Honestly, Scholes should watch how em South American boys pressure opponents without doing anything rash.
I think that is the difference between English players and em Latino players.
U can always breathe in peace when Apache or Anderson are pressing. . . . When Scholes/Rooney chase players, they get carded.
I cannot count the number of times Scholes/Rooney have been suspended due to this rush of blood.

I have been spoilt by SCHOLESY.
Remember when he came back after the long lay-off when he got problems with his sight.
No Premiership midfielder could touch the ginger prince. . . . . He was part of the reason we won the title last season.

We are at the business part of the season now.
Scholes should just provide the services he offered throughout last season(without the nasty tackles) and we should be fine.
Saha must step up his game too. . . . He squanders a lot of chances for me liking.

Scholes was at it's IMPERIOUS best but hey, it's against a very poor Fulham so i aint convinced yet.
As usual, Saha was a donkey. Missed so many chances and i am still in shock he didn't get a hatrick today.

I don't even think this is Fergie's call.  Everything depends on the shrewd Mr Aulas.
He absolutely doesn't want to sell Benzema before EURO 2008 because he expects his value to go up by 25% then. Aulas is an economist.
Aulas will sell Benzema and Ben Arfa at some point as he has done before with Essien, Diarra & Malouda - but not until all the big teams are fighting for him to start a bidding war.

Aulas is just playing carrot and stick until he gets Real Madrid and Chelsea's financial egos into the mix and he sells Benzema for a Zidane-like fee.
If he can accomplish that before the lad has actually achieved anything other than show he is very talented then Aulas will have done it again with the best bit of business since Arsenal bought Anelka for 500k, sold him a year later to Real Madrid for 22 million and then bought Henry for 10 milla to replace him.

I think Aulas is just playing the victim for marketing purposes - a role he does well(He is a Arrow).
Basically, Fergie commented after the Lyon game that Benzema showed he can play and then predictably the media are full of Benzema this and that and Manchester United, Chelsea, Real and Barca linked already.
Aulas must be licking his lips as he knows Juve will strengthen and AC Milan & Arsenal will be looking for a striker after Luiz Ronaldo and Eduardo both got badly crocked. Whether Wenger can shell 20 milla for Benzema is a different topic entirely as we all know Le Prof is STINGY.

Only question is, would Saha go to Lyon?
Reason all their stars leave is the upper tier leagues offer greater salaries. . . . . so Saha might not fancy moving to Lyon.

Consider that Newcastle, Tottenham, Manchester City, Liverpool, Everton, Blackburn would all snap Saha up if he was available (possibly Chelsea as well) and pay him more than Lyon would. Same thing with Silvestre.
Benzema will therefore have to be straight cash, but not more than £18m in my view, there's plenty of pebbles on the beach.

Mr Aulas is known as a shrewd businessman and he is saying this to bump up the price should United or any other club put in a bid.
Benzema is a good player, but has yet to prove himself a great player, and where would he fit in our forward line, too similar to Rooney and Tevez.
One possibility though is a swap deal for Saha plus say £10m and see what Mr. Aulas says. . . . . . .
