bros don't be surprised that many apc supporters on nl are junior secondary school students or ssce dropouts so don't bother arguing with them. Unknown to many the apc presidential primaries was a intra party power play and tussle between the atiku camp and tinubu camp. That was the first time tinubu will be forced to give in to the demands by a group to conduct primaries. Atiku successfully mobilized strong party members against the consensus idea of tinubu, and this was a danger signal that that atiku has the capacity of taking control of the party. Tinubu had to even engage obj to help in curbing the growing influence of atiku,so in short the apc primaries didn't produce the best candidate but only produce a winning group withing apc. I have been telling ppl that even tinubu and amaechi knows that buhari will lose .one doesn't even need a prophet to tell someone that.
Ignoramus! Atiku has camp and kwankwaso beat him into third place at the primaries? Please stop talking rubbish about things beyond your understanding.

GMB will prove the doubters wrong. This campaign has been lost by a foolish president who has further impoverished Nigerians. See how dry the Christmas season has been, the millions of jobless ripped off by government, fees to use nysc website, buy forms for immigration, police, firs, customs, Army recruitment etc. and yet they have shared the jobs to their families and friends! Diezani spending 10bn to charter jets in one year and she secures injunction to stop NASS from querying her? Even ubah of tan is a subsidy crook, pardon for alams because stealing is not corruption? GMB and an APC government is what we need to turn the country around. My prayers are firmly with GMB and the suffering masses. Jonathan better start covering his tracks now, because mercy for his kind of stealing and corruption will be in very short supply.

Meanwhile read what a prominent Nigerian said about the project:

WHY LAGOS HAS NO TRAIN AND WATER. WE ALL MUST BLAME BUHARI. Chief Richard Akinjide (SAN)

Speaks on Buhari's cancellation of Lagos Train service which is cause to traffic jam in Lagos today. So when you are in traffic in Lagos, remember Buhari put you there. And if you buy water to bathe or drink. BUHARI MADE THE LAND OF AQUATIC SPLENDOUR NOT TO HAVE WATER. He speaks on the 50 million dollars dollars paid to a French company, the debt it caused Lagos and that HE HIMSELF AS ATTORNEY GENERAL VETTED THE DEAL FOR THE PROJECTS PERSONALLY.

Hear the former Attorney General and Senior advocate of Nigeria.

"If Buhari stands for any election 10 times, he will lose#
WHY?
He hasn't got the electoral advantage to win an election. He has done a lot of things in the past, which shows that he hasn't got democratic norms. For instance, the government of Lagos State was to do the railway system and we know what he did about it. Nigeria has one of the worst railway systems in Africa today. Lagos State was going to do water system; he (Buhari) cancelled it. He even cancelled the railway system (metroline) in Lagos State. The railway system was approved by Shehu Shagari and the agreement was vetted by me as the Attorney-General and Lagos State deposited $50 million to a French company, which they forfeited and then they were asked to pay damages again in arbitration. Buhari was told that and he didn’t care. His belief was that South would be better developed than the North. Anybody who thinks like that is not worthy of being President of this country. That is one of the reasons he has no political advantage for any political party. We all know what he did about human rights abuses. He imprisoned many political leaders.

IS THAT WHY HE HAS CONTESTED IN THE LAST THREE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS AND LOST?
Let him contest again. If he does again, I don’t see him winning and I mean it.

BUT BUHARI FOUGHT CORRUPTION.

There is nobody in this country who has not fought corruption, one way or the other. But if you remember when he became Head of State, he was from the North, the Vice President was also from the North (Kwara) and the Secretary to the Federal Government was also from the North, as if South did not exist at that time. That is a serious wrong political arithmetic. People will not forget that and I mean it. But when he left power through a military coup against him, Gen. Ibrahim Babangida came to power and he took as Number Two people from Abia and later Edo State. So, we had a fair balance at that time. If you are doing Nigerian politics, you must have a fair balance. Anybody that made that mistake again as Buhari did, he will lose election."

Akinjide of the infamous champagne bottles is a non-entity even in yoruba politics. Mr. AGIP personified.

Akinjide, Akinloye Are Politically Dead - Gani
By Femi Adepoju

Lagos — Radical Lagos lawyer, Chief Gani Fawehinmi (SAN), has described formerchairman of the defunct National Party of Nigeria (NPN) as being politicallyinconsequential, with no relevance to the present political state ofNigeria. Reacting to the declaration of Chief AMA Akinloye for the rulingPeoples Democratic Party, (PDP) , Chief Gani Fawehinmi this morning saidChief Akinloye is dead politically.

"What does he stand for? What has he stood for? Does he want toresuscitate champagne?" Chief Fawehinmi querred rhetorically. Continuing, hesaid "this is not the type of news we should hear on a breakfast table. Weare talking about change of event in the country. "Nigerians have gonebeyond this type of flimsy politics. We should not count the dead with theliving"

Apparently sounding bitter about the politician's declaration, ChiefFawehinmi said the political crisis we are witnessing now as well as thelogjam the country has found herself in economically were as a result of theunpatriotic activities of Chief Akinloye and Chief Richard Akinjide who hesaid should not be encouraged to have the feeling that they still haveanything to offer.

"Why do you bring the dead to the living?," he further askedPMNews. Also reacting to the declaration, Alliance for Democracy (AD)Publicity Secretary, Opeyemi Bamidele, said the emergence of people likeChief Richard Akinjide and Chief Adisa Akinloye in the present politicaldispensation is an attempt by members of their own generation to supress anemerging international political trend which is to encourage members of theyounger generation with bright and scientific ideas to take overleadership.

Jonathan hear this, as commander in chief these young men's blood will haunt you, and God will call you to account. To murder young soldiers as part of silencing critics in the military is unconscionable and evil. Equip them, provide medical services and see if bh will not flee before them. This government is truly a tragic mess, but they will be gone soon.

Keep spreading your lies. Buhari was the poorest candidate in the APC primaries, but his reputation, his integrity, his passion for Nigeria and it's suffering masses brought him overwhelming victory. The difference between him and Jonathan is as stark as the difference between light and darkness! He is what the people are clamouring for. And whatever you do, that change is going to crush the friends of corruption and mismanagement in this country. Amaechi knows a winner when he sees one, unlike you. The ineptitude and ignorance of Jonathan has made the country fertile ground for an APC Gov with GMB as president. Change is coming, get used to it.

Ngwakwe:
It is the National Assembly that needs to release a comprehensive report on the said scandal and not the Executive.

Hon. Aminu Tambuwal, Sen. David Mark and NASS owe Nigerians that duty and we are still expecting their report as part of their oversight functions.

The Executive is not expected to present an unbiased report in a scandal involving an agency under it hence the call by Lai Mohammed shows the depth of his mental capacity and bias.

There are three branches of government in a democracy and they are responsible for checking the excesses of each other.

Quoting the words of Senator Bukola Saraki on the $20 billion scandal "Let's allow the Senate to finish their job to avoid what happened to Nuhu Ribadu's committee report from repeating itself" end of quote.
The auditors were engaged by the executive. Do you expect them to submit their report to the NASS who are not their client, or paymaster. That defies logic. Even on transparency issues this government is a failure. Enough!

The op is asking if GEJ or GMB will revive it. Cant you people read and comprehend before typing foolishness. For your information, the British started our railways, and once BOAC, and like every other industry, our culture of non-maintenance, corruption, inefficiency etc has seen our shipping, aviation and rail die or remain at sub-optimal levels. Perhaps this is another project GEJ has pencilled down for the next four years, but I know pdp corruption has chased Virgin Nigeria and air Nigeria into the mortuary.

Pastor Kalejaiye being a RCCG Pastor is supporting Buhari becos of Pastor Prof. Osinbajo. But does Kalejaiye know that Osinbajo drafted and signed the Contract between Lagos State Govt and Alpha Beta Consulting Limited?? The signing of that Contract on behalf of Lagos State gave Alpha Beta(a Company without known Directors) the Exclusive Right to collect Lagos State Revenue and deduct 15 Percent without recourse to the Lagos State House of Assembly. Kalejaiye and others should know that Tinubu made over N150 Billion (One hundred and fifty billion naira) from the shady contract and that's why Tinubu is compensating him now. Pastor Osinbajo is an accessory to the crime of stealing cos he knew Alpha Beta Consulting Ltd is a Company without identity!!!!!
Please supply evidence. In one place your followers will say 9%, in another 5%, here it is 15%, haba which one? Kalejaiye is a man of established reputation, you we do not know. But keep on cutting and pasting across all the threads here. We can feel your desperation, and your time is short.

http://www.thisdaylive.com/articles/buhari-rejects-boko-haram-s-nomination-as-mediator/130039/

Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) leader, Major-General Muhammadu Buhari, Wednesday rejected his nomination by Boko Haram to mediate in talks with the Federal Government in a bid to end the terror activities of the group in the country.

Buhari, reacting personally for the first time since his name was mentioned, along with five others by the sect last week, said he would neither work for the insurgency group nor negotiate on behalf of the Federal Government.

His party had earlier distanced him from the Islamic sect’s activities, saying he would not take up the offer.

He also spoke on the ongoing merger talks of opposition parties, saying the alliance, when it comes to fruition, would ensure the defeat of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2015 general election.

I rest my case here, bro, cos it's certain you have nothing significant to allege against this gentleman called Goodluck Jonathan.
You are a fool to give me a rod for your back. Exactly what does Jonathan control? According to you TANdroids, he is never responsible for anything from security to education to management of the economy, but you say he is in control. Even patience, does not believe that. I don't care if he is a gentleman, we need an inspiring leader who has integrity and is not thirsting for riches or women his position now gives him access to. We want a leader who preferably does not fall asleep drunk, even when out of the public eye. We want a leader who is firm in challenging our vices as a people. I hope you see why Jonathan is not the man of the hour for most of us.
