RomanceRe: I Don't Think Am Suppose To Be Married... by Clemzy16(m): 9:23am On Dec 07, 2012
victorian: Relationships these days, is nothing to write home about.. Initially when I see posts of men seeking to have kids only without being married, i often think at that time, that they could be making a huge mistake.. Like someone said marriage is not for everybody. 98percent of my relationships are with guys, who I thought are hardworking , good heart and have prospects, but unknown to me they are just coming to get what they can, also to make one's life miserable after marriage.... I wonder how a guy who claims works, will be asking of recharge cards?.... How to eat your food..? Claiming he is so broke at this time to even buy a meal...there is no day, he is buoyant to take care of himself..... Am not saying, spend on me... But please take care of yourself... Don't carry your load and place on my shoulders, cause u feel society expects me to be married.... Well, society expectation, is different from my peace of mind.
My most cherished and peaceful moments , is when am single....oh lord, the peace and money I usually save , then is incomparable....marriage is not for me, cos I can't be the only one taking care of my kids, the lazy husband and my good self.....nah, I can't carry that load... Married peeps, I hail..l. But count me out of being married.. At least, I command respect at my office, my environment, my church.. People hardly know am not married, unless I tell them so...
Am not in for all this cat and mouse games , between men and women.... Peace out.
Thses are my thots tonight ,while talking to my aunts that has been pestering me to get married...... Feel I have to share it, with my fellow Nlders.
@op you sounds like a lesbian to me. If 98% of your relationship are with guys, what about the remaining 2%?! Obviously, you are a Lez just beating about the bush.

Nairaland GeneralWho Is Your Nairaland Role Model? by Clemzy16(op): 8:38am On Dec 07, 2012
The term Role Model Generally means any "person who serves as an example, whose Behaivour is emulated by others." True Role Models are those who posses the Qualities that we would like to have and those who have affected up in a way that makes up want to be better people. To advocate for ourselves and our goals and take leadership on the issues that affects us personally. Sometimes, we often don't Recongnise our true Role Models until we have notice our own personal growth and progress. Now we all have Role Model for various reasons best known to us. Mutual personalities seems to be the reasons why alot of people have Role Models and not necessarily because they want to learn or emulate something from them. The word "Mentor" is sometimes used to refer to a Role Model but they are two things entirely. My Role Model on Nairaland is "Okija_ juju". He is my Role Model because i admire his personality, use of words, style of writing and the comic part of him. As stated before' We all have Role Models for Reason best known to us, Who is your Nairaland Role Model and why is that person your NL Role model?!

SportsRe: Mikel Obi Banned And Fined £60,000 Over Referee Incident by Clemzy16(m): 9:48pm On Dec 06, 2012
I actually saw this coming. Was mikel actually expecting anything different?! Mata was wise enough to redraw his law suit against the referee. While Obinna Michael Mumu was st[u]pid enough to continue pressing charges for something he didn't hear. He said RAMIRES told him the referee called him a monkey, but we all know that Ramires is brazilian. He's not good in english, probably the referee said "Shut up mikel" and he thought the referee said "Shut up monkey". Also, mikel wasen't the only one that filed a law suit againt the referee, the entire Chelsea FC team encouraged him to; when the case was in court, did they come out to give evidence knowing well that mikel didn't hear anything?! NO! It would have been better if Chelsea FC was fined instead. That's a white man's game for you. Now that he's banned i belive they're going to sit down and watch. Sorry mikel, but next time you have to play wisely.

Nairaland GeneralWhy Is Nigerian Flags Always On Half Mast? by Clemzy16(op):
I've always observed seeing Nigerian flags at half mast. These flags are sometimes sited at coperate organisation e.g Banks, Hotels, Govt parastatals, school etc.. Sometimes, if you're a foreigner to Nigeria you might be tempted to ask whether the country is on mourning. (probably the death of a national icon). You hardly see the Nigerian flag flying. In some cases, the flag of this certain organisation would be flying high why the Nigerian flag would still be down. What do you think is the cause of it?! Do you think it is poor arrangement or is there any supersticous sentiment attached to it?!

CelebritiesRe: Actors Tribute To Enebeli Elebuwa by Clemzy16(m): 12:55pm On Dec 06, 2012
free2ryhme: This is a typical African mentality. So quick to send in tributes after the man had died but when he was alive and needed financial assistance for his ailment they were nowhere to be found. Wicked pple angry angry
What you wrote makes no sense. Did you even read the articale?! Delta state government in colloboration with actor turned politician 'Richard-mofe-damijo' (RMD) who is the present commissioner of culture and tourism of delta state paid for the trip to fly him abroad (indian) for treatment. The report also states that there was frequent communication with him concerning his health before he later passed away. What else did you expect from from close associate?! Die with him?! BTW, are you not human too, what did you do to help him?! Sh[i]t happens but lives moves on. Not everytime a celebrity dies then You're looking for who to blame. His death is only natural and we should accept it the way it is. The man is aged already; besides he wasen't going to live forever. Was he?! When my grandfather died, it wasen't on Nairaland frontpage, the local nor state government never condoled with us etc.. Because my grandfather wasen't popular does not make him a nobody. This i say is the highest peak of inferiority complex.

SportsWhat Is The Difference Between Football And Soccer? by Clemzy16(op): 8:48am On Dec 06, 2012
No doubt football is the worlds most popular sport, but there is this misconception when people refer to it as soccer. So i decided to google them and discovered that..
soc·cer - /ˈsäkər/
Noun:

1. A game played by two teams of eleven players with a round ball that may not be touched with the hands or arms during play except by the...

.

¤Football refers to a number of sports that involve, to varying degrees, kicking a ball with the foot to score a goal. The most popular of these sports worldwide is...

.

But if we should go by definations, it means soccer is mostly correct. But why do we hear FIFA saying Best footballer of the year and not best soccer player of the year?!

NOTE: There is a game played in North America called football.

>>This prompted me to ask this question, What is the difference between football and soccer?

FamilyRe: Must There Be A Black Sheep In Every Family? by Clemzy16(m): 10:12pm On Dec 04, 2012
Well, i think it is mandatory to have a black sheep in every family. Any family that is so cool will always be taken advantage of; There are some families that there first four child are mainly boys. Tell me who will dare beat the younger sister of those boys?! Nothing in life comes with perfection. Hence, in every bad there is good and in every good there is bad. You never can tell the value of a black sheep in a family except when you're faced with certain situation that requires their existence.

No doubt facebook has its own demerit but it has done more good than harm. That alone is worth the times being on facebook.

Maybe i'm the only one who has a different view from every other person here. But when i becomes a father i have every authority to ask about the virginity status of my female child. As-far-as she is still under my breeding. Except on marriage conceptions. Then i have no business whatsoever concerning her status.
