I'm not a doctor nor related to any medical field. I only want to share the method I have been following for some years.

1.) In the morning, once I woke, I will do up about 500 skippings, as a guy I add push-ups, crunches, some few joggings in my room.
2.) As for breakfast I enjoy taking three-four different types of fruits in the morning.
3.) At noon I will eat anything( but meat is rare).
4.) At night, I eat between 7p.m-8p.m

I tried as much as possible to visit the gym three times a week. I tried as much as possible to avoid any drinks except water. Avoid anything like bread, biscuits,ice cream,candys, etc.

Finally, another process that helps a lot is drinking lemon with hot water in the morning( just buy lemon and squeeze out the juice mixed with hot water). Do it first thing in the morning and don't eat anything at least 30minutes and do the same before you go to sleep(let it be the last thing you drink).

I avoided this process because when I tried it, all my trousers became so loose. I have to quit immediately.

Are you sure of what you are saying because I met the man and he was complaining how he left his wallet. While Yar adua and others are going after the 60% who are 5% of the population.

Now I see where you are coming from. Obama used the internet to win the election but you failed to realize that Obama didn't spam the internet with google map. Those are two great difference between you and Obama.

With the population of registered member of nairaland more than 400thousand and at least 380thousand visitors per day, one question still baffles me.

DOES IT MEAN THAT NO NAIRALAND HAS PARENTS OR RELATIVES IN GOVERNMENT SECTION?

Everyday we see words like Igbos sucks, Yorubas na nut heads, Water full Hausas brain, Nigeria is rubbish, Nigeria is a fail state, etc, why most of us typing these words are sons and daughters of people managing Nigeria or have relatives and friends that do that. Besides that, most of us know our father is a crook or engage in activities  which an insane man won't do. Why not tell him in his face that there are millions of people dying because of his acts.

So next time you want to comment on any political topic, check yourself, but if you must comment, do it wisely otherwise there are many hidden places that you should go and[b] FKU YOURSELF RAW[/b]. The same applied to anyone that had fraud anyone (local or international) or engage in any drug business. Enough of this HYPOCRITES!!!!!!!!!

Who among us is not a prophet? It is high time we start realizing what is happening around us. From birth, God has already given us the best gift and that is it,  THE BRAIN. It is up to us to use it.

How can someone tell you what your future will look like? Do you think that most of this develop countries would have look like that today if there is always someone telling them how their country will be doom.
Let's take Japan, Germany, British, e.t.c, these countries have committed atrocities like war, slavery, etc in the past but now their country is still developing each day, why because most people try to use their brain. In Nigeria it is the opposite. The number of people that goes to church is greater than those that use their brain. Assuming that you ask some of these pastors to predict what those countries will look like today, they will tell you that they are doom.

Why is it that those countries that committed most evil things up till now haven't suffered, it is because they didn't allow anyone to predict their future for them. The way new churches are developing in Nigeria is like the place where rabbits give birth. In every corner there is a church.
Someone will wake up someday and call you Tunde, Itoro, Okeke, Faruk, etc, your life will bend like Chicago bridge and you will immediately believe him without asking why. Let me ask you, who among us doesn't know that he that doesn't work doesn't eat.No food for lazy man

My brothers and sisters, I know one thing for sure, My God is not the God of evil, He has already blessed me even from the day I was born. 2010 IS A YEAR OF GREAT JOY FOR ME AND THOSE THAT BELIEVE. . If I commit a sin today, it is between me and my God. No man predicts my future.

It is a good thing that you have a dream. But I will like to say my personal view. I think you won't make a good president. My reasons are as follows.

i.) I could remember that somewhere in your post, you were naming the elite people you know which you believe that you have contact with them. Because of them, you believe that you can easily become president. It is unfortunate that majority of those elites has failed the country and their particular state of origin. Since birds of the same feathers fly together. Don't tell me that you are chicken flying among eagles. They will eat you up even before you say Jack Robinson.

ii.) Again you mention that many countries back you up, I don't know who you are but if there is something I understand with foreign countries, it is this " they use the right hand to give you a gift and use the left hand to collect the gift back" Can you stand the time. If you think that the problems of African nations are caused by Africans alone, please think twice.

iii.) Let's assume that you are running a campaign in nairaland, believe me you won't win it. It is simple, I have gone through some of your posts and I read some replies given to your posts. If all nairaland members are to be genuine with their answers, 80percents of nairaland members who have gone through your posts believe that you are a psycho. I'm not trying to be insultive but I want to tell you what I sensed.

Guy you better lock your heart and swallow the key. If all the former rogues head of states such as IBB, Abubakar, Buhari, Shagari; each creats an industry employing at least 6000 Nigerians, that will equal to about 24,000 jobs.

A few days ago, I was watching a modeling program with my girlfriend, and all of a sudden, I told her that I would like to give that a trial. I will look for a modeling company and see what they can offer. I was looking for some encouragement from her but to my greatest surprise, she said that she is not in support of it.

When I asked her why, she said that she is afraid things might change if I happen to secure one. I tried to make her understand that it is just a trial, but she is strongly against it.
