Hmmn, you will be surprised what a lot of Naija women are force-fed and expected to put up, with once married If in doubt start checking the responses of married women on this forum, you will be shocking responses like "marriage is different from dating" "You have to have patience and endurance and learn to be calm" "If i caught him in bed with another woman, i will pray about it" "if he tells me he wants to marry a second wife, I will take it to the Lord in Prayer" "If he beats me, I will pray about it" "you are the woman, pacify him", and other bullshit like that
LOL, I can't shout. pray about it indeed.@topic, Of course and I better get an explanation. spare me that "he might not be in the mood to answer" crap, I'm also not in the mood for his tardiness, making me stay up late. ![]() |
Eminem is pretty immature for this new diss song. If anybody is a gay, it's him after all he got paid for his part in the bruno saga. ![]() He should let MC and Nick be, he has tapes bla bla bla. . .big deal!! most people in 'relationships' use the term, "I love you" while some make tapes or take pics, etc. That doesn't mean you're not their past after the break up. Like dude, move on already, she's with Nick now. |
lol. didn't kno u meant it as a joke. yea rita is funny but there is a lot of truth to what she's saying. abi don't we do demons? lol ![]() u watch the show?
Not really, only seen a few clips a couple of times on youtube. I watched the 'blowing of grammar' episode here on nairaland. Well, I don't do demons, some Nigerians do but that's not the correct response to give about fraud/corruption in the country IMO. |
sjeezy8:LOL, who asked for your family history? abeg go siddon. And yes, I speak pidgin with class. Get with the program. |
@ Fl Gators, Bombay copied and pasted what the other idiot wrote instead of quoting it. And you quoted bombay when you made the grammar comment. If you go to the previous page, you'll see sjeezy's post. Either way, they're both retarded. |
umm, the "I blame the Nigerian government" talk was supposed to be a joke considering how boring the show is and they agreed to it for some change. If things were fine with Nigeria, those girls wouldn't be there. ah, forget it. . Either way, Rita doesn't seem smart to me, "we do demons", seriously?? she's funny sha. |
wow!! speaking correct grammar is now a form of 'impressing someone'. Abeg stop making excuses for your deficiencies. Just say the word and you'll get help. sjeezy8, we can't pronounce our last names yet you're the one with 'jeezy'(an American rapper) in your user name. Once again, Get a life. |
pain me? I really can't be bothered. sorry to disappoint you. "Braw" strap? I don't speak ignorance. |
@ poster, I ask myself those questions too but I don't think white people were always powerful from the get-go. Rather they were more innovative in the sense that they used Africa to gain most of what they have now. They used Africa's resources to attain some of their wealth especially Africa's natural resources which they used in return for the so-called civilization through imperialism, nationalism, etc. But why is it always a black vs. white thing each time black people want to log heads with a race? I mean, there are various other races/people such as Asians, Europeans, and South Americans. Asia is the largest continent in the world. This whole thing boils down to inferiority/superiority complex; white people have made the world to believe they're superior for so long that most people have come to believe it especially with the fact that they're more successful than other races. It's left for you to decide whether or not a white or Asian or a native American is superior to you. As for me, I don't feel inferior to them maybe my fore fathers did but there's nothing special about 'em. As for your linking this with religion; if you read the bible, you'll know that all fingers were not equal. Some people do almost everything right but still not successful, take the Jacob and Esau(sp?) story for example. Bottom line is that life is never fair. Let's just say white people were luckier, they weren't necessarily smarter or more hard-working or futuristic. |

It's not about being prostitutes, sluts, etc 'cause I haven't really seen the girls do anything sexual with D'banj the few times I watched some clips on youtube, unless they have. As for the ones on flavor of love, most of 'em had 'sexual encounters' with the ugly man. And they got paid by VH1. ![]() When I say 'embarrassing themselves', I talk about their sluggish attitude. They barely do any meaningful activity other than eat and mutter incoherent stuff lol or some dancing outta nowhere psychotic, I tell ya. There are no competitions, dates, nothing. If no be lack of money cause am I dunno what else. |
For real!!! Biafra this biafra that. |
Rebarobyn:Oh please, of course people are going to view it regardless of how trashy it may seem. Just like I'm not a big fan of flavor flav but I never missed an episode of flavor of love. It's all entertainment. . .that doesn't mean the actors/actresses are not trash ![]() I blame the government because if the economy was great, those girls would've never gone on the show to embarrass themselves the way they're doing for some change they hope to receive. I couldn't help but ask myself, "wth is this?" when I first saw the show; one could barely hear what they're even saying. I blame the Nigerian government! ![]() As for Rita - power to the people ![]() |
what does biafra have to do with this topic? learn how to stay on topic. No wonder Nigeria is not progressive, people are too busy being tribalistic rather than worrying about the country's economy. psh. |
i'm just tired of seeing biafra in every other topic in NL. if they kept their noise in biafraworld it won't affect anybody. why do they have to bring it here? chiogo n crackles r u leaving with them?
Even if they bring it to nairaland, I still don't see how that affects you. You can always ignore those threads. I'm not in Nigeria so wetin concern me? You can't leave where you don't reside in to begin with. |
^^^ That was my point exactly. |
^^^^ grow up. |
