Find the best signs to tell if a shy girl has a crush on you in school or at work. These psychological hints help to find out if someone has a secret crush on you. Sometimes we are confused whether this girl has a crush on you or not? The conversations she has with you, her gestures, looks, expressions on her face make you to think whether she is in love with you secretly. A joint study by scientists and psychologists has unveiled signals a woman releases when she is attracted or likes a guy. When someone likes you, fortunately there are many signs to confirm. We must learn to analyze the signs and behaviors before we get an approximation. The looks, the touches, the smiles and the nervousness are all signs a girl has a crush on you. So many positive signs that we must interpret before proceeding to act. When trying to know if a girl has crush on you, you should be discreet and subtle. So here are some common signs which shows whether this girl has a crush on you or it’s just your misunderstanding. 1.She laughs more on your jokes Most women are attracted to guys who can make them laugh and at the same time, make them feel the center of the world. But the truth is women who are attracted to a guy better understands his humor and thus laughs more. Experts say that this is a sign that she gives more attention to that guy so that he likes him too. Researchers and some of of the most influential psychologists carried on a research which showed that a girl who is attracted to a guy laughs more than other girls at his jokes and humor. This means that if you feel she is replying very positively to your humor then this is a sign that she likes you. The sign of being in love is a more natural smiles for you which many times is accompanied by blushing. Come on, that nervous giggle betrays us. A woman laughs openly when enjoying the company, feels happy and gratified. 2.Physical touches When she touches you unintentionally many times then this can indicate that she is trying to seduce you without being oblivious. Those moments when a woman tries to attract the guy who she likes, this guy will notice to get touched at arms or leg and it seems an accident. You must not miss this moment and this is one of the clear signs a girl has a crush on you. But beware, you should strive to differentiate between intentional or accidental touches. Don’t just reach a point that she is fallen for you until you are hundred percent sure. If you are known to her for a long time then it may be that she has friend zoned you and is just too comfortable with your company. 3.Looks for excuses to be near Life is pure theater with too many coincidences. It may be a clear indication that if she is found often around then she has a crush on you. So many coincidences that women seem to plan. There are many games that seem fortuitous and accidental, but they are not. She looks for the coincidences and if in confined spaces, much better. If you start to notice that such situations begin to repeat themselves over the account without having happened before, you must understand that she like you. It is a clear sign if she accidentally appears in the place where you go usually. If you ever meet a friend who happened to go to the same place as you or if in one place is the rummaging to be near you, open your eyes, she can be in love with you and do not know how to express with words. A shy girl in love looks for any excuse to be near the guy she is in love. She finds it difficult to get noticed with words and hence she is around you most of the times so that you notice her. 4.She keeps looking at youDoes she throw intermittent, consecutive and almost anxious glances? The researchers have concluded that your eyes suggest things that you are interested and thus a person gives more glances to the person they have a crush. The girl in love will not express in words what she feels and thus look at you when you are around. See is dedicated to just look at you and watch you as you act without intervening. A directed gaze to someone for more than three-five seconds is a sign of attraction. Indeed, when we’re in love we focus on the other and look at them constantly. However, never try to catch her eye her as this can make her nervous and thus look away, it can be a bad sign. To check she is looking at you or not just rotate your head as if you are doing neck exercise and catch her with making it obvious. The look is very important to know if someone like you or not. The eyes can say many things and thus read her eyes when she looks at you or talks to you. 5.Playing with her hair Does she often touches or play with her hair in a conversation with you. Although women are usually always accommodating hair, sometimes they just do it to attract men. It is one of the signs that she may be flirting with you and also denotes she is nervous. She touches her hair, her lips nibbling or laughs naively. Although she does not dare to express her feelings, but their body language speaks for them. Subtle seduction Does she try to seduce you subtly? It is one of the quintessential game of seduction and it has been understood, for example, subtle touches mentioned above. She takes the position of her legs in such a way to show the calf leg. In this position, the leg muscles are more terse and seductive. An unbuttoned button and a plunging neckline are seduction techniques used by women to seduce guys without making it oblivious. These tricks are used by girls who are not shy. She has a crush on you and thus tries to attract you. 6.Conversation signs Generally, if a person is attracted to you, they tend to prolong their conversation. It shows interest, she may raise many questions and laugh a lot. She will smile more and if she is a bit nervous then playing with hair. Also she will remember every single detail that you have passed in the conversation. She does not forget the small details said by a man when she is interested. She may remember what you said about your favorite writer, movie, music, restaurant etc. Her behavior changes talking to you There are different kinds of behavior that translate an attraction signs to be analyzed to determine she has a crush. First, if you know you have to take into consideration the temperament of the person you have in front of you. Indeed, if the person is outgoing or reserved, the signs are not the same. A girl who you doubt to be in love with you gets nervous in your presence means she attracted to you and shy. She can handle an object, nail biting, stammering or even red. Nervousness is an advantage for you is a sign that perhaps there is an attraction. Add yours |

A friend of mine who is
“seriously” searching for a
wife got introduced to a
beautiful “87” model (that is,
24 year old girl) who is in her
finals in a popular university in Lagos. They got talking and
the girl politely asks “please
where do you work?” …..and
my friend cockily responded
“I’m a banker”. And then she
goes “banker ke?, abeg oh”….”they are too stingy for
my liking”. The guy replied
“why do you girls always say
this all the time?”. Apparently
this wasn’t the first time. So, I decided i’d attempt to
find out why most girls have
this perception. To start, I had
to figure out what the pay
structure and take home pay
of an average banker is. Lets imagine a certain Francis who
has worked in a bank for 3
years and earns a salary
package of N2.4m annually.
Arithmetically, that comes to
about N200k a month right? Wrong! A Bank’s salary
package like most others are
made up of a lot of benefits
that the staff never get to go
home with. For example
medicals. It will also include items that are not paid
monthly such as leave
allowances. Consequently
their salaries also gets hit with
deductions such as payroll
taxes, pension contribution, statutory deduction and
sometimes up fronts.
“Upfronts” are bulk salary
advances paid to employees
to enable them meet personal
needs that often require huge cash flows. It could either be 3
or 6 months salary paid
upfront. Back to Francis, his monthly
salary of N200k probably gets
reduced 20% by taxes and
other statutory deductions to
N160k. The information I
gathered is that banks typically pay between 10 to
20 percent of a staff total
salary once every 6 months. If
we then use the lower of 10%,
then he gets 10% of N2.4m
every 6 months being N240k. Since the Upfronts are repaid
in monthly equal installments,
Francis’s salary is deducted by
another N40k bringing his net
take home pay to N120k.
From N200k Francis now suddenly gets to take home
N120k This might still seem a good
take home pay for anyone
considering the amount
already deducted. But then,
people who earn N2.4m
should be able to afford a nice 2 bedroom apartment costing
around N300k per annum,
drive a car of at least N1.2m
and have several other
dependents. So assuming this
causes a further monthly deduction of N20,000 from
his salary, he is now left with
N100k as his disposable
income. From where he gets
to spend for his wardrobe (as
is expected of a banker), food, fun, family etc.
Considering their high taste,
where they eat, have fun etc
can be quite expensive. This
cycle is across the spectrum of
their pay structure, as the more you earn the higher
your taste and hence your
expenses. Therefore, the first impression
you have of Francis is, he is a
young, smart, “okay” guy that
can take good “care” of a
lady. Based on that, you
expect him to buy you a blackberry phone or afford to
change your wardrobe or
even put you on some
“reasonable” pocket money
on a regular. How is that to
happen when Francis actually takes home N100k monthly?
If he buys you a blackberry smartphone
of N80k that’s taking
almost all his salary. How often
can he then afford to buy you
all the nicely things you want considering how little the
disposable income is to
maintaining his lifestyle. This model is not alien to
employees of other
companies, but the
misconception that bankers
take home a lot more money
is basically because of their access to finance. Giving them
the leverage required to
purchase things that people
on their salary scale in other
organizations probably can’t.
However, this more often than not leaves them in a perpetual
cycle of very little disposable
income as every time the
upfront is paid, there is one
major personal project waiting
to be funded. This may also be the reason why they’re
constantly changing jobs as
each change attracts a higher
salary package. So, for the university chic, you
may want to cut my friend
some slack as the guy isn’t
stingy. He is leaving his dream
which comes with a price. Part
of that price may well be the blackberry that you so wish
for.

"Bankers are stingy." This is a
misconception! It is an offshoot of
the popular opinion that bankers
are wealthy. My ears have grown
dull from hearing this popular line.
It's like saying lawyers cannot be stingy or saying being a doctor
automatically makes you a good
person. This I'll say is a Fallacy of hasty
generalization. 'Bankers are not
stingy.' I'd rather say most of them
are prudent. They work with
money and have learnt to value it.
Below are some of the reasons prudence is a necessary trait in a
Banker. The Industry is volatile The volatility of the Nigerian
banking Industry is well
documented. It is an annual
tsunami, with a stroke of its waves
rendering many jobless and left
with whatever has been saved for the rainy days. It's safe to say the bankers
earn through one of the hardest
means; with the highest level of
uncertainty and pressure. So,
wouldn't you rather advise a
banker dad, mum, friend or boo to save for the rainy days?
Shortages
Bankers are not machines, bank tellers in
market branches go through a lot
of stress, attending to countless
number of customers, counting,
bundling and 'unbundling' millions
in a day. Well, listen up! We make mistakes, which could sometimes
be more than our monthly
earnings. Sadly, we don't get to
enjoy overages when they occur,
but we pay from our earnings for
shortages. How do you expect a dude in this position to be
generous?
It's yours, not The bankers' ! You all need to understand that all
that huge cash in a bank are
accounted for, to the last kobo. It's
not the bankers' money, it is your money,
you and that woman out there
who has a shop on your street, your manager who owns a Land-
rover jeep, your friend with the
Infiniti QX4. The bankers don't have access
to it.
Pay structure
The pay structure and take home
of average Bankers are not what it
seems to be. It is made up of
several other benefits they don't get
to take home monthly such as,
leave allowance and medicals, not leaving out deductions such as
taxes, pension contribution, NHF
contribution, and other statutory
contributions. An average salary of
say N134,000 might just leave a
take home of N95, 000 monthly after butchering and deductions.
This might seem a good take home
pay for anyone, when you
consider his accommodation of
about 200k per annum, ~16.5k a
month, he get to spend on his wardrobe ( y'all love the smart,
crisp bankers dress right? ), several
other dependants, transportation,
fun (considering their high taste),
and education for those running
masters programs and other professional courses, "mehn you
have to cut the bankers some slack" Fake life
Unfortunately, some bankers
genuinely don't have the money,
they practically live beyond their
means and spend their salary
before being paid. They live a life of
pretense and lies.
The Banker is not a bank
Oh, you really have that great
business idea or plan, you have
something reasonable to do with
the fund you want, why not
approach a micro-finance bank? The profession is completely
overrated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Women seem to notice everything that is "wrong" with another woman. They can easily spot any makeup disaster, ugly hairdo or tacky outfit. But what about men? Will those who understand nothing of fashion or feminine things also notice when a woman is ill-groomed? The answer is yes. Most men can tell when a woman is trying too hard and not pulling something off. Here are 10 things they hate most: 1. Extreme hairstyles A woman with hair full of volumizing product and variously placed bobby pins walks into the room. You think she will attract the attention of all the men at the party. Will it attract attention? Yes, but I doubt if any man wants to get near that rat's nest for any other reason than to see what is holding all of it up. Most men prefer long, loose, soft and silky hair, not sticky hairspray and hard gels. 2. Masked faces Foundation is used to hide imperfections, fine lines and blemishes. However, it should be applied as a thin, even layer, and in a shade that blends right in to your skin. Overuse can make it look like you came out with a layer of clay on your face. When applied correctly, no one should be able to tell that you are hiding imperfections on your face. Remember, less is always more. 3. Sticky eyelashes You know that effect when a woman uses too much mascara -- her eyelashes all stick together and smear black with each blink. Nothing about that look is attractive. Use good quality mascara that dries quickly and does not smudge. After applying, use an eyelash brush to remove any excess off of your lashes. Men love beautiful and expressive eyes, free of black clumps. 4. Too much glitter If you are not a professional makeup artist, it is probably best to stick to the matte shadows. They adhere better and are less likely to concentrate in the crease of your eyelid. 5. Yellow teeth and bad breath Yellow teeth and bad breath are not attractive to anyone. If you struggle in this area, you should realize that the source of the problem is probably found in poor hygiene. Or maybe you need to cut back on the coffee, black tea or red wine, or lose the cigarettes. Whatever it is, address the source of your problem, and try adding whitening toothpaste and dental floss to brighten your smile. Lozenges or sugar-free breath sprays also help a lot. 6.Lack of body care Poorly manicured nails, hairy legs and unshaven armpits are major turn-offs for men. Poor personal hygiene cannot be hidden by makeup and nice clothes. 7. Dry or oily skin Yes, men notice. The sight of a dried heel, oily face or peeling skin is a warning to "back off." Don't expect to turn him on with cracked lips. 8.Primping in public Men are not interested in knowing your tricks to become more attractive. Put on your makeup at home and don't fuss over it in public. Read:168 chemicals you unknowingly smeared on your face this morning 9. Dark lips Lipstick is a great tool to make your lips more beautiful and defined. But beware, if misused, the lip liner pencil can become your enemy. When going out for dinner, use a lipstick and liner close to the color of your lips. Dark lipstick colors have the awful tendency to smudge onto your teeth while you are talking or eating -- not a pleasant sight for those who are watching. Also, remember that dark lip liner paired with lighter lipstick leaves an aged appearance. 10. Perfume overload Excesses are always a bad idea. Remember, the more expensive the perfume, the less you should use. The cheaper the perfume, the less you should use. So try to put a drop only in certain points such as the neck, behind the ears and wrists. A little bit of a good perfume is plenty. OYA ADD YOUR OWN |
