1. No reply to emails sent to them.

2. Calls to Customer care are unanswered even when answered, no solution will not be provided.

3. Your account balance will never be sent to you unless you to their office.

4. You can request for online access to your account without ever getting it. I used to have access but when I couldn't log in, request to grant me acceas hit the brickwall.

These are some of my experiences. I still have some money with them but I will eventually pull the plug.

1.Rate is low but your money is secured, so do not follow the bandwagon to invest in products where your principal is not even guaranteed. The low rate can still be reversed in the future.
