She will probably be there as a consultant gynaecologist. It's a good position for her to take up by making practical contribution to the state. I say Kudos. Even though I follow tire for politicians recycling their family members.

of course you didn't see where she said he covered her mouth and his friend Jerome pinned her down? All of you making excuses or trying to blame a 10yr old for this are sick.
And of course him threatening her with death with the calabash and supposedly occultic acts. You expect a 10yr old to understand that its just hogwash. Please examine yourself. She was 10 not 20. Nothing can exonerate the guy even if she was standing naked in front of him. 10 years for God's sake and some people are making excuses. So.. What if she was 5yrs.. You go still blame her. Cos nothing is an abomination anymore

Hmmmmm......how was she able to give the actual number of the rape occurrence¿

A phycologist wouldn't buy her idea of lies, because someone in distress wouldn't have time counting her ordeal....Although she might be raped, but certainly not 14 times.
Yes Mr smart pants.. Sleeping with a 10 yr old "might be rape"? . people like you need to be investigated walahi

May not necessarily agree with all you said. But I understand your viewpoints.

Ok lemme start from this point; I will start taking GEJ govt seriously when they have returned the #1000 collected from unemployed citizens@the sham/scam govt initiated immigrations interview.
Secondly, how fast it was to have reclaimed a hacked site..are you telling me somthing I don't know that the hacker changed his mind immediately? That's a story for the witches.
Thirdly, we need change in the status quo of the party@d helm of affairs, let's try other hands even if they are not the best&after 4yrs we can vote a better candidate&gradually we will get it right.

This is the only reasonable comment I have read on this thread.
sapientia:
Some nlanders are soooo funny.. A hacked defence website that have no sensitive info is now a political move.. For rigging?.. Na wa oo...

In other news.. These govt agencies should stop all this their shared hosting plans and employ linux administrators to handle own servers.. Not as if there is a website that cant be hacked.. But atleast... Dont make it easy even for experts..

You have taken back the website.. I guess what you people did was to just upload a backup of the website without treating the root cause cause which might be a backdoor..

When we have gurus like dualcore, dhtml, slyrox, yawatide (might be a wrong spelling) and co that these ministries can consult.. All they do is employ amatures.. Am not suprised

naijaboiy:

Your points are valid but I don't think that is the situation here.

The Op said they have been close friends for a long time which simply means he must have known the kind of person he has as a friend.

His own grouse is that he cannot allow his friend use his room to cheat on his girl friend.

That is the awkward situation i'm talking about here. It's a different situation if he has been allowing the friend before and chose to turn him down this time.

In my opinion they are not really friends because friends watch each others backs and they have their ways of correcting themselves when one does wrong.

If he says they are really close friends then he fùcked up.

Did you also see where the OP said the main girl has been with the friend fir more thsn 2 years? Means he knows the main girl well ans probably calls and regard her as a sister. So how can he happily go to the friend's house after aiding and abetting such and act like nothing happened while she serves him food and treats him like family?
The OP has a conscience. Simple.
Politics / Re: It’s Laughable To Claim Buhari Has No School Certificate – APC Chairman, Oyegun by chynes(f): 8:06pm On Jan 06, 2015
I have come to the conclusion based on the posts I've read that the people on this forum genuflecting at the altar of change with loud noise and arguments are not really in search of true change. Their only interest is for their anointed candidate to be crowned king whether he merits it or not.
Bending rules or being myopic just to accomodate a favourite is not the path to change, integrity and true accountability. He who must come to equity must come with clean hands.
Sad thing is that I was fed up with the PDP government. And wasn't expecting a miracle from APC. Even at that, i still hoped for some semblance of cultured maturity in their cinduct. But if subterfuge and ambiguity is the offering of APC even before the contest begins, then we are in trouble as a nation. Cos the line is beginning to blur between the in-situ and the contender.

To convince you of what. If you are an adult male I'm totally disappointed. It is women who speak like this. The territory of Nigerian belongs to every citizen of this country and it is our collective responsibility to defend it. It is irritating for a man to question the abilities of another man to protect his own land when the protectors are fighting and dying in the process. There is freedom of movement in Nigeria. Go there if you doubt but stop running your defenders down.
That's an insult to women.

Before u play the blame game, did u actually find out what happened on that fateful Sunday? Did it occur to u that Patrick sawyer's aim was to infect people at the ECOWAS conference but for his health that detoriated when he landed in Lagos? The entire staff of that hospital are heroes and they prevented what could have been a catastrophe.

A patient was brought in feeling feverish, the hospital took him in which is normal, he didn't tell them he was from Liberia. They ran a test on him found out it was Ebola, and he even denied it. So what would they have done? Send him away so he can infect 20 million lagosians?

Sawyer even asked the doctors to discharge him so he could continue his journey to calabar but the staff denied him. Now if u were working in that hospital I'm sure u would run away knowing u were dealing with Ebola. Sawyer wanted to force himself out of the hospital but the staff fought him and when he saw he had no where to go, he urinated on the doctors and nurses and that was how most of the infected got infected. Those people risked their lives to save millions, they deserve some respect and not criticism.
Thank you for your comment. Too many over sabi people full this place.

Ok. Keep shouting choose his brother. I guess the 60k he is earning is enough to take care of his family and send his children to school. Pls tell me..which good kindergarten or primary school collects less than 150k per annum as fees? Rent, feeding, medical bills on that salary. And someone here is audaciously proclaiming that the wife, a chemical engineer by profession jas achieved her life dream cos she is married, to an accountant earning 60k! Smh

it really baffles me that in this day and age that in some places people still kill their fellow humans for renouncing their faith. If your faith is so fantastic, the renouncee will definitely see the error of his ways and come back. If God is all powerful and all merciful, why fight for him? Preach your faith and leave the person to believe in it if he so chooses. Religious fanaticsm has been the root cause of most killings in this country. And its quite sad that people that proclaim love for God that is supposed to be loving commit heinous atrocities in his name.

usba: Like I stated earlier, the boy might be truly be suffering mental illness or abusing drugs, that he proclaimed himself governor could be true, the facts are that those who are insulting and attacking muslims are only doing do because they choose to believe the boy who might really be ill and needs help, if it was the other round, we would see all sort of strange comments trying hard to explain why it is so, after all non of us live with the boy, except his parents, reminding of the story of that igbo lady that converted, her parents claimed she was bewitch etc, and all we saw from the sudden defenders of freedom of religion then was an even stranger explanation of what was given by her parents, the truth is u guys would use any guise to vent ur hate!

So why didn't the family seek for a 3rd opinion? 1st doc said he was ok. 2nd doc said he wasn't. So why believe the 2nd doc if not because of religious zealotry? Family should have sought a 3rd opinion if they had his welfare in mind

Your opposing views should form the basis of intellectual discuss undertaken with mutual respect. @ boss13..you were too dismissive of sunny's credentials. @sunny, you on the other hand painted a little too rosy picture which I believe drew the ire of @boss13. However, you are both entitled to your opinions. But I wish both of you can see the merits of each other's argument and include that in ur subsequent analysis. No name calligs. I couldnt resist this:

I like 'oats'. I have taken it with my wife in the past and will do so in the future. I have also taken 'oats' with my family. I don think there is anything wrong with taking 'oats'. It will keep you and you husband strong and healthy. If he is going to take the 'oats', make sure he does it right i.e with a lot of milk and sugar. one last thing make sure it's Quaker Oats

sorry!
