weldonextreme: I have noticed that DIBP responds to messages on their facebook page. I think those of us experiencing such delays should write them regarding this. The truth is, traveling to a far continent like Aussie requires weeks of planning and we don't have that at the moment. Those who have gotten feedback from DIBP should update the house regardless of the outcome. |

His transactions in the last 3 months has credit and debit of over N200 million but closing balance is not up to N10m. I hope I won't have issues with such account. Guru's kindly advise. |

Hi, I got an offer to study Msc. Petroleum Engineering at UNSW for Semester 2. I intend to pay the $6000 tuition and $1338.4 OSHC ($600/year for 2 yrs plus 2 months after studies) before month end. I would be sponsored by my family. Although I'm also on the lookout for scholarships. Please feel free to help a brother if you have info on any available one. Secondly, I need any info I can get on visa application ( though I intend to use PFL), fees and settling in Aussie. What is the school like,I hope Aussies are not racists. Finally what do you think about my course of study. I will really appreciate your feedback. Thanks. |

Hello House, I am new here and would like to get some information regarding school and visa applications. Your assistance will be appreciated. Here are my questions; 1.) Is it late to file in an application for admission for February, 2017? 2.) What is the visa processing time for study visa applications from Nigeria? 3.) What are the common grounds for visa refusal here. Do they allow switching from previous study or occupation to a new field of study? Please support. |

Mikymiko: For third party sponsorship, it is not compulsory that he pays tuition before TRV application. Instead, the sponsor can move the full tuition fee and if possible 10,000 room & board fee into the applicants acc and back this up with a sound SOP. 2 Likes 1 Share |

adesbaba: Yes if it is a requirement on your visa LOA. Yes again if your tuition payment deadline falls within the visa processing time and state this clearly on your SOP. Lots of people here made either first semester or full session tuition payment and were still refused visa. Whereas there are some who didn't pay a dime and got TRV. 3 Likes |

michV: I know of one. Her 3 years Visa to Canada expired last March. Before the visa that just expired, she has had 1 month and 6 months visas to Canada in addition to UK and US Visas. To sum it up, she has strong ties in Canada. Her elder sister is a permanent resident holder. This lady visited the school while in Canada and got her offer letter in less than a week. At the end, CIC screwed her badly. They faulted her purpose of visit among others. |
