A Nigerian lady identified as Toyosi Akerele-Ogunsiji who made waves while studying at the prestigious Harvard University in the United States. The lady who revealed she's home bound - shared an epic prayer for her country (Nigeria). Read below; My Last Day at School. I'm going Home. I feel really really blue. I will miss a lot of good people and great learning. Lord, you see how Nigeria has some of the brightest minds and best ideas yet our Country stays underperforming. You see all my dreams and heart desires for my Fatherland. That we may not be used any further as the Classic Case study of Corruption by hypocritical western elements, that we may move from being the "ant" of Africa and live up to the expectations of the "actual giant" of Africa we were once respected as. That our People may stop dying from diseases, that we may enjoy electricity, that clean water may flow from our pipes, that our crops and plants may flourish to nourish our bodies, that our Youth may know the truth and choose hardwork and integrity above fast food gratification and their get rich quick mentality, that our children be given their rights to read, write and grow, that our women may get more seats at the Table to make decisions for our development, that our elders may respect themselves and anchor this great nation to Progress, that the greedy, reckless and daft amongst our Execu-Thieves, Legis-looters, Judi-Sharers may never be re-elected into office and that the noblemen of Nigeria may take over the reins of power. That we shall overcome our obsession with materialism and shallowness and embrace depth and substance, that the abundance of opportunities and resources may become the lot of our poor and our rich may receive sense that they're still very poor when all they have is money and they don't empower their Communities. Let Love lead our way and Let Unity never depart from our History Books. I head home Lord. This marks the End of an Era and the beginning of a glorious future. One that depends totally and solely on You and all the Good works I have done in the past and the more my hands and heart will find to do for Nigeria and the World herefrom. I have seen and been to many great Countries. I want my Country to be greater and better than them all and I WILL be part of that historic reform and turnaround. These Mixed Feelings of Nostalgia and Renewed Hope, this Girl will be Okay. Where are all those people that promised to send me Eba, Efo Elegusi and Ogunfe, Ikokore, Pounded Yam and Ofe Nsala? Now is the time to make good una promise o. Phew. What a Year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Goodbye HARVARD. Forever, I'll always call you Home. A young African lady has got herself trending online after sharing photos of her older White husband. According to the lady who is now based in Europe with her man, both of them are 'madly in love' with each other. She also mocked Africans subtly after sharing the photos as she said ' Don't Hate' because she's now dealing with Euros and not the "backward" currency. https://www.nationalhelm.co/2017/07/african-lady-shares-loved-photos-europe-based-husband.html

This is unfortunate coming from a graduate. A man identified as Bright Eugene has left online users in a confused state after sharing an application letter received by an office in Abuja today. Funny enough, the application letter which was constructed with"high-paying keywords" was written by a GRADUATE. Nigerian netizens have reacted differently to this after the letter was shared online. What's really your excuse for not working hard? A physically challenged man with one leg decided to take the bull by the horns by fending for himself the way he knows best despite his condition. The man who works as a labourer was spotted working on a road site in Kaduna state. Men. Anywhere she went, they were drawn to her as insects are to honey. Be it in a restaurant, walking on the road or attending a social function – a seductive spirit would always attract them to her. A casual glance. An exchange of numbers. A subsequent meeting. For Vivian Iwuchukwu, sleeping with men became not just a means of fleeting pleasure but an actual source of livelihood. Scaling through university – her education and that of her siblings funded through such frivolous activities – Vivian struggled to find a job constantly surrounded by nagging men. Strangely, the calibre of men coming her way were the rich and influential in society. They were often married and began giving her the attention due their wives – leading to ugly scenarios at home. Anytime she got a job, miniscule issues would lead her to angrily resign – pushing her back down the path of lust and fornication. However, all the money accrued through such illicit means left as swiftly as they came. Searching for solution, Vivian was deceived to visit a shrine where she underwent an initiation involving the exchange of money and bathing in a swampy river. However, the problems only seemed to surmount, as did the amount of money the spiritualists were demanding from her. Tuning into Emmanuel TV one day as her life had reached its lowest ebb, she prayed along with Prophet T.B. Joshua. The following morning, Vivian said something had ‘opened her eyes’, realising that she needed deliverance. Mustering the courage to come to The SCOAN, she received prayer from Prophet T.B. Joshua last week where the evil spirits responsible for her plights were exposed and expelled. After her deliverance, Vivian testified that her body felt so light and all thoughts of her past had left. She spoke of the newness of life she had experienced since her deliverance, adding that her heart was rippling with joy. V Vivian advised young ladies especially to not seek after the flashy things of the world but get involved in a living Church and seek the face of God. https://www.nationalhelm.co/2017/07/demons-attracted-big-men-lady-slept-various-men-money-photo.html

There was tension yesterday at the Ahiara Catholic Diocese in Ahiazu Mbaise Council Area of Imo state as the planned public protest and procession by the laity council over the appointment of Peter Ebele Okpalaeke as the Bishop of the diocese was aborted by the heavy presence of armed policemen and other security agencies who were stationed at all strategic junctions leading to the diocese. Over 3, 000 faithful of Ahiara Diocese of the Catholic Church converged on the Mater Ecclesiae cathedral, Mbaise in Imo State for a rally to restate their total rejection of the embattled Bishop Peter Ebele Okpaleke. Okpaleke was anointed and consecrated bishop of the diocese by Pope Benedict XVI in 2012 but both the Laity Council and the priests in the diocese rejected his appointed on the grounds that he is not an indigene of the area, among other reasons. The angry faithful of the diocese said they were only fighting alleged imposition of a bishop on the diocese and not the Catholic Pontiff. The diocesan youths, who put on black attire, chanted solidarity songs to reaffirm their support for the position taken by the Ahiara Diocese clerics and the laity council’s to rejection of Okpaleke. Other Catholic men and women who dressed in different church uniforms, also participated in the rally, which started with a rosary procession round the cathedral. This was just as the Imo state Governor, Rochas Okorocha has appealed for calm, urging the priests and laity of the diocese to sheathe their swords.
