#Stella Oduah Airports. Only ignorant fools credit the airport terminal projects to Buhari. I am an aviation person and can tell you Buhari knew absolutely nothing about how all these new airport terminals projects came about. The Buhari govt deliberately delayed commissioning to give impression they were his projects. The new Terminal in Lagos had reached advanced stage since 2015. The new terminal in Abuja was over 90% completed before Buhari became president. Stella Oduah during GEJ's tenure struck the deals, did the designs, secured the financing agreements with China. 4 Likes
