I see northern leaders as Arab leaders that provoked a six day war with Isreal in 1967 with the aim of wiping out Isreal or dominating them forever, but ended up in a worst situation than the 2.5 million Israelis they hoped to wipe out.

Government built estates which is sold out at market price to the public is a proven welcome development. Typically, an individual building his own home will continue to settle jobless youths in the area. Making the building cost so prohibitive. However, government built estates are not only well planned, and there are no youths coming to bother you for building on your property.

The dulllard is killing Nigeria's economy, repeating the same errors that left Nigeria in a mess. Instead of getting good actors to build more refineries and even take over the moribund ones the government wasted billions to build and which did not live up to expectation, buy became a conduit for corruption. Spyder, as for me I travel to PH these days via Onitsha-Ughelli-Patani then land at Uniport-Choba then connect NTA road. That is the easiest route for us in Anambra. There is no need wasting my time passing through that horrible Imo state road.
