Ingredients.

Combined the cornedbeef, black pepper, onions, garlic and soy sauce with a little bit of cornflour. Mixed together and added to heated oil to stir fry.

Added the parboil noodles, seasoning and sweet corn to the stir fried corned beef.

The food was not on display at the counter top and when I asked the lady wheres the food, she said she was going to serve it from inside the kitchen so it will be hot.

With little money , you can make for yourself a healthy meal.Plenty crayfish and vegetables should outweigh other things we have been used to in preparing soups. We also must make sure it is well balanced for good health. Ask of avonaro pepper, I don't know the exact spelling. It is small like atarodo pepper. They sell 4 for N100 in Benin. Use just one. It's very hot and has a special aroma and taste. I use it for fried rice and coconut rice also.
