InfinityEstates: Annoyingly, most of these guys know it's more expensive to use all these cab guys or hire a truck.
The day I went to Ladipo to get some stuffs for my car, the least the cab guys were telling me was 18K. In my mind, how much things wey I buy wey I wan use 18K carry am
I ordered a ride, last last na 5K the guy carry am. Bolt actually estimated the ride to be 4,200, I think, but the guy wanted it offline, so I told him I'd pay 5K, which he was fine with. The road was super free that day so it was a win-win situation for both of us.
A rider wanted to put a full sized bed on my car, plus other luggage o. Nothing wey we no dey see for this work. During my early days, I carried a live goat in my trunk from Agege to Sango ota for 15k. I almost killed the goat before arrival Sef. Useless goat. Always breaking free and trying to jump out. Na passerby dey tell me say my goat wan run. Very horrible experience. |

jahmarsh: Please everyone, i will like to ask. Do you advise Volkswagen Jetta 2007 or 2006 for this business? Nigerian used. Please kindly advise. I don't really know much about the car. In performance and durability with fuel consumption, is it good? What's the engine size? 2.5L or 1.8L ? Either way, I won't use a vw for ehailing. Riders are not worth these fine fine cars Give them corona corolla. That's what dey deserve. |

Crvrider: Please how did you solve the bolded, suffering similar fate?
And please don't get me wrong when I suggested you could save 8k a month on car wash. Don't mean to be in your business like that. I spent over 10k on “car wash” monthly while I was still active. Driving alone is stressful. It will take me at least 2hours to wash a sedan to my satisfaction. How many hours is now left to complete trips? |

Felicity0001: My partner to the best of his knowledge has decided to ground vehicle till further notice but as for me ahead ahead na him I dey. I waited patiently for about 4month plus for that car the first time during the festive period when guys where catching out. Cars must experience tears and wears which is no fault of my.
I was waiting and ready for further re-negotiation of rental fee after car has been fix but the way and manner I was decieved to return the car is what I find unprofessional and unfair. And the most annoying part was my own guy was used to lure me into a dish.
But like I believe "I don't ever feel to comfortable when everything is going on too well" because there lyes a big problem ahead". Also, when a door close there is always like a 100 other better doors opened.
No offense taken brother man, I understand you view but you of all people should know that washing of tyers anf changing of spare tyers are the two most difficult things in owning a car.
A total change of that device was carried out with a tok spare.

jpworld: I know u very well.
You're one of the people that lead the protest when uber reduced the fare.
But let me give you HBP, so u will have a rethink of ur life and have a proper focus. While u were protesting,We are busy restructuring. So imagining above 10cars is impossible, is bc u r lazy.
@ Crvrider the secret is i paid 50k to learn mechanic 4 couple of months in 2018, i can change brakepad, oil filter and few other stuffs, so most cases i fix my cars myself,
I drive myself once in a while to know the market value,i am also a thug, u want fight i give u fight, you own me weekly rental 4 no reason, i seize ur fone, u want police i give u police.
stacyadams: everything no be oji onu, work 4 ur money, so it won't look like movie.
Gentlelife50 lm the man with the red range rover sports, when u came to pick the blue Corolla sports u used in 2018.
odimbannamdi ur 350k cannot even afford my mini flat in ogudu, i rent 650.
Despite all the strong fist with drivers, more than 5 drivers have finish paying off. So if u r a serious human being ready to succeed, we can work together. The only knowledge you have is of your ignorance. I am not responsible for that. |

knytred: The way Uber block drivers eh , I don’t understand ... the last time I was warned my cancellation was at 5percent and it’s still at 5 percent only for me to wake up that I have been deactivated . Out of a total of 108 trips , completed is 103 and canceled is 5 and I was deactivated , please does riders cancellation affect drivers , the only two times I recollect canceling , I made sure I got to the pick up point and waited for 5 mins , I even made sure the rider wasn’t charged oo. I don’t understand Uber these days to be honest It’s possible Uber’s cancellation axe hits newer accounts with less than 1,000 trips than older accounts with over 3,000 trips. Sorry for the loss. |

jpworld: This are the type of drivers that will send u back to ur village.
They will most likely damage ur car and claim someone else hit them. How did a jeep hit your right headlamp and front bomber
When no made thia post I never knew something was seriously going on in the thread.
I'd been very busy with other pressing issue plus an accident is had on Friday, a jeep ran into my car damaging my right headlamp and fender. Las Las na "oga abeg" end am. I didn't want to bug my boss for anything since I knew it's a 3rd party insurance the car has so I'd to take money from my rent almost 20k to fix the car spending all my day in ladipo on Saturday.
Coming here yesterday only to see how the forum had been turned into a court room with some self acclaim billionaire acting stupid and foolish dragging a fellow's wife on a 1960 tarred road. Only posterity will judge you.
Even one 1diot that has been an antagonist to mama radautoworks is now stylishly applying to be a sugar boy. How shameless people can be. Oga face you fish pond business for ur village else you'll return back via the lagoon waters. To before warn is to before arm.
I glad I was absent while all these played, because on the norms ne I don't like getting involve on controversies like this but its good every thing has been sorted out but I hope the lesson is not just for the accused alone but for everyone.
Lets all try to avoid hanging our panties on public lines. And May God not make us see trouble that will make us hang out panties in public lines.
Blessings to all my fans and good people here.
One love!! ? Was the jeep revising on the highway? And someone driving a jeep will damage ur car and be begging u, without begging with at least 50% of the damaged fee? The jeep is it range rover they use for towing vehicle? This are most likely lies u might have concocted to tell the owner, since owner is in nairaland. My broda repent, lies wont take u anywhere, half a decade more, u will be 50.
For someone who claims to own over 10 cars and can’t differentiate between fender (wheel well) and bumper Shock me |

davit: Thanks for your time. I just got a response from them. My account is blocked cos I operated rider's and driver's apps same time. Never knew this is wrong. But it s late now.
Well, I got bonus last 2 weeks too Yes, it is fraudulent to operate both riders and drivers app on the same IP address at the same time. If you remember, last Christmas I hinted I was flagged for fraudulent use of the Uber app for this same reason and forfeited 3% bonus as penance for my sins. Imagine doing a surge trip of 23k then and Uber collecting a whooping 25% as commission. Always sign out of your riders/drivers app, when the other is in use. Sorry for the loss. |

davit: Guys, below is a message I got from Uber just now. I'm even still on a ride. What do you suggest I do?
Your account has been deactivated Dear xxxxxxxxx
We refer to the Services Agreement terms.
We are writing to confirm that pursuant to clause 12.2(b) of the Services Agreement, we exercised our right to terminate the Services Agreement.
You have not met the Driver Requirements required by Uber to provide the Transportation Services described at clause 3.1 of the Services Agreement. Specifically due to fraudulent activity while using the Uber app.
Ending the Partnership
In accordance with our Community Guidelines (Local guidelines), the partnership with Uber was ended, and as such, you are no longer able to use any Driver App or Driver ID with immediate effect. You are not permitted to provide the transportation Services from this date.
Eligibility for Appeal
Unfortunately, this is a final decision, and you will not be granted the opportunity to appeal.
Return of Data
You must also immediately delete any Uber Data and fully remove the Driver App from your device.
Yours Sincerely,
Uber B.V.
I can't remember doing anything fraudulent. In fact, I hardly do trips on it these days cos of the low request. Also, they never mentioned Wetin I do ọ. Deactivated just like that? That’s your offense in bold. |

chucsmoore: Yeah I remember metro taxi and redcab introduced during fashola administration, they all dead and gone. I blame the Driver-partner community for even accepting LASDRI and HACKNEY permit. Government never means well for the citizens, especially LASG. This operating license has always been an Issue right from 2016, but Uber/Bolt did not relent. The driver-partner community sold themselves out. That’s what you get when you have hypocrites at the forefront of drivers’ union. In an nutshell: LASG will win. Uber/Bolt will win. Driver-partner community will loose. |

Car must be brand new or not older than 3 years...
The part that got me is the designated park for e-hailing drivers... as per danfo abi? What is now the point of it being e-hailing... Lagos just want to distabilize the market before introducing theirs...
Time will tell. Lagos state government can not afford to roll out brand new cars for taxi purpose. It always doesn’t end well. |

But if a car owner finds out that his oil is not top quality enough adding polytron additive might be ok ......
Polytron additive might work great on other applications like generators and other machinery equipment.. But for car engines I don't see the need especially if top quality oil is been used and oil change interval is constantly followed.. You no dey sleep? |
