Even pictures of Ibadan and Osogbo have been posted as Anambra. Hehehehe.....lol ![]() |
RareDiamond:Absolutely 100% correct. I have since given up on Chino. As for Abagworo, his intentions are clearly to pretend to be from IMO in order to successfully lure Chino's warped mentality into fighting his own sisters Igbo states. Chino is there watching Abokii and Ofenmanu twist Nigeria's laws to deny Anambra any benefit from her oil natural resource, but he would rather spend his time posting pictures to prove Ihembosi is better than Mbaitolu? .. and in spite of speaking the same language and millions of years intermarrying, they are actually different ethnic groups because one Murtala Muhammed in his wisdom drew a line demarcating the towns in 1976? This guy is truly sick. If oil is found in Borno or Sokoto today, they will become oil producing states the very next day... And all abokiis will even change the law to give them same allocation as Akwa Ibom! Chino is the same type of people that list all the injustices against Ndigbo but fail to come out and vote on Election Day. Makes you wonder if they are not disguised saboteurs sent to sow acrimony to defeat our cause. |
Nedu09:Your points would have made sense if you presented it well. What happened to saying " the governor should please be informed the agbero people are back on Fegge roads. We also have people erecting high rise buildings without toilets or parking space. Businesses should be advised to clean their premises or face a fine for filthy business environment. We need how to talk and get our points across without courting every possible controversy. Reminds me of a guy that cannot talk without saying "f.cking" even when he prays for you. He will say may God f.cking bless you" |
Schematics:Bro, Don't waste your saliva on dogs. I understand that Anambra still needs quite some distance to go, but the journey had clearly started. Truly, this is the first administration in Anambra's history that cared about the environment. To be taking pictures of plastic bags and gutters and wanting the filth to disappear overnight by a wave of the hand is either being overly childish on the serious challenges involved in cleaning up Anambra or being deliberately mischievous about it. |
Chineke muo! Google translate now has Igbo! You can now copy an Igbo comment and read it in English! No wonder some ofe nmanu goons have been able to get by! Lol... Don't trust anyone simply because they wrote in Igbo. ![]() |
Schematics:Independence means the ability to choose our own leaders. If we eschew personal ego and ambition to help APGA grow into a party that selects the best Igbo sons and daughters to rule our land, then we are truly independent from those that try to keep us down by choosing only our worst crooks and criminals to represent us politically. Obasanjo desperately wanted a two party system so that he could impose whatever crook that served his wicked design as governors in the east. The multi party democracy ruined that for him. |
spyder880:Absolutely! In some countries in desert climes, they spend so much money to construct water irrigation pipelines to their flower gardens. However, in the SE where we are blessed to have adequate rainfall to support luxuriant vegetation, we have decided not to use that great advantage of nature to make our environment beautiful and very pleasant. That is why the use of artificial grass as if we are in a desert like Saudi Arabia will be very unacceptable since our land can grow any type of grass. Spending money to buy plastic grass and put by the roadside where natural grass will naturally grow is crazy. In some desert countries, even those palm trees are plastic. However, Since our land support growth of plants, we should continue to learn how to nurture plants. Compare the artificial and natural plants in the pictures and see which you will prefer.

OdenigboAroli:I like your list too. I liked Gollibe and then the video slowed down the song and almost made it sound like an acapella! Hiding all it's great beat and made it undance able. Although the Gollibe video is beautiful, the slowing of the song robbed it of it's magic in the album version! The same thing they also did to Kwarikwa video, fortunately collab with Fally Ipupa gave it a new twist of life. I sometimes wonder why artists change their great album tunes and make something almost boring in their video? Listen to the album version and see how they slowed down a great song in the video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m0r11ptj5ls https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8mXZTTftMeQ |
backtosender:Exactly, This is one of the chart busters in this new Thankful album, but somehow, it is the slow rhythm and blues which are good but not dance-able that first get videos. |
backtosender:Bro, you are right! Flavor is on fire!!! I just pray God gives him the money and wisdom to choose the right tracks to make video. In the past he almost missed the point by making videos of his lowest tracks as chino baby or black is beautiful. While forgetting chart busters like Baby oku! It took a lot of pleading from fans to make a kwarikwa video. Musicians often cannot read their fans. Very few of them have the ability to know which tracks in an album is the key. I love Flavour and Phyno fine boi all the way Check out their collab Authe https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l5bgGDg6qq4 |
Schematics:Bro, how about those greenwood city pic you promised ? ![]() Abi you don take style forget that one? |
We should begin to hold politicians that incite violence responsible for their actions. Nigeria is the only country in the world that politicians openly tell their supporters to kill perceived members of the opposition or people from the opposite religious faith if they lose elections. |
B2mario:Oga B2Mario, Maka chukwu, I am so happy you are going out to sustain this thread as you promised. Umuahia has completely changed! We shall be combing the web to post developmental stories as well as political development going on in Abia state. Thank you so much for your effort. Ndewo!

Yeske2:For some reason, looking at the pictures, the only song playing in my head is Doro "popping" ![]() Chai, una enjoyment too much o! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vDHBe1BA-Nk |
crixtex: It is shocking that President Obama would allow USA relationship with key African states to sink so low. First it was South Africa, then it was Libya and now it's Nigeria? When President Obama was elected, I was filled with joy that a black with roots in Africa had become President of the United States! I had imagined the USA-Africa relations would soar to new levels never before seen in history! How wrong I was!!! I reasoned that if Bush could fund HIV treatments in Africa and Clinton encouraged AGOA to boost trade with Africa, imagine what a black President would do for Africa! It is hard to believe that Presidents Clinton and Bush did more for Africa than a President with direct African roots! It is beyond astonishing. I have since stopped judging what people would care about or would not do based on their skin color |
Yeske2:Yeske2, Ogini kwanu? Why are you doing this to me nah? Chai, that suya and pepper soup washed down with o'mpa makes so much sense! ![]() |
blacknp:Completely agree at the bolded. It does not make slavery less abhorrent. America will always serve her interest and Nigeria should serve her interest. The problem seem to be that America side with the bad guys when it come to Africa, WHY? Yes, America can evaporate Nigeria with one nuke, but we know they not going to nuke Nigeria because it hasn't come to that. So they will create conditions to help Nigeria go through an agonizing slow death. Don't mistake Nigeria for a storm in the tea cup like Afghanistan or Iraq. Nigeria is exactly a Pakistan to the US, just without the nukes. However, i concur with you that if it has been discussed somewhere in the white house that Nigeria needs to be broken up to make Africa more manageable, the US will find a way to make that happen, Pakistan size or not. Ask the former Soviet Union. My view is that Jonathan should ignore any US covert action to facilitate Nigeria's demise. Afterall, his region will be among the wealthiest in the world if Nigeria actually break up. Those politicians now helping to import terrorists from Sudan and Somalia thinking they are creating problems for Jonathan will eventually beg world bank or peace keeping forces from other ECOWAS countries to help police their region against terrorists after the breakup which they helped to engineer by importing the same terrorists. |
fkaz: General Ihejirika warned against hobnobbing with some super powers that have already projected that in 2030, Nigeria will be their competitor with a GDP of $4.5 trillion dollars and a population bigger than USA population! The race to kill this inevitable African giant and prevent seeing such day when it will challenge the world powers has since begun. Therefore, It is the fault of Nigeria to even entrust the training of her troops on a country that have openly expressed it's desire to see Nigeria collapse more than 15 years ago. They have helped Boko haram through a complex covert operation impossible to trace their fingerprints in it. They had refused to label Boko Haram a terrorist organization and refused military aid to Nigerian troops at the same time tipping off other countries of Nigeria's military transactions elsewhere passing through their countries. They even went ahead to collapse oil price so that Nigeria will not have funds to pay for military equipment from elsewhere to defend herself. Inciting the troops to mutiny and plot a coup is the least of the harmful things you will finally discover they did to Nigeria to hasten it's breakup. The sad part is that all these happened while a blackman President Obama was in the white house. Just makes you wonder....?? Having said that, I think GEJ should not engage this big enemy that he cannot fight. As a matter of fact,he should ignore it. The Americans usually have very good intelligence reason that lead them into insisting that Nigeria must be dissolved sooner than later to guarantee peace in Africa. Nobody can be sure Nigeria will not have a bloody civil war which may ruin many parts of Africa, if left to exist as one entity for more years. Although, personally i think that those Nigerians being used to collapse Nigeria now will regret their actions in time. Just as they formed Boko haram thinking they were making the country ungovernable for GEJ. Nigeria is bigger than GEJ and in time, they will see that in this issue of helping Nigeria survive against manipulations of powerful external forces, their interest align with Jonathan's |
knowledgeable:Very well said. My biggest regret is that for quick profits, our people sometimes don't concentrate on building a brand name for the long haul. All of us call detergent "Omo" because that brand name was built over time. "Shoprite" the name of a supermarket chain in SA is synonymous with Malls in Nigeria because they are usually the main anchors and maintain their quality everywhere they go. If IDC for example will know they are building a brand name and focus on doing the highest quality designs and construction with the best materials, they will soon build a reputation like Julius Berger. Recall that if Julius Berger had not done a good job building solid Lagos bridges when they first entered Nigeria in the early 1970s, nobody would associate them with high quality jobs. To build a brand name takes time and commitment to the highest quality. Once people begin to associate the name IDC to a high quality construction job, they will begin to get so much contracts across Nigeria like Julius Berger and will grow into a true conglomerate. Many indigenous companies often disappoint themselves and are sometimes even blacklisted! Imagine how Hardle & Ernic owned by Iwuanyanwu isn't even listed as a construction company anywhere in Nigeria! The question is will they seek quick easy profits by cutting quality on these initial reputation building projects or they will be wise to use these projects to build their names about what they are capable of delivering. Dantata & Sawoe construction company have managed to do a good job to make them a great indigenous construction group.http://www.dantata-sawoe.com/bridges.html . IDC must attain and even surpass that standard. I hope IDC keep their standard. They may start in Awka today and soon they will be all over Abuja, West Africa and even the middle east in time. |
Gamechanger:Sweet roads! The good thing with the Peter Obi roads is that they are paved with gutters on both sides and tar extended from gutter on the left to the gutter on your right. So there is no raw soil on the road shoulder for rain water to seep into the ground and make the road base soggy and soft leading to breakdown. These roads with gutters on both sides will last 20 years before any maintenance is required. Unlike 2-3 years life span without gutters. Without those gutters, the roads would have broken down due to our clay soil type. Excellent solution to our perennial problem of non-lasting roads due to soil type. |
laykorn:have you not been preparing for war against dogs and baboons? He should get ready too for the abokiis. |
B2mario:Okay oo! working even on weekend on a project to meet the deadline of my clients. I am so happy that you have kept your word to showcase the great Abia state! I just read and confirmed that Abia is the only SE state with common borders with every single SE state including 3 SS states of Akwa Ibom,Cross River and Rivers! Wow!, Abia is at the core and so central to anything working out for the SE and indeed SS. I didn't know that if not for this thread! |
Oga B2Mario, More ofe owerri to your elbow! The thread is finally taking shape , thanks to your effort. Thanks a lot! We need to contribute towards a new camera for you shaa. |
spyder880:bro Spyder, Did you take any pics? You know say i come here on weekends to enjoy your weekend shots. ![]() |
It was sad Buhari refused to condem the killers of these young corpers simply because they were southern Igbo and Edo folks and were deemed to be supporters of GEJ. What if abokiis were killed in the south? Many said don't retaliate and kill abokiis, it will create crisis for GEJ. I think the time to retaliate for the needless killing of our people will soon come. |
Mehn, Ihe n'eme na this thread! Just in 24 hours and all these? Wow! Deeme nu o! |
tabletman1:Bro you know Chino likes stuff like that. He can't make his point without pointing finger at someone he believes he is better than. It's just his way of speaking, nothing serious. |
Obino definitely has vision to bring Anambra cities to a global standard. That has been the difference with previous leaders that did just enough to get praise and never cared about beautifying the environment and generally bringing Anambra cities to global standard. Obiano is definitely the first Anambra leader that dared to dream of a great state and summed up the courage to confront the challenges blocking the prosperity and development of Anambra. |
Obasanjo always poking people's wives. That shameless woman forgot she was in public view.like the days of sitting in Obasanjo's laps in his office to get favors isn't over . |
Obasanjo always acts like he is above the law. If an Abuja high court had already ordered him to stop release of the book until the case was discharged, why can't he wait and obey the law? Or he is too big to obey a judge right? |
B2mario:Oga, you finally settled down to do some good for Abia state with your time. Than wasting it in arguing pointlessly in other threads. I am so happy that an Abia thread is taking off. We shall all support it to succeed. |
ammyluv2002:So why do you still vote old men into office knowing their age will rob them of the vigor required to do a good job? I guess tribalism is a more important factor than service to Nigeria. |
