The issue of military men collecting money from drivers on east is a serious case to be looked into. is pure arm robbery, a money u collected forcely because you are armed what it is called? I will keep saying these till governments, presidents and house if reps and Senates'heara me.. it's so irritating , how men federal government pays 200k monthly will still be robbing from the poor masses.
