A guy i know had too many girls that look like mamiwater. Same thing with me, mine is my uncle...my mom's junior brother. I was abroad then when i gave him the money to buy the land for me. When my mother and siblins went there to farm, they discovered other people building house there. With all the documents handed over to us, i still did not own the land and the man says the person who sild the land to him has ran away and all the funny stories.

Okay boss

Akpos Fluffy Bread Recipe!

2 cups All purpose flour
1 large egg
4 tbsp sugar
1 tsp yeast
4 tbsp powdered milk
120ml warm water
4 tbsp margarine

Put the warm water in a mixing bowl
Add sugar and salt. Mix with a spoon
Sprinkle your yeast on the mixture. Cover with napkin or nylon and allow to prove for 15mins
After 15mins, you will notice that the mixture is milky and contains bubbles. (if not, the yeast is not active)
Add your egg and milk. Whisk very well.
Add the flour and mix thoroughly until a sticky dough is formed
Transfer the dough to a floured surface.....
Knead gloriously for 30mins (this is the glory of the fluffiness of d bread, it is the most important part of this recipe)
Add the margarine (I tweaked...i mean I added few drops of vanilla essence) Knead until it is stretchy.
Oil or butter a clean bowl. Transfer the dough into the bowl, cover and allow to prove for 40mins or until the dough double it's original size.
Remove air from the dough and transfer to a floured surface.
Knead and Cut the dough into small pieces (as in the pics)
Get your rolling pin (I used alomo bitters bottle sha �) and roll each piece out. Fold into your desired shape and transfer to your buttered pan.
Allow to prove again for 30mins
Egg wash (I mean quote the dough with egg)
Bake at 180 degree for 15 - 20 mins
Smile, serve and be refreshed

Found them on planks in our new site. One old nan that came to do a job there was so happy to take them home, he said is so delicious (that was about a month ago). He is not around to take the new ones that i found again yesterday, I asked my sister if she eats it, she said yes and told me to bring them home for her to cook vegetable soup with it.

The question is, do you condemn jungle justice when it happens in Nigeria?
The funny thing is that, must people in Nigeria will say kill him, burn him, he is a thief, he deserves it when it happens in Nigeria to a Nigerian. But quickly call it racist when it happens to a Nigerian in abroad.

We should condemn all these jungle justice wherever we see them, it happens almost everyday in Nigeria and other African countries without mercy. Just 2 days ago, i watched a video of a mad man being beaten, they said he is not mad that he tries to open a car with a machete in his back. Am sure it will turn out to be a lie that he doesn't have a mental problem.

Is happened to me in the past, but mine was a bit different. The thing always trying to strangle me and when i scream nothing will come out (you won't hear it), even my tongue will change. But when i struggle aand scream it out, it will run awa. There was a time i tried to cream Jesus, but my tongue twisted and what i think i was saying was Titus Titus, but when i eventually got the name Jesus correctly and scream it out, it immediately disappeared.
Most times it felt like i wasn't even sleeping yet, it felt so real that i can even draw the dark shadow. I never see the leg, looks like it was floating in the air.
It doesn't happen to me anymore, i have heard from many people that had the same experience....not only Nigerians, it has a name, but have forgotten what it was called. Could be found in Google search, with the right keywords.
It happened to me when i was living abroad .... One Nigerian guy over there even told me it could be an attack sent to me from Nigeria, i said shoooooo. But i've heard from Americans and other people who had the same experience.

Rejecting a nice job because of this? Wrong move!

I woke up in the middle of the night, around 3am. I passed through the living room (Parlour) to go to the toilet. I spotted few ants in the parlour but did not pay much attention, as i really needed to go and do my business in the toilet. When i was done, i returned and discovered they were tons of ants in the parlour, I used Topgon to spray the place, the more i spray the more i discovered more. Some even fell on me from the deck ceiling. I sprayed more all over the parlour and lock it, came back around 7am to see dead ants everywhere.

Hummm naija police! I wonder how the will handle this if true.

It reminds me of a guy they call "pikin" in owerri, he took 10 bottles of squad 5(some people say 8, 9, 11, 15 bottles).
He passed out in front of the shop where he took the drinks in the night, people gathered around him in the morning before the police arrival.
A man told the police to do something to save the guy first as he was still breathing, instead of looking for who to arrest first, the police gave the man a hot slap and put him in their bus, they tried to arrest people around, everyone took to their hills. They also arrested the shop owner that sold the squad, along with her sister, they stayed in the police for 2weeks...and i heard that the pikin guy died.

When i was living abroad, my family was everything to me.... Even when i save up money to build buy land/build house, when they call and tell me one problem or other in the family, i'll just use the money to solve it and don't mind starting again afresh.
A colleague in abroad once told me to start thinking and planning for myself, that if a ever go back home without anything, that the same people that i am doing all this for will make fun of me. I told him is not my family, that we love each other very much.
But everything was clear to me when i was deported back to Nigeria due paper issue. You need to see insults i get from them, one asked me what i have done for him.....

They always think you owe them something for being their brother, and many will not try to to anything, they just sit around even when they get an opportunity to establish themselves, they'll just overlook it because their brother is in overseas.

PHCN contributed in killing my mother, whenever she sees the bill she will panic and start making calls here and there.
Our own started small like yours, they used to bring like 3k to 5k, at a point it became 5k ans every month we pay the 5k. Then it moved to 7k 8k 9k, and we kept paying 5k, and after a while we started paying 7k 8k, and the bill now move to 10k 11k....we paid 11k last week and we currently have 140k outstanding payments. This is a rip off!!! All this bills are only estimated and not real, we've been asking for prepaid meter and they say is not ready yet.
We we've written letters to them and gone in person and nothing has been done. Even my mother gave money to a man who said he work with PHCN to go and talk to them, atleast to look into this outstanding payments that keeps increasing monthly, but nothing was done and we don't pay anything less than 10k monthly now.
The outstanding was around 100k when my mum was alive last year, is now 140k....she won't calm down when ever she sees the bill, essentially the outstanding.


OP, I don't know what to tell you as everything we did to resolve the issue failed.
Is not easy, this country is a mess!

If he likes what he is doing, he can change the way people sell palm wines. He can use his own brand name for the bottles, with his company name to label it, make it look clean and hygienic.
