First of all when did u graduate, I am saying this so u wouldn't waste your time, before you book category A, U must have graduated not later than 2018, with a first class or a second class upper. Another option is you must have a scholarship financed by the German authority or the EU.

If anyone should directly or indirectly ask for more money please note the person's name and inform them on twitter. You can tweet them on twitter to be sure there's no booklet truly. If it's not urgent you might not need to go tomorrow until you have been told to do so on their twitter page, they are very responsive.

yes winter application has started currently for some schools and most most schools will end their application by july15th so u can use it to apply.

concerning your different names you will have to swear an affidavit to be safe, summer application usually Start's around September/ October it won't be valid then, but u can mail the school to see if they will accept (a friend did this and they accepted) it depends on the school, why not apply for winter 2020?
