Mogidi:
Check the numbers on those phones, you're bound to see one Muhammadu Buhari.

Boko boys have his Aso Rock number self.
Of course if they find the ones with Buhari's number, they will destroy that phone.

Who is a fool to expect we will ever discover who have those bundles of money to Boko terrorists

PoliticsRe: Anambra light of the nation, eastern economy power house. by cjrane: 1:22pm On Jul 24, 2015
AnambraDota:
Serious Eastern businessmen need to start aiming national and global.

Imagine Eastern Shop and Roban Stores stayed in Enugu since far back and couldn't open other outlets in other Igbo States until Shoprite and co came and took everything from them.

Eastern businesses are lagging behind so much in national and global platform, Innoson and Ibeto need to challenge thise handicap no matter how small they appear they should first list on the exchange so that people will start seeing them as a corporate entity.
It is all about having a vision. Most of them started business just to provide 3 square meals for their families. Thus, they stopped thinking about building the business up as soon as they could eat 3 square meals from it.
Imagine if Innoson stopped at selling motorcycle parts in Nnewi simply because he could eat 3 square meals from remaining a petty motorcycle parts trader. Many Onitsha based business men are just in that category of visionlessness. They will import 20 containers of a product they can easily set up a factory at 33 or Nsugbe and manufacture for the country. Until the importation of that product is banned, then they are forced to think about setting up local manufacturing outfit

LOL Everybody is seeing the reason why I attack abagoro. The poverty infested old man is full of envy and frustration for Anambra. He is always pained by the advancement of Anambra very far ahead of his useless and worthless imo state in all facets of development.
Even though we know Abagworo is half Hausa-half Ikwerre, that bitterly hate the Igbos, your activities in the IMO thread in the name of attacking Abagworo has been the most regrettable strategy of yours. In my view Abagworo neither cares for IMO nor Anambra. He only uses the IMO thread to bait you and instigate Igbo vs. Igbo antagonism. Why it is so hard for you to see through his pretenses blows my mind.

After Abacha, no other regime has been more brazely corrupt than Obasanjo's.

To fight corruption in Nigeria, you have to have the guys to confront your corrupt friends. Buhari should save us the facade of fighting corruption if he isn't ready to step on powerful corrupt men.
PoliticsRe: Protagonists Of Biafra Not Invited To UN Or AU Meetings —uwazurike by cjrane: 1:54pm On Jul 22, 2015
Even though I am Biafran and completely support the cause to leave the oppression of Igbos in Nigeria, one thing I noticed was a lack of international diplomatic skills in Nnamdi Kanu. Instead of pleading his case as a victim of Nigeria's oppressive aggression, he carries on like he is a combatant. The worst part is making references to other countries or their leaders as accomplices.
I hope he knows the success of his struggle is largely dependent on getting the sympathy of other countries on the predicament of Igbos and southern minorities under Nigeria's oppressive Fulani generals. There is nothing more stupid to do than lump Nigeria's atrocious leaders in the same group with other decent leaders in the world. Imagine if Mandela was slamming Russia, Israel, or USA during his anti apatheid struggle. Diplomacy is a fine art of conducting a struggle. You shouldn't just open your mouth and create enemies simply because they seem to have cooperated with Nigeria. You should make your case to convince them and not antagonize their position if its not in your favor right now.

I am not Yoruba, but I condemn that witch hunt verdict.
Due to the inferior building materials that the FG has allowed to flood our local market, from Dangote cement to fake rods, the incidence of buildings collapse has risen astronomically. I wonder what other magic a builder can use to decipher the fake from original rods in the market. TB Joshua should not be singled out for exploitation simply because he is a popular figure they think they can exploit

Bro, you truly pay attention to detail. The finishing is indeed poor. If the design had not been beautiful, they would have been ugly buildings. Those not as critical as you are will not see that intricate detail.

PoliticsRe: Buhari 50% Salary Cut: Following The Noble Step Of Dr Goodluck Jonathan by cjrane: 9:59am On Jul 12, 2015
barcanista:
“I write to forward the completed IPPIS registration form of Mr. President and to draw your kind attention to Mr. President's directive that only 50% of his salary be paid to him.”

That was an excerpt of the letter written to the office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation by the State House Permanent Secretary on behalf of President Buhari as published by a section of the mainstream press.
It is funny however that supporters and career praise-singers of the Buhari administration are overblowing the action of the president out of proportion(while some mock Jonathan) in their bid to score cheap political point. It is good we set the record straight and to remind Nigerians the deed of the immediate past President Goodluck Jonathan.

January 2012
Jonathan was indeed the most sacrificial President of Nigeria and pacesetter. On the 7th Day of January 2012 (at the height of the subsidy agitation), Dr Ebele Jonathan announced 25% cut of his salary and those of all Federal Executive office holders including the VP, Ministers, D-Gs of Agencies and departments, federal Permanent Secretaries, SAs, SSAs etc.
The implementation of his noble act was made known 10 days later by the then Minister of State for Finance.
www.vanguardngr.com/2012/01/breaking-news-jonathan-on-nationwide-broadcast/
www.punchng.com/business/business-economy/fg-begins-implementation-of-25-pay-cut/

16 March 2015:
Despite the 2012 25% salary cut for President Jonathan and his appointees, it was reported on March 16 that exPresident Jonathan further directed that salaries of all federal executive office holders be further slashed by 30% (including his) as part of his government austerity measure. According to the D-G Budget office Dr Bright Okogu, (in His words):
“Political office holders’ salaries are being cut by between 20-30 per cent, ranging from permanent secretaries, directors’ general and so on all the way to ministers. This, however, does not amount to very much, but the purpose is to show the commitment of this administration that if they want to make adjustment, they want to do it and
lead by(example)."
www.ngrguardiannews.com/2015/03/austerity-30-per-cent-pay-slash-for-jonathan-ministers-others:

All these were done without media hype and buzz flying around it. In fact, the exPresident was more concerned about making sacrifice than scoring political point nor playing to the emotions of Nigerians.

We appreciate President Buhari and VP Osinbajo for following the noble step of Dr Ebele Jonathan and Arc Namadi Sambo respectively. However, it is also good to remind them that today, July 12, 2015 makes it "Day 42" of their Presidency and they are yet to publicly declare their assets in line with their February electoral pledge. The image of this government will continuously be in the the decline as long as they continue to delay or fail to fulfil their pledge by publicly declaring their assets. If they assume that this paycut will make Nigerians to forget about the pledge they make then they need to face reality.
Buhari is concerned with fooling Nigerians. Unfortunately, everyone isn't a fool.

Buhari should declare his assets publicly as he promised, before we begin to picket him to do so!

Forget about Aguleri bravado fighting their umuleri brothers. Something I noticed about the Aguleri youths of these communities is that they are more concerned with harassing people building houses for chicken change than fighting for their resource which will give them more wealth in the future but not immediately. It bugles my mind how Odeke youth travel more than 10 km into Anambra territory to attack Aguleri and Orient and they escape with their lives after each commando mission. Someone somewhere is in collaboration to make such dangerous missions successful.
