PoliticsRe: Pendulum: The Message Nigerians Must Deliver To Buhari Next Week by cjrane: 8:58am On Feb 09, 2019
Nigerians are tired of Buhari's deceit and attacks on all democratic institutions that ironically brought him to power.

The problem now is how to prevent Buhari from rigging the elections and subvert the will of Nigerians.

INEC is already recruiting APC members as returning officers and adhoc staff, INEC wants to use the discredited continous accreditation and voting instead of simultaneous accreditation and voting which stops people from voting in multiple polling centers. INEC therefore wants to create room for rigging so that they can post the fake figures they have now.

INEC has also failed to give people their PVCs. What are they going to do with the uncollected PVCs?

Buhari is preparing to create violence in PDP strong holds, so that he will call for by-elections and use Police and army to rig for him.

Truly, its not a question of what Nigerians want, it is now how to defend democracy from a dictator like Buhari.

PDP IN NIGERIA AGAIN?!
GOD FORBID BAD THING.
LIKE APC HAS DONE BETTER?!
GOD FORBID THOSE CORRUPT POLITICIANS THAT LEFT PDP FOR APC TO COME BACK.

BUHARI AND HIS CORRUPT, INEFFICIENT HENCHMEN WILL BE CONSIGNED TO THE TRASH CAN OF HISTORY.

EVEN AFTER BUHARI HAS RIGGED AND KILLED INNOCENT NIGERIANS TO FORCE HIMSELF ON THE COUNTRY, HE WILL STILL GO!

Anyone in his normal senses knows Buhari has ruined Nigeria. He has allowed a cabal to govern the country and wreck havoc on poor Nigerians.

The duty of everyone now is to defend their votes in their polling stations. Take pictures of the result sheets and post on social media or send to your party's national number. Collect any evidence of vote buying, voter intimidation by security forces and post of social media.

Buhari should not be allowed to intimidate voters and rig the elections by people being complacent.

Yeah right. These APC goons think they are clever, but they will find out they are just clever by half. The CJN should have his day in court. We need to find out exactly the truth. Meanwhile, the CCT Judge Danladi Umar should be resigning from the Bench as he is being charged for bribery by the EFCC. He has no business remaining on the Bench to try others of corruption.
And Buhari's acting CJN Mr Tanko is going too. The tribalist Buhari, in the end, will not be able to get his Aboki Judge as CJN as he hoped. The lifeless one will realize that Nigeria is not his personal property or the property of the Fulanis as claimed by Buhari's advisors, the Miyetti Allah.
Infact the court will break this mystery open so that everyone will see how APC planned to subvert the Judiciary arm of government to participate in their planned electoral fraud.

Must there always be a loophole to explore in all our laws?

Section 3 of the CCB Act does not criminalise forgetfulness.

The section says that “the Code of Conduct Bureau is empowered to receive complaints about non-compliance with or breach of this Act and where the Bureau considers it necessary to do so, refers such complaints to the Code of Conduct Tribunal established by section 20 of this Act in accordance with the provisions of sections 20 to 25 of this Act:

“Provided that where the person concerned makes a written admission of such breach or non-compliance, no reference to the tribunal shall be necessary.”
Democracy cannot be practiced unless due process and rule of law is respected.
PoliticsRe: Olisa Agbakoba To Justice Onnoghen: I Think It's Time For You To Resign by cjrane:

Buhari has no powers under the Nigerian constitution to remove the Chief Justice of Nigeria. Therefore, offering CJN Water Onnoghen a total withdrawal of the trumped up charges if he resigned as the CJN in dead on arrival.

CJN Walter Onnoghen actually reexamined his declaration and included other assets which were not in the initial declaration. If Buhari did not have the odious plot to install a puppet CJN to help him rig the coming elections, he would have seen that no infringement on the law was made with the declaration of CJN Walter Onnoghen. So, why is Buhari surrounding the house of CJN Onnoghen with security forces and speedily swearing in Tanko Mohammed as CJN when the National Judicial Council had not examined the issue nor made any recommendations as laid down in the constitution?

As for the hypocrite Tanko Mohammed, who had previously punished other judicial officers for this type of behavior he exhibited by colluding with the executive arm of government to undermine the rule of law. Why did he present himself to be used by Buhari in this coup against the judiciary? The same things Tanko Mohammed preached against and punished other judicial officers who behaved so badly?

ChimaAgbalajob:
Chief Justice Walter Onnoghen has again made it clear that he will not submit to intimidation by Buhari and resign his position as the CJN to pave way for Buhari to appoint a puppet and destroy the judiciary.

Buhari offered CJN Water Onnoghen a total withdrawal of the trumped up charges if he resigned as the CJN. However, the CJN refused such corrupt offers insinuating he was guilty about not declaring all his assets, which he subsequently declared in line with the provisions of the law. The CJN has therefore requested that the case follow it's due process in the courts rather than some shady deals offered by the executive so that they will destroy the Judiciary arm of government by appointing puppets as CJN and Supreme court judges.

History will be benevolent to CJN Walter Onnoghen for standing up in defence of democracy, due process and the rule of law.
Nigerians will remember Chief Justice Walter Onnoghen as the man that blocked tyranny and lawlessness from taking root in Nigeria.

CJN Walter Onnoghen actually reexamined his declaration and included other assets which were not in the initial declaration. Onnoghen is innocent of the trumped up charges by Buhari in desperation to install his own puppet Chief Justice of Nigeria.

I am glad that Onnoghen has decided to allow the laws of Nigeria take its course instead of the usual Buhari way of harassing people, then tell them in secret that if they give up their office, he would stop harassing them.

Onnoghen is a fearless man. I am happy he opted for the courts to examine the truths in this case. Buhari's dictatorship hiding under the guise of fake integrity is gradually being exposed for Nigerians to see for themselves.

Wow, this isn't looking bad at all.

Imo state can have three professional football teams now with home bases at Orlu stadium, Owerri stadium and Okigwe stadium. Football development will be dominated by Imo state if they can put the facility to good use and make the environment conducive by planting trees and flowers to beautify it.

Hmmm, Rochas is truly doing well o!

(Video): Buhari Caught Sharing Money To Yoruba Traditional Rulers At Aso Rock

A cross-section of South West traditional rulers that paid a courtesy call on President Muhammadu Buhari at the Aso Rock Villa on Friday received what appeared to be monetary gifts in brown envelopes, a trending video has showed.

The Yoruba traditional rulers that visited the president included the Ooni of Ife, Alake of Egbaland, Ayangburen of Ikorodu, Oloye of Oye Ekiti, Olukare of Ikare Akoko, Aseyin of Iseyin, Deji of Akure and Alayemore of Ido Osun.

In the 28-second video captured by Channels Television, National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Chairman of the APC Presidential Campaign Council, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu can be seen talking to reporters while one of the traditional rulers standing beside him turns around to receive a bulky brown envelope believed to have been padded with cash.

It is not uncommon for visitors to government houses to receive cash and other material items as “thank you” gifts and it remains uncertain if the content of the envelope was one of such.

Sometimes, i wonder why any sane person should vote for a monumental failure like Buhari.

Nigerians should learn to collect the money and still do the right thing.

Afterall, the money isn't their personal funds. It is your money for education, health and infrastructure which they stole from you.

PDP won the election, and the FG stole the peoples mandate.

Nobody should give up on the fight. APC must decide to give this country credible election like in 2015 or they should leave.

It has become unacceptable for Federal Government to continue using Police and Army to impose fake electoral results on states.

Nigerians must get ready to fight for democracy again. We have fallen back into dictatorship.

Nigeria has sadly gone back to the days where the FG uses Police and army to impose fake elections results.

Nobody should be in doubt now that 2019, will be war. They will simply use Police and army to block off everyone and announce landslide victory for themselves. The time to fight for democracy has returned.
