Don't judge them yet.. The only crime I see from that picture is weed.. If they stole the generators and plasma from neighborhood they will never use it,think about it before judging.. The caller was unknown.. They should call the owners to come and identify their electronic or else the guys should get a good lawyer

if this happen in naija .i will check if the man is still breathing and I will help him but if it's beyond my first aid experience i swear I will pack some with my face covered then go jejely. Bcoz if you call Nigeria police it's obvious they will finish the man and pack all the money...
