atlwireles:You got it spot on. Especially Femi Falana and Keyamo. I am sure that Falana was already daydreaming of establishing his own university the way Afe Babalola did after stealing so much during OBJ's reign |
gists:This is the Elbe-Haval canal that links the Eastern city of Magdeburg to the river Elbe. Canals are an essential part of German transportation infrastructure network. Goods are moved between industrial hubs via these canals. There is also the ship lift at a place called Eberswald. A magnificent piece of engineering work |
humblesteve:Jokwa nwerem. Let the people keep on ranting. We are from Ebonyi and very proud of it and what we have achieved as a people and as a State. I schooled in Afikpo and they have very fine and enterprising people there, same too as my Ohaozara people. I have met some Ezzas and Izzis and they are hardworking too in whatever vocation they find themselves in. If I speak my dialect and you are not able to understand me, it's your problem and not mine. Every language has its linguisting variations according to regions and no dialect is superior to another within a given linguistic group. Jokwa nwoke ike |
humblesteve:Would your being included in Abia State make you feel better? You were in Imo State for decades and later moved to Abia State and nothing changed. Being part of Ebonyi State has fasttracked the development of Afikpo as a whole better than if it was left as part of Abia |
coldFLARES1:APC can only exercise their authority from may 29th. Before then, the PDP administration is constitutionally empowered to rule and that includes recruiting personnel |
Catered4:@OP good work you are doing. It's not exactly the way they described it. Most food vendors (mostly road side) sell jaki meat alongside others. You get what you prefer. They have jaki meat separate from cow or goat meat and both are not prepared together. Besides, you wouldn't be eating at a roadside buka. That's how erroneously stereotypes develop. By the way I come from ebonyi state |
Glo, Airtel and Etisalat will be rubbing their hands with glee waiting for MTN to close shop in Nigeria and throw 6000 workers into the job market. You better tell your South African President to rein in the attack dogs. They are giving their country a very bad image |
barcanista:Election rerun things. They are the military wing of APC trying to change the demographics before the scheduled rerun elections in Donga |
iscoli:Ask Mugabe |
The poor writing style will tell you all you need to know about the article and its source. All these in a bid to rubbish the President. He has conceeded defeat already, what else do they want from him? Oh, just to prove he's no hero? |
ckenneths:Oga Spyder very much likely. From the tire footprint on the road, it's clear to see that the driver was either distracted or slept off while on a high speed and stepped hard on the brake trying to correct his steering. Common mistake people make in emergency of stepping too hard on the brake pedal |
Most of the results released so far, are from the area where Gov Rochas comes from and the trend is expected. Ihedioha of the PDP will win by large majority in Mbaise and Owerri axis. Okigwe zone will likely be the tie breaker. There's nothing wrong with the result from Mbaise. They are more populated than other parts of Imo State and since this is their best chance of ever governing Imo State, the voters turnout should be high |
Akuko |
@OP, there's what is called "kissing the right ar.ses". Go and learn how to climb the corporate ladder |
nijanigga:No we didn't. We voted PDP and have no regrets doing so. There's a reason APC's message isn't resonating there. If they want to make inroads into the region, they should win the masses over with their programme there. Now they have the opportunity and the power to do so. |
ignis:The first set of senators are the PDP senators, followed by the APC senators, arranged according to their states (alphabetically) |
This is bad news for Femi Falana and the delta lawyer Keyamo. What would happen to their dreams of establishing their own university in 2019, the same way OBJ's lawyer did? |
Ebonyi state result shall take care of the difference |
temitayo41:It took about 5 minutes to complete the accreditation process. Buhari had some problems initially with card reader reading his fingerprints, but after about 3 tries, it went through. His wife's took less than a minute. |
steppin:Hahahaha carrying an umbrella would have been political suicide . See as some of his aides were soaked to the bone. Next time they should get under the UMBRELLA for protection |
Great strike by Awoniyi. 4-1 Nigeria |
Awoniyi is a thorn in their flesh |
I wonder how the team will play when Yahaya, Ihenacho and Success join the team. Congo pull one back |
Penalty for naija again ... And Musa makes it 3-0 |
Halftime and Nigeria lead 2-0 against Congo with a man down |
Well taken penalty by Musa. Nigeria 2 goals up |
So Dele Alampasu has fallen to number 3 or is he carrying injury? I was hoping he would replace Agbim and Ejide at the senior level Penalty for Naija. Go boys |
Our boys will have to be clinical now. Every chance should be a goal |
Red card for Nigeria goalkeeper 27th minute |
The Congolese are playing rough game |
CaptainOjemba:Okposi to be precise |
CaptainOjemba:No sir. I am from Ohaozara in Ebonyi State, though we share boundary with Awgu and Nkanu, hence the similarities |
