikers needto get their acts together and find ways to starthitting the net.

FG owes 70,000 workers three-month salaries
DECEMBER 30, 2014 BY FRIDAY OLOKOR, JUDE OWUAMANAM, OLUFEMI ATOYEBI, FEMI MAKINDE, SUCCESS NWOGU, STEPHEN UKA AND DANIEL GBABO
Coordinating Minister for the economy and Minister of Finance, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala
No fewer than 70,000 civil servants in 30 Ministries, Departments and Agencies of the Federal Government have yet to receive their three months’ salaries.
The Secretary-General of the Association of Senior Civil Servants of Nigeria, Mr. Alade Lawal, made this known just as investigations by The PUNCH revealed that states like Osun, Oyo, Benue and Plateau are owing their workers between three and four months’ salaries.
Prominent among the ministries listed by Lawal during an interview with one of our correspondents in Abuja on Monday are Education, Works, Labour and Productivity, Mines and Power.
He said, “About eight MDAs have been owing workers their salaries from October. The number rose to 11 in November and in December, hit 30, including departments and agencies.”
Asked what was responsible for the increase in the number of MDAs indebted to their workers, Lawal said some government officials involved in salary payments were engaged in a game of deceit.
He said, “They are telling us that some of the MDAs are involved in expenditure items different from salaries. They said they were spending on items not related to salaries. But that is not supposed to be the fault of the workers.
“There should be synergy in government whereby they have to work in tandem with the Budget Office and Office of the Accountant-General of the Federation. They know what they are doing, they are muddling up the whole exercise and suffering workers unnecessarily.”
He said the government had no tangible reason for not paying the workers, having promised to do so before December 24.
“As of December 22, they promised us that before Wednesday, December 24, these payments would be made. But as I am talking to you now, affected workers have not been paid.
“The Ministry of Works alone has about 26,000 workers. If you add them together, they can’t be less than 70,000 workers that are affected.
“We have been liaising with our people. But you know, this is a festive period and it has affected some of the trade union actions we intended taking. The promise that they made last week which they also told the press that they would pay before Christmas, we thought they were serious about it. But latest developments indicate that they are deceiving us.”
The Minister of Finance, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, had in a statement by her Special Adviser on Communication, Mr. Paul Nwabuikwu, on December 22 promised that the salary arrears of civil servants in MDAs would be paid before Christmas.
The PUNCH gathered on Monday that civil servants in states like Osun, Oyo, Benue, Plateau and Abia had a bleak Christmas as they are being owed between two and four-month salaries.
In Osun State for instance, the Chairman of state chapter of the Nigeria Labour Congress, Mr. Saka Adesiyan, told one of our correspondents in Osogbo that workers were being owed October, November and December salaries.
The Public Relations Officer of the Nigeria Union of Teachers, Mr. Boye Abolarin, also confirmed that secondary school teachers were being owed October, November and December salaries.
Abolarin said that workers were subjected to hardship while politicians were feeding fat especially during the Yuletide.
Governor Rauf Aregbesola, however, blamed the development on the dwindling monthly allocations to the state.
Aregbesola, in a statement made available to our correspondent by his media aide, Semiu Okanlawon, said, “Either at the federal or at the state level, where is it that workers are being paid as and when due?
“We thought this situation will not last long. That was why we used our strategic reserve to augment salaries for one year. All our savings were spent on augmentation of salaries.”
In Oyo, the state NLC Chairman, Basiru Alli, said that the November and December salaries of some workers were being awaited.
He said, “I will not say that government in the state is owing us, it is actually delaying payment of workers salaries. As of now, not all workers have been paid November salaries. Some are still waiting for theirs. We do not know when the December salary will come.”
Asked what efforts the NLC was making to ensure all the workers got paid, Alli said that they were told by the government that dwindling allocations from the Federal Government were responsible.
“We hold consultations with the government from time to time and what we were told the last time was that it was not a deliberate attempt to delay the salaries but due to dwindling allocations, the state had to manage its resources.”
But the Special Adviser to Governor Abiola Ajimobi on Media, Dr. Festus Adedayo, said that all workers had been paid November salaries.
He said, “The state government is passionate about staff welfare. We are handicapped by the dwindling allocations from the Federal Government. We have a wage bill of N4.9bn but the allocation we have this month was N2.9bn. Last month, the state got N3.1bn from the Federal Government. We are working hard to ensure workers are paid the December salaries.”
The situation in Benue State is not better as the government is also currently owing three months’ salaries.
Before the Yuletide, the government owed workers five months’ salaries but it paid two months’ salaries at different intervals.
A civil servant, who pleaded anonymity told The PUNCH that a day to Christmas, some of his colleagues received alert for one month salary while on Monday, others received alert for their second salary payment.
The civil servant explained that they could not enjoy the Yuletide due to the debts they had incurred.
He said, “What the state government paid to us was used to settle debts .
“Mind you, we from the mainstream civil service are not on any industrial action but the state is currently owing us three month-salaries. I can tell you that the situation is worse for lecturers as they have been on half salaries for five months.”
Investigations by The PUNCH in Abia State indicated that while civil servants in the ministries had received their November and December salaries, their counterparts in the parastatals were being owed some months .
The Chairman, NLC in the state, Sylvanus Eye, said workers in the parastatals had not been paid November and December salaries.
He added that teachers as well as council workers were also being owed arrears of two months.
The state leadership of NLC had about three weeks ago picketed the office of the Accountant General over the salary arrears of the parastatal workers and for allegedly witholding check- off dues of the union.
When contacted, the Accountant General, Gabriel Onyendilefu, said that “the function of payment is dependent on available cash”.
He explained that in the past five months, the state’s allocations from the federation accounts had been dwindling following the constant fall in the price of crude oil.
In Kogi State, local governments’ workers complained that they only received half of their salaries for October and November.
They alleged that they still had some backlogs of salaries that were not fully paid.
A source, who pleaded anonymity, said the Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Alhaji Abubakar Sadiq, had informed them that they would receive alert of their December payment on Tuesday(today).
The NLC Chairman, Plateau State chapter, Mr. Jibrin Bancir, told one of our correspondents that the government was owing many workers four months arrears of salaries and leave grants.
The worst hit are local government workers who have not been paid for about seven months.
Meanwhile, the NLC has directed its state chapters to furnish it with actual state of affairs in connection with the salary arrears.
Noting that it was criminal for any government to owe workers their salaries, the NLC said it would take a firm decision in a couple of days on the issue.
The General Secretary of the congress, Mr. Peter Ozo-Eson, stated this in a telephone interview with one of our correspondents in Ilorin on Monday.
He said, “We have not taken a firm decision on what to do until we get actual information on which state, what is owed, how many months and the actual amount from all the state councils. We hope that within a couple of days, these reports would have got to us and we would take a firm position on them.
“We would rely on the reports that we get from our state chapters. We are asking our state to advise us on salary payments and if there are debts. Based on that we are going to collate take appropriate actions in relation to getting those salaries paid.
“We condemn any state government that is owing arrears of salaries because the workers must be the first to be paid before they start spending on any other issue.”
Ozo-Eson said it was worrisome that even the Federal Government was owing some categories of its workers for about three months.
He lamented that some state chapters of the NLC did not give the national body a report on time that their members were being owed.
He stated that payment of workers’ salaries should be made a priority.
The NLC secretary said, “For us, it is criminal for any government not to pay workers’ salaries, accumulate them over months while the governors and other political office holders take their own salaries. Such is criminal. We are also aware that even the Federal Government is owing some categories of civil servants their salaries for over three months.
“This is extremely unacceptable. Whatever is the reason for that! In the case of the Federal Government, they try to explain it in terms of problems with migration to IPPIS system. We think whatever is the logic, those salaries and arrears need to be paid immediately.
“On state governments that are owing, unfortunately some of the NLC chapters did not bring it to our notice early enough for us to know that salaries are owed. If you owe a worker salary for a month, you have no moral obligation to expect workers to come and render any service.
“So to hear that there are states and large number of them that are owing workers for two or three months is completely unacceptable.”

What does the
Religion of Peace
Teach About...
The Sex Life of the Prophet
Question:
Was Islam's "perfect man" sexually restrained?
Summary Answer:
The Quran(which was narrated by Muhammad) refers toMuhammad's life as "as beautiful pattern of conduct for anyone whose hope is in Allah" (33:21) and "an exalted standard of character" (68:4). Yet, thanksto Allah's extraordinary interest in his personal sex life (as immortalized in the Quran)the prophet of Islam had sex withjustabout anyone he pleased.
Althoughthe Qur'an didn't appear to have enoughspace for topics like universalloveand brotherhood (which Muslims sometimes insist are there, but aren't), the list of sexual partners thatMuhammad was entitledto is detailed more thanonce, sometimes in categories and sometimes inreference tospecific persons (ie. Zaynab and Mary).
Muhammad was married to thirteen women, includingelevenat onetime. He relegated them to either consecutive days or (according to some accounts) allinone night. He had sex witha 9-year-old girl and married his adopted son's wife (after arranging a quick divorce). Ontop of that, Muhammad had a multitude of slave girlsand concubines with whom he had sex - sometimes onthe very days in which theyhad watched their husbands and fathers die at the hands of his army.
So, by any realistic measure, the creatorof the world's most sexually restrictivereligionwas also one of the most sexually indulgent charactersin history.
The Qur'an:
Allahmanaged to hand down quite a few "revelations" thatsanctioned Muhammad's personal pursuitof sex tothe doubters around him. Interestingly theyhave become part of the the eternal, infallible word of the Qur'an, to be memorized by generations of Muslims for whom they have nopossible relevance.
Qur'an (33:37) - "Butwhen Zaid had accomplished his wantof her, We gave hertoyou as a wife, so thatthere shouldbe no difficulty for the believers in respect of the wives of their adopted sons, whentheyhave accomplished their wantof them; and Allah's command shallbe performed." No doubt millions of young Muslims, trying to outdoone another at memorizing the Qur'an, have wondered about what thisverse means and why itis there. In fact, this is a "revelation" of convenience that Allahjusthappened to hand down at a time whenMuhammad lustedafter his daughter-in-law, Zaynab, - a stateof affairs thatdisturbed localcustoms. The verse "commands" Muhammad to marry the woman (following her husband's gracious divorce). As for why this shouldbe part of the eternal word of God...?
Qur'an (33:50) - "O Prophet! surelyWe have made lawful toyou your wives whom you have given their dowries, and those whom your right hand possesses out of those whom Allahhas given to you as prisoners of war, and the daughters of your paternal uncles and the daughters of your paternal aunts, andthe daughters of your maternal unclesand the daughters of your maternal aunts whofled with you; and a believing woman if she gave herselftothe Prophet, if the Prophet desiredtomarry her-- specially for you, notfor the (rest of) believers; We knowwhat We have ordained for them concerningtheir wives and those whom their right hands possess in order thatnoblame may attach to you; " This is another special command thatMuhammad handed down tohimself thatallows virtuallyunlimited sex, divinely sanctioned by Allah. One assumes that this "revelation" was meant to assuage some sortof disgruntlementin the community over Muhammad's hedonism.
Qur'an (33:51) - "You may put off whom you please of them, and you may take to you whom you please, and whom you desire of those whom you had separated provisionally; noblame attaches toyou; this is most proper, so thattheir eyes may be cool and they may notgrieve, and that they should be pleased" This is in reference toa situation in which Muhammad's wives were grumbling about his preference for sleeping witha slave girl(Mary the Copt)instead of them. Accordingly, Muhammad may sleep with whichever wife (orslave) he wishes withouthaving tohear the others complain... as revealed inAllah's literaland perfect words tomore than a billion Muslims.
Qur'an (66:1-5) -"O Prophet! Why do you ban (for yourself) that which Allah has made lawful to you, seeking to please your wives?... Allahhas already ordained for you, the dissolution of your oaths " Anotherremarkably personal passage of sexual convenience in a book billed as Allah's perfect and eternal message to mankind. Muhammad was caught sleeping witha slave woman onthe night that hewas supposed to be with one ofhis wives. Initially promising to be faithful, "Allah" tells his prophet to break that promise and enjoy sex with his slaves. If his wives objected then
"it may be if he divorced you (all) that his Lord willgive him instead of you, wives better thanyou."
Qur'an (4:24) - "And all married women (are forbidden unto you) save those (captives) whom your right hands possess." Allaheven permitted Muhammad and his men to have sex withmarried slaves, suchas those captured inbattle.
From the Hadith:
Muslim (8:3309) - Muhammad consummated his marriage to Aisha whenshe was onlynine. (See also
Bukhari 58:234 and many other places). No where inthe reliable Hadith or Sira is thereany other age given.
Bukhari (62:18) -Aisha's father, Abu Bakr, wasn't onboard at first, but Muhammad explained how the rules of their religion made it possible. This is similar to the way thatpresent-day cult leaders manipulatetheir followers intosimilar concessions.
Muslim (8:3311) - The girltookher dollswithhertoMuhammad's house (something to play with when the "prophet" was not having sex with her).
Bukhari (6:298) -Muhammad would take a bath withthe littlegirland fondleher.
Muslim (8:3460) - "Why didn't you marry a young girl so that you could sport withherand she sport withyou, or you could amuse withherand she could amuse withyou?" Muhammad posed thisquestion tooneof his followers whohad married an "older woman" instead of opting to fondlea child.
Bukhari (4:232) -Muhammad's wives would wash semen stains outof his clothes, which were stillwet from the spot-cleaning even whenhe went to the mosque for prayers. Between copulation and prayer, it's a wonder he foundthe time toslay pagans.
Bukhari (6:300) -Muhammad's wives had to be available for the prophet's fondlingeven whentheywere having their menstrualperiod.
Bukhari (93:639) - The Prophetof Islam would recite the 'Holy Qur'an' withhis head in Aisha's lap, whenshe was menstruating.
Bukhari (62:6) - "The Prophet usedto go round (have sexual relations with) all his wives in one night, and hehad nine wives." Muhammad also said thatitwas impossible to treatallwives
equally - and itisn't hard to guess why.
Bukhari (5:268) -"The Prophetused to visit allhis wives in a round, during the day and night and they were elevenin number." I asked Anas, 'Had the Prophetthe strength forit?' Anas replied, 'We used tosay that the Prophet wasgiven the strengthof thirtymen.' "
Bukhari (60:311) - "I feel thatyour Lord hastensinfulfillingyour wishes and desires." These words were spoken by Aisha within the contextof herhusband having been given 'Allah's permission' tofulfill his sexual desires witha large numberof women in whateverorder he chooses. (It has been suggested thatAisha may have been speaking somewhat wryly).
Muslim (8:3424) - One ofseveral narrationsin which a leering Muhammad orders a clearly startled woman to suckle a grownman with herbreast so that he willbecome "unlawful" to her-meaning thatthey can live underthe same roof together.
Tabari IX:137 -"Allah granted Rayhana of the Qurayza to Muhammad as booty." Muhammad considered the women that hecaptured and enslaved tobe God's gift tohim.
Tabari VIII:117 -"Dihyah had asked the Messenger for Safiyah whenthe Prophet choseherfor himself... the Apostletraded for Safiyah by giving Dihyah hertwo cousins. The women of Khaybar were distributed among the Muslims." He sometimes pulled rank toreserve the most beautiful captured women for himself.
Tabari IX:139 -"You are a self-respecting girl, but the prophetis a womanizer." Words spoken by the disappointed parents of a girlwho had 'offered' herselftoMuhammad (he accepted).
Additional Notes:
Muhammad's sexual antics are an embarrassment tothose Muslims who are aware of them. This is particularly so for their prophet's consummation of his marriage to Aisha when she was only nine years of age. The thoughtof a 53-year-old man sleeping and bathing with a young girl is intenselyunpleasant and itreflects the disgusting character of a sexual gluttonrather thana holy man. Critics even allege that Muhammad was a pedophile.
Some Muslims respond by denying the hadith itself, which is a mistake. The accounts of Muhammad sleeping with a 9-year-old are noless reliable than those onwhich the five pillars of Islam are based. They have been an accepted part of tradition and did not become controversial untilsocial mores began to change withthe modern age.
The charge of pedophilia may or may notbe true, depending on howitis defined. Technically, Muhammad did have a sexual relationship witha child, but Aisha was also the youngest of his twelve wives. Zaynab was in her30's whenshe attracted the unquenchable lustof the prophet. We don't knowthe age of Muhammad's sex slaves. They may ormay nothave been as young as Aisha, but there is no pointin speculating.
Priortothe medical advances of the last century, marriage occurred at a much younger age across all societies. Whenlife expectancy was in the mid 20's (or lower), it made no sense to wait until19to start havingchildren; otherwise, one ran the risk of not being aroundtoraise them. Inshort, childhood as we know itwas abbreviated by the reality of the times.
Anotherstrongpiece of evidence against Muhammad being a pedophile is that, according tothe same Hadith, he waited from the time Aisha was six (when the marriage ceremony took place) untilshe turnednineto consummate the relationship. Althoughthe text doesn't say why, in all probability itwas because he was waiting for her tobegin menstrual cycles - thus enteringinto "womanhood." It is unlikely that a pedophile would be concerned about this.
Onthe other hand, Muhammad passed down revelations from Allahthat clearly condoned sleeping with underage girls, even by the standard of puberty. Qur'an (65:4) relatesrules for divorce, one of them being thata waiting period of threemonths is established to determine thatthe woman is notpregnant. Butthe same rule applies to"those too who have not had their courses," meaning girls who have notbegun to menstruate. (In our opinion, this would have been a great time for Allahtohave said something else instead like,"a real man is one whomarries an actual, grown woman"... but that's justus).
Thanks to Muhammad's extremely poor judgment (at best) and explicit approval of pedophilia, sex with childrenbecame deeply ingrained in the Islamic tradition. For many centuries, Muslim armies would purge Christian and Hindupeasant villages of their menfolk and send the women and childrento harems and the thrivingchild sex slave markets deep in the Islamic world.
Whenit comes to child marriage, contemporary clerics warn fellow Muslims against succumbing to the disapproval of the Christian West: "It behooves those who call for setting a minimum age for marriage to fear Allahand not contradict his Sharia, or trytolegislate things Allahdid not permit. For laws are Allah’s province; and legislation is his excusive right, to be shared by none other. And among theseare the rules governing marriage.”
The Ayatollah Khomeini, who married a 12-year-old girl, even gave his consent tousinginfants for sexual pleasure (although warning against full penetrationuntilthe baby is a few years older). In April, 2010, a 13-year-old Yemeni girl died from injuries suffered toherwomb during "intercourse".
Some clerics show relative mercy on underage girlsby advocating a process knownas "thighing" (also known as child molestation in the West). According toa recent fatwa (number 23672),an imam answers this question: "My parentsmarried me to a young girlwho hasn't yet reached puberty. How can I enjoy her sexually?" by telling the'man' thathe may "hug her, kiss her, and ejaculate between herlegs."
A prominent member of Saudi Arabia's highestreligious council said in 2012that girls can be married "even if theyare in the cradle," then went on toexplain thatintercourse may occur whenever"theyare capable of being placed beneath and bearing the weight of the man."
Muhammad's penchant for girlsso much younger thanhim was such that at least two of his father-in-laws (Abu Bakr and Omar, the first two Caliphs) were actually younger than himas well. This disappointing pattern is very much atodds withthe sortof sexual discipline that one mightexpect of a true "prophet of God."
Muhammad's pursuitof Zaynab, the wife of his adopted son is almost as tough for Muslims to explain. This is because itnotonlyraises a similar question of moral character, but also casts suspicion on whetherhis so-called prophecies were reallydivine revelationor dictates of personal convenience. According toone biographer, even Aisha appears tobe somewhat doubtfulof Muhammad's claim that Allahcommanded him to marry Zaynab, wryly remarking,
"Truly Allahseems tobe very quick in fulfillingyour prayers."
So controversial was Muhammad's desire tomarry his adopted son's wife thathe had to justify itwitha stern pronouncement from Allahonthe very institutionof adoption, which has had tragic consequences to this day. Verses 33:4-5 are widely interpreted toimply thatIslam is against adoption, meaning that an untoldnumberof childrenin the Islamic world have been needlessly orphaned -all because Muhammad's lustfuldesires for a married woman went beyond even what the other six wives thathe possessed at the time and a multitude of slaves could satisfy.
Some Muslims deny that Muhammad was married to more thanfourwomen at a time, merely on thebasis thatthe Qur'an onlygives permission for marrying four. Unfortunately, Muslims historians disagree. Only one of Muhammad's last eleven wives died before him (Zaynab bint Khuzayma). The rest outlived him by many years.
Muhammad forbade his ten widows from remarrying, even making sure thatthis"divine" order was forever preserved in the eternalword of Allah - Qur'an (33:53). To add insultto injury, theywere allsummarily disinherited from Muhammad's estate by his successor (courtesy of another divine order "given" to Abu Bakr from Allah).
Insummary, Islam's holiest texts portray Muhammad not as a perfect man, but as a sexual hedonist. Not onlydid hebecome fat from indulging in food, but his pursuitof sex was no less gluttonous. Ontop of itall, he used personal "revelations" from Allah tojustify his debauchery tothe gullible masses which, to this day, continueto be venerated and memorized as if they are the holiest of utterances.
