What is your take on this issue?
Personally, I don't like collecting money from women(especially someone I'm dating) and for me to ask you to borrow me money, I must hold you in very high esteem. If I even want to collect money from you, I'd make sure it's peanuts. I can't allow a woman talk anyhow to me because of money. This guy might have borrowed money elsewhere to fix things that she might not be aware of, and might still be struggling to pay back. I think she should give the guy some time to sort himself out. Since she said he has a good job, the issue of duping her shouldn't come up. But then, what do I know? The guy too may not be completely innocent. However, the way she has narrated this story, leaves a lot to be desired. I don't think she feels him that much. Probably a relationship of convenience.

Go joor. I'm not scared. I just don't want to lose my clients before I come back. Business is all about consistency and sustainability. Martial arts is just for me to be fit and learn a new skill. In my scale of priorities, it doesn't come anywhere close to top 3 immediate needs. I can't come and use time for work to go and learn how to fight. But if you know someone that would fix a fight with Floyd Mayweather after I finish learning, I wouldn't mind leaving for China tomorrow cos win or lose, my account balance will never be the same again. You can ask Conor McGregor what's up...lol.

I remember how we warned and shouted here about it being fake but the people with half functional brains, called us all manner of names and insulted us. We tried to ask them to explain how the profits they were getting, was coming by and what would happen if people stopped joining the scheme but they couldn't say anything. They told us to mind our business as it wasn't our money. Even when we told them how we had experienced some of these scams in the past, they refused to heed the warnings and like a dog that would get lost by not listening to the hunter's whistle, the "grin day" came. They were busy shouting "mavro this, macro that" up and down. Nor be only mavro una go shout, una go add migwo join am.

The painful part was that some educated people who should have known better, were actively in it, and were busy pushing the gullible uneducated ones into it...

Do I feel sorry for anyone of them? Naah. Long live MMM, long live Mavro, long live migwo...lol.

So I will hire a luxurious car for 12 million naira a day...why won't i just buy a Mercedes Benz of 12mill or a good BMW and drive in peace...who do I really want to impress on earth?
Flashh:
For those living fake life.
I don't think it's about living a fake life or wanting to impress all the time. Sometimes, you can't afford something immediately but would love to have the thrill of using it for a while and the best option, is to rent or lease it. More so, the category of people who those services are for, isn't the average Nigerian Joe who has to deal with a lot before even thinking of such services. A person earning £100,000 a year after tax and decides to give himself an holiday treat and rents one of this for 3 days over the weekend, can't be bothered about how much it would cost in naira. For the pop stars and footballers renting such, you should know that that's baby money to them.

Exactly! And even at that, I still can't eat the bush rat cos it's a rat. It also eats poo from sewage when it finds itself in that environment. Used to see a lot of them around the soak away at our backyard in the estate while growing up in the Delta.

Be feeding yourself with Lassa fever and be deceiving yourself that you are eating Bush meat. This is one of the many reasons I don't eat out. Before someone will come and use poverty meat that can land you in hospital to cook for you, and claim it is bush meat.

I'm a fan of Eedris Abdulkareem but sometimes, he talks like a fool and acts like an agbaya. Someone of his age and status in the industry, shouldn't be advising young boys like Davido and Mr Eaze, and be talking to them in that manner like they are his age mates. Respect begets respect. Advice them like your younger ones, not coming out to say "oda bi iya yin fe ya were". That's foolery and totally uncalled for.

Dude forgive and forget ,proceed with the marriage ,that she slept with someone else doesn't mean she loves him, it was a simple mistake. At least that's what these men would say were the tables turned.
Yes o! A very "simple one". She was walking on the road one day and it rained and there was a nakked guy with an erect dick on the floor but she did not know, and as she was trying to jump a pool of water, she landed on the slippery part of the ground and her clothes tore immediately, and her bra and pants removed and she fell on the erect dick on the floor that she didn't see, and the ground started bouncing she and the guy until they both came... It was just a very "simple mistake".

The worst part of infidelity, is when people say it was a mistake. Sometimes, I'm tempted to believe most people do not understand English. It would be easier for me to take, when someone says, "I know I messed up and misbehaved", than to hear that it was a mistake. A mistake is something done unintentionally and nobody cheats unintentionally. From the period of chatting and talking till they have sex, it is usually planned.
A mistake is different from when someone misbehaved.

Nice to see
It's really nothing spectacular. I'm just a firm believer in the principle that states that you should treat people the way you want to be treated and whatever you wouldn't take from a partner, don't do it to him/her. I believe we all should hold ourselves to certain standards that we demand from people. You can't be cheating and expecting loyalty. Yes, no one is perfect but if you fail, deal with the consequences. Simple.

The relationship cannot be salvaged? The double standard in this society is appalling though. You'd advice the lady to forgive the man if he was d cheater...
Nope. I always tell people to move if one partner cheats on the other. I can't stand infidelity. If I ever get married and for some reason mistakenly cheat on her, I'd ask for a divorce cos I wouldn't want to demand from her, loyalty that I can't give. The only reason I'd remain in the union is if she decides to forgive me despite me being unfaithful. But it wouldn't be me, demanding for what I do not deserve. Even if she forgives me, my mind won't be at rest cos my conscience would always prick me. I believe a woman shouldn't tolerate a cheating partner just as much as I believe a man shouldn't tolerate a cheating woman. Simple.

I'm typing this with heavy burden in heart. I'm getting crazy and weeping.

I met this lady over 6 years ago during my higher institution days, she was a fresher while I'm in my semi final year in school. Things were going well, we had sex after two years of the relationship(I'm the one that disvirgin her).

I have been very caring, stood by her and also,I let go of any ladies that comes my way. I didn't want anything that will stain the relationship. That doesn't mean I'm perfect however I have been trying my best to make her feel comfortable, loved and happy.

I started feeling comfortable and worried about my future with her because I discovered that anytime we had a misunderstanding, before you know it she has find a guy she will be dirty chatting with. She always say she's doing that to hurt my feelings.

I proposed last year, met her mum and one of her uncle and introduced her to my parents officially. Presently, waiting for her extended family to send the list for the traditional marriage.

I traveled to Ibadan on Friday to spend the weekend with her, on Sunday I just took her phone to watch movie when a Whatsapp message, I checked it and I replied the message. The guy called her, she was reluctant to pick the phone, she picked and spoke with the guy. After which the guy messaged her on Whatsapp that he called to confirm she's the one chatting with him and not her bf. I play along and started chatting with the guy. The guy was telling her to come visit him, I started twisting the guy and he was splitting out how he won't touch her when she comes. I confronted my girl, it took her over 8 hours to confessed that they had sex.

Jesus! This is a lady I invested a lot on, build my world around, every other ladies are shit in my presence. Even when I had 1000 of reasons to let go, I still stay with her but right now my world is shattered, I'm going crazy.
I need help because I'm dying, where will I start from (I'm 30 years old). Every negative thought of this world is running through my mind (from committing suicide to killing the guy to making the girl useless to herself for the rest of her life) cry cry cry cry
Calm down. It's usually like that when you've just discovered that the person you've been trying to have a future with, has not been particularly straight with you. Over time, you'd get over all the emotions and actually laugh at how you almost did those stupid things your mind has suggested. Just let her go and focus on having a good life built around yourself only. Don't hurt her or the guy. It's not worth it. Trust isn't a virtue to be given to dogs...

It's really not a straight forward thing. While I'd like to commend and appreciate ladies who are bold to take that step, I'd advice they study the guy very well before they make the move. Personally, I have the kind of ladies I find attractive. I find ladies who dress decently, and do not apply makeup on their faces like witches, attractive. I like ladies who do not dress slutty nor chew gums like prostitutes. If you dress like a slut and woo me, you're getting a capital letter NO from me and I wouldn't feel remorseful for turning you down. If you don't look good enough for me to date you, I wouldn't suddenly say yes to you cos you had the boldness to woo me. I can't use shame to eat witchcraft. If you are the kind of girl I can date and you woo me, I definitely wouldn't take you for granted cos you asked me out. I'd respect and treat you good like I was the one who made the move. Long and short of it all, know what kind of lady the man likes, find out stylishly if he finds you attractive, before you make the move. You cannot be "not too good looking", and start crushing on a very cute dude, and expect him to say yes to you just because you had the boldness to ask him out. Life doesn't work like that. Just the way women have the right to turn down advances from men, so do men have the same right to turn down advances from women.
