Anyway he’s a doctor, about to be a consultant, he’s the most intelligent and sweetest guy I’ve ever met. He’s motivated me to start my Msc in nursing. Your boyfriend is lazy, smoking weed isn’t a deterrent to success, laziness is. And why are you trying to change a man? Why not leave him and find another one who suits your standards?
