Everyone literally understand Naggelsmann would originally be a top choice for every club, but it's unrealistic because of his present commitment. It's something so clearly defined.

If a club's going to move for Naggelsmann, it's not one that desperately need to start defining things from the end of next month. And it's definitely not one that has a good manager presently.

Every talented young player always gets their chance with the guy. This is an Ajax manager that mostly worked with young talents.

Problem ETH might have is overestimating talents. Definitely not underrating them.

People were crying about Garnacho not staring earlier this season. Some are now saying he should be rotated. Every manager wants his best players on the pitch.

Tbh, I don't rate Amad that highly. Never did. Probably the reason I find it easier to understand. I hope I'm wrong like I was about Maino. Thought he was a good player that needed to be eased into the team gradually. But man's actually something extremely special.

Any manager would want that type of power. It's the dolts that gave it to him you should blame. I mentioned it here that time. How can you bring in a manager from Ajax that had no experience of bringing in talents and expect him to suddenly develop that ability?

Apart from that, Murtough's answer to missing out on De Jong was Casemiro. That says a lot. We probably would be in the same situation if Ten Hag wasn't given the power.

It's because they saw us get Martinez, Shaw back and then saw us actually start doing something. We had our biggest win all season just 2 games or so after we got Martinez back. The problem is clear but people want someone punished for this terrible season. So they automatically go after the manager.

So we probably should be doing better in all aspects. But given the circumstances, I'm more lenient on the manager.
