No you aren't unlucky. If you take charge of the situation, all that will change.

Well, I do both at times depending on how time allows.

Yet, at any point in time, I maintain very high level of personal cleanliness that whether I keep the hairs or not, I don't smell there or wherever. That doesn't change the fact that allowing pubic hairs to stay grown traps sweat more which may increase odour if not often cleaned/washed.

However, to some people, especially someone you may be sexually involved with, mere sight of much hairs there appears disgusting.
So, my take is, different strokes for different folks.

Hi guys. They say a problem shared is a problem half solved. I noticed that I've developed body odour ‎for about 2 years now. I'm 35 years and I first noticed it in 2014 about when I just got a new job. I've tried all sorts of deodorants and body sprays and nothing works. Body sprays actually makes it worse for me. I've tried driclor and maximum strength anti perspirants but to no avail. I've tried the baking soda treatment, lime and lemon but still to no avail. I make it a point of duty to shave every night so it's not like I keep hairs. I also shower atleast twice everyday. It's not like i get too sweaty,infact I don't perspire as much as to wet clothes in the pits area yet the slightest hint of sweat that comes on mixes with whatever roll on I have on and then creates a bad smell even when I'm dry. I get a lot of mean looks and turned heads everyday and it's actually starting to affect me mentally as I dream of people rubbing their noses and making faces at me in my sleep. Funny how people judge you immediately like you don't groom yourself properly. My life is on a stand still right now and I get panic attacks from the thought of going out because of the treatment and funny looks I get from people. I've been masturbating for about 7 years now, could this be the cause? Is there any link between masturbation and body odour? Could it be ulcer? I'm inclined to think it's from from the inside because I've tried all measures of outter cleanliness. Please has anyone out there ever encountered this social burden and how did u deal with it? Please help a dying soul.

Scientifically speaking, certain foods or drinks eg. garlic, ginger, opium, onions etc may aggravate body when certain of their metabolites or waste products appear in our sweat.
So, do a complete check of what u must have consumed now or b4 now and be open to a medical personnel to help u faster.
Then, stop such consumption immediately.

I met this girl sometime ago and we started seeing each other (as in no strings attached just for the benefits). She happens to be a client of ours.
It was my colleague who actually told me she's available (as in not attached) so I took my chances .
After a while, I started seeing her with my colleague (as in she coming to see him in the office). I confronted her and she said there's nothing between them. All these while my friend never mentioned there was something going on between them. All he kept saying was that the girl would be good on bed. I couldn't tell him about the girl and I cos she's Hausa and a muslim while I'm not Hausa and a Christian. I feel he may lash at her and discourage her from continuing with me which may even endanger her.
I was shocked when one day he told me of his escapades with the girl and how the girl got involved in a duel with his other girl who he's planning on getting married to.
I have no long-term intention with this girl so also does my colleague. But I feel I should tell him before he finds out or what do you think my fellow nairalanders?

I doubt if there is any relationship without sex these days. Even the media is not helping in anyway to curb pre-marital sex instead, they are enhancing it. Its very evident that most male and female derive great pleasure from sex. In short, i feel like I'm using my boyfriend for sex because I can't keep my hands off my boyfriend especially during sexy times.

Besides, An average Nigerian woman has more men clamouring to her compared to an average Nigerian man. Definitely, its the woman who has the power and ability to chose, approve and discard men as willingly as she wants.

Men on the other hand, tend to cast their net in the dating pool hoping to catch a fish. The average man takes an interest potential female and chases her. He might even be shut down.

Sometimes in life, we are amazed at how flighty people can be, especially after we may have put so much trust in them, maybe on a task. The truth is that we shouldn't have careless trust in people's offers. If there deliver, appreciate them well. But, be prepared for anything. "Be optimistic for the best, but expect the worst"

Bottom line is, do not expect much from people. Accept them as they are and live your own life.

Carefully learning about our friends' past, their way of thinking and approach to issues enable us know their kind, character, values and motivations. This helps us to foresee their actions and later behaviours.

Due to the dynamic nature of humans, we shouldn't bear stiff ideas of people. Sometimes you have good impression of people, but when situations change, we see different colours. Yet, there may have been prior signals earlier that such may happen, which we ignored bc we had carelessly trusted them.

Most times we expect much from our friends. This exposes us to big disappointments esp. when they don't meet our expectations, thereby hurting our feelings and harming our relationships. Even though true friends are hard to get, I believe if we can work on our attitudes (and emotions), we can reduce disappointments to a barest minimum.

When I thought of this, I arrived at the fact that controlling our emotions towards our friends can help us prevent or mitigate any future disappointments.
Initial impressions of people can be misleading and we judge wrongly at other times. It may also be due to our nervousness and 'over-openness' during our initial encounter. But, overtime we begin to see people's true character. So, avoiding early judgements and trusts enable us learn more about friends without being hurt.

You can't beat how this helps you understand people's character and values that make them unique.

That most of us have not landed those dream jobs doesn't mean we are incapable. Try us and you will not regret it.
