chinjo: Government of failed promises. The funny thing is that people are so afraid to speak against bad governance. The same government that promised to abolish the office of the First Lady is now appointing SAs and PAs to that same office. One day one day monkey go go market, he no go come back. The other day a big for nothing minister was just fooling himself that 30 Naira is enough for someone to feed. Na Ogun go kill that minister if he no apologise to Nigerians. Make this country divide self make northerners dey eat their 30 naira beans with pepper and mia kuka but for we southerners, na Afang soup, Edikaikong, Cow leg pepersoup, fresh fish, Banga soup, Onugbu and Oha soup, Ofe Nsala, Ewedu with bokoto, shaki, round about, abodi and others we deserve because our land flows with milk and honey. livebyday: I respect a man of honor who stands by his convictions
This man has put to Shame the narative that goes "if you can't beat them join them"
We need more people like this in Nigeria
Case in point : Oshiomole, Keyamo, et al
You either stand for something, or fall for everything in life
Cheers
Edited
For those who don't understand
They are trying to silence him with an appointment where he will get big salary and bonuses and do nothing till his focus shifts to protecting his wealth hence he becomes like them
Again case Keyamo , Oshiomole et Al
Life isn't a Hollywood movie where one man refuses to bow and suddenly the whole nation starts singing and dancing change and revolution. It's more complex than that This man isn't a Mary Sue! What can one man do in a ministry where from the administration , to accounts , to operations, to management are all corrupt and caucuses of thieves who only care about looting ?
If the government was sincere and not just intent on silencing his criticisms they should have appointed him Minister then he can effect change...an adviser can do nothing but earn fat checks and bonuses
Be realistic he didn't he best thing
Cheers You said it all |

Buhari Gives N30-Billion Bailout To Kogi As Yahaya Bello Prepares For November Governorship Election The Kogi State Government has received a bailout of N30.8 billion from the Nigerian GOvernment to clear backlogs of unpaid salaries. This was confirmed by the State Governor, Yahaya Bello, on Friday while addressing journalist after the meeting of the National Working Committee (NWC) of the APC. He said: “As regards the issue of news making the round that Kogi State is owing salaries, I want to categorical state that, my two predecessors inherited salary arrears. “It is a problem I inherited when I assumed office. But I want to announce to you today, that Kogi is not owing any worker’s salary at all. We have been able to clear all workers’ salaries and we are up to date. As a matter of fact, the last primary election that was held on August 29, we paid the salaries of August. That is to tell you that we are up-to-date as far as salary is concerned. “The issue of us owning up to 38 months’ salary arrears before we cleared it was all false and lies. We did owe up to that, what we were owing at that time was between four to five months. “As I speak with you now, Mr. President graciously approved a bailout of N30.8 billion for us and our national chairman seated help me to facilitate the release." He also denied being the mastermind behind the disruption at the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). “I am a member of the APC and not PDP. We gave a level playing ground to all the aspirants from all political parties to carry out their activities freely within the state. They moved around the entire state and we provided security for them and ensure that they were safe.” http://saharareporters.com/2019/09/07/buhari-gives-n30-billion-bailout-kogi-yahaya-bello-prepares-november-governorship?fbclid=IwAR39XU1_t0PuHtxHBqIH85ESlIyDiEzHrWA91TXu0xXQnkkyIvKFPmC6RgU
