Hi Cgift.
Be very careful how you open your mouth, read your write-up over and over again before pasting.that my friend,is a warning.
That paste was not intended for you rather it is intended for person(s)
that want hassle free living quarters.
A gentleman paid 24m a year as rent for some years less than 3 months ago for someone else, not himself or family member, how about that?you live in a different world from mine
and you do business with different people from mine.
I don't and really don't care where you live and how you live,i live on the island and i know many persons that pay 239 thousand naira for two weeks in Ikoyi and V/i.
And i did not put the rent dues on that house;the owner who bought it for hundreds of millions and spent tens of millions to put it in super shape did.
Please,be very careful. cool
I apologise. Please shealth your sword! You are right, we live in different worlds and i am really not taken aback by such a decision to rent a house for N20m p.a. If i have the money, i can do it as well. Go on marketing. All the best.

Peace cool

@ cgift

I have never read a more inaccurate account of Zenith Bank and its policies. You sound like someone who has been trying to get into Zenith Bank to no avail and has now taking to slader (in a libelous form). Zenith Bank staffs are well informed and are always in the know, marketer or no marketer. It is believed that knowledge is key to customer service. Zenith Bank also trains its staffs regularly. They have an insatiable appertite for continous staff development via training. Zenith Bank does not fire its staffs without due cause. None performance alone cannot be a reason to revoke your contract of employment. Zenith is a key leader in the banking industry with high business morals and respect for human dignity of service.

ls someone shld please carry out the survey recommended by cgift and tell us the result.

Mpele:
The Nigeria I saw on tuesday is the Super Eagle that we used to adore in South Africa. What a brilliant perfomance by the baby eagles. I must confess, my heart was bleeding when I realised the fact that Nigeria is miles ahead when coming to the development of football when compered to us (South Africa) I can safely say that Nigeria have a team that is going to surprise the world come 2010. When I watched the boys, what came to my mind was Rachidi Yekini, Steven Keshi, Jay Jay Okocha, Daniel Amokachi, Sunday Oliseh andof course Samson Siasia.

What I must emphasise is that African players normally let little success to go to their heads. e.g. Nigerian squad that won gold in Atlanta 96 should've done better at France 98. The 2002 world cup Senegal side let their successful display to go to their heads. Most of them became big headed. They thought they've done it. Where are they now, they even failed to win the African Cup of Nations.

I wish the Nigerian FA could protect these boys and nature them into big stars. The world took notice of that

perfomance.

Go baby eagles! Make Africa proud.
I am happy there are still some reasonabloe people in Africa! With this kind of support, i dont see why Africa wont conquer the world again come Saturday! At least it is 11 vs 11 or what ya think? grin

Zenith bank enables career progression, giving you the ability to put your creative ability to work.marketing unit is the place to be anytime.Bank phb has a good brand, but not so strong in developing their staff,
you lie and do not live according to the truth! The reverse i believe is the case except you are in operations and their treasury. Nothing else. Being in this banking long enough.

Them Zenith people whenever they come join us, they just cant cope. That is the plain truth. If you are in marketing, you will know next to nothing except mobilising deposits!

Compare 10 staff of the two banks across varied functions and yu will be shocked! Zenith is also tough on firing when targets are not met (expecially at the marketing departments).

Dont believe me check it out yourself.
PropertiesRe: Which Is Better: Mowe Or Ibeju Lekki by cgift(m): 2:59pm On Aug 08, 2008
My brother, Ibeju is far better by all standards. I can authoritatively confirm (dont ask me my sources) that an Airport is coming to Ibeju. For those of you who have followed my advert on Ibeju, i had said that infrastructure is massively cominig to that area. Four dual carriages are being built to connect Ibeju into Epe land areas largely used for Agriculature at the moment. You wont believe it. Though there are a number of areass alloted to the government, not all are as such. i have staked awhole lot just waiting for the explosion.

Recently, you wont believe, officials of the state government met with some families over the government's intent to buy their lands. Some are already selling, while others are who see the future are bluntly refusing. This is classified info.

If you have contacts in lands ministry of the state government , check it out and disprove me if you can.

For me, Ibeju and environs is just it. It is serene, mostly on the upland and not water-looged. Many developmental projects going on already and estates, well planned sprining up ehre and there. It is not disorganised at all. It is also strategically located such that you can easily pass time off at Eleko beach. The major roads are tarred and strong and are not busy at all.

I will advice any day and time to put your money on Ibeju.

I have plots in Ibeju Lekki area. Contact me on crownsgift@yahoo.com if you care.

cheerio.

You will be gladyou did. I have exclusion documents for the land. YouImagine having the cover of coconut trees at you back yard and viewing the sea from your window. The is enough clearance from the beach anyway as much s two plots from the water front. So, no fears for attack from the "innocent" beach. grin

I can take you to Epe here in Lagos. I have scores of acres for sale and the soil is great. Cassava thrives very well here as that is what people are doing in the area. Can we talk as i am bent on giving you a great deal and an impressive customer service.

Note that this area is peaceful, serene and might probably even become so lucrative for real estate in the immediate future. Mail me at crownsgift@yahoo.com or call 07028468683. Standing by for more info.

I have several in Mopo Akinlade along Alpha Beach Road. The place is about 40 minutes (to be candid) from the alpha beach junction to the land area because of the uneven road. It is ordinarily a 6 minutes on a good road at 80-100 km/hr.

It sells for 1.2m per plot by the beach side. I mean its a water front.

thirdeye:
then be ready not to buy land in lagos.
All lands in lagos were for govt. at one time or the other.
Most of the lands u have in Lagos, people had to reposses them from the govt.
Thanks for your insight thirdeye.  Some fail to realize that all lands by our consitution belongs to government. No doubt about that but people repossess them again and you would ask as a potential buyerfor the copy of the exclusion document rather than putting fears into people's hearts without the right information.

Some may not like to face reality. Thats why my father regrets till this day that he does not have a single property in Lagos but his village which he hardly visits grin Then he was always saying, this one is for government land, that place is bushy, when will it develop, its is too far, it is this it is that,  They were practically begging him.

Today, seeing that me his son has worked so hard to build a house in a remote part of Lagos  grin, he is challenged and now wants to start building a house in Lagos - the costs of those places he said were bushes have now become something else beyond his reach. Who is to blame? I have places, in fact scores of acres that i have bought selling for N100K per plot at the moment that i am just waiting for an explosion.  I bought them for far less.

When the main explosion comes, you can imagine me in becoming a billionaira overnight apart from having vast estates. Then you will be seeing CrownsGift Estates  grin. I pray you will remember.

Please, be bold, be an entrepreneur. Measure the risk, ensure it is calculated and take it. Brace up yourself.
