The question is not about the topic that makes the front page. Its about who created the topics that makes the front game. The answer is obvious. As-much-as nairaland is obsessed with tribalism. Same way it is with Nepotism and popularity. Ever wondered why topics by mukina2, acidtalk, @tpia etc.. always makes the front page. Sometimes, these topics are nothing to write about. Also, a mod does not need to create a poll before his topics can make the front page. Lastly, the captivation of the topic cannot be ruled out. |

There is a difference between jealous and envious. With what you stated about him, it goes a long way to show that he's not really your close friends as you claimed. emilyone: there is nothing spectacular about those pics up there, even a lay man can snap those shots with a good camera phoneHaterz gone hate.. You should display your own collection of pictures and lets access it. Like the op obviously stated, they are young, up-and-coming photographers. Rome was not built in a day. I believe with time they'll get to be perfect. I'm presently in the university studying a renowned course but my love for photography is undisputable. Now i can totally conclude that chinua achebe is just full-of-himself. What else does he wants from the rapper before he can use the title?! He was even lucky they offered to pay him $1m. How many nollywood movie producers offered to pay hollywood for using a copyright of their title or our musician using same beat of american music. Now when they add a little word to the title he's got no more case. Definately he's going to lose everything. I remember quite well that he rejected a notable national award that was going to be bestowed on him. Also, he lost that honour. Sometimes one just need to embrace humility and desist proudness. Being 'too-proud' is one of the beginings of failure. |

There is a big difference between a LovePeddler(ashawo) and a Runz girl(flet). The difference is that the dude fu[c]ks the ashawo and dumps her the next morning; that is after paying her the money rendered for services. While the Runz girl stays with the dude (probably his girlfriend). claiming to love him under false pretence. in-other-words, she does same to every other mugu she meets. Still can't believe a federal university in the federal capital of Nigeria is that immature. Why can't they do normal accreditation and conduct their exams since other faculty has started theirs?! Last time i checked, uniabuja don't have dept. of medicine. No wonder universities in other under-developed state in the country are far above them. And some people would still come out here on NL to spill crap like "Students that graduated from federal universites are far respected that students that graduated from state universities." What is Nigeria turning into?! I don't wanna go tribalistic as it could have happened anywhere else in the country. But what has a day old baby actually done to deserve such treatment?! Even if the mother or father might have offended anybody that is not enough reason for them to kidnap their joy. I still don't wanna believe the baby was kidnap rather i'd say he was stolen. (i'm pretty sure they're not going to demand any ransome from the family)., and this is where foul-play comes into the investigation. Since the baby is their first male child i think the gunmen may have been sent from either the fathers or mothers side of the family. (for reasons yet unknown). Also, It's unfortunate to know that the Nigerian police that are suppose to do proper investigation on why the baby was stolen decides to arrest an innocent man whom report the case; just so they can earn some money. What a shame to the Nigerian police force (NPF). Either ways, i just pray those gunmen come to their senses as-soon-as-possibe to return back the baby before he dies out of hunger. 4 Likes |

@op are you sure about this?! I haven't seen though. However, i think they're using the rosary for using sake and not necessarily because they believe in it. Even cultist use it these days, they also use the black beret which was meant for the church choir. |
