Let them lie around and what for those only interested in massaging their egos. *The women will change. *Pray for the cheating abusive men. *Stay and die in the marriage. *Cover up for them when they rape their children and house girls *Wear combat kits and go fight off their numerous mistresses. *let's not forget the red pants and black bra and their favorite meals Yet the problem will remain. Because no one has the little 'wisdom' to understand that marriage is a two way street and not dependent on the wife alone to make it work. When has being told what you want to hear instead of the truth ever helped anyone? Thank god for your friend. babygirlfl: Don't mind some people. They would listen to anybody that preaches what they want to hear. I stopped respecting him after he slapped the poor girl.
It is sad though that those who should be examples and those who should be building marriage are those who are destroying it in the name of advice. I have a friend that is a christian who preaches to young couples now and he told me why he took that role voluntarily. He told me how his marriage was crumbling and he was unable to save it. Every time they went for counseling from men of God, all they told him was to love his wife and provide for her. The wife got the remaining blame. He kept waiting for his wife to change until someone he calls a miracle told him the truth which was that he too needed to change. He agrees he is happy today. |

The only way to make anyone see how foolishl they sound is to turn their logic on them. No addition or subtraction. Just the way they put it. And suddenly you will be the one not making sense even though you're saying the exact same thing they are saying Works all the time. Adaeze003: I just fail to understand why people who claim to be logical hardly think and when they do, they think about themselves alone.
You can't possibly mate one woman for the rest of your life but you somehow expect that the woman will be happy with one peniss for the rest of hers? If variety is the spice of your life why do you imagine it's not the same for the next woman
They even make excuses for women, how we are "wired" to be with one man. Have you ever been a woman before to know how we're "wired" or you wired us? Or how polygamy will help women in the long run, who asked for your help?
We'll talk when you start backing up polyandry as well as polygamy or when the men justify a cheating woman as strongly as the do their kind. Until then, you're advised to stop making noise.
I'm not against polygamy btw, if you're open about it from the onset and not lying and sneaking around like a lowlife. |

babygirlfl: There is hope after all. Do people still listen to this man? Wasn't he the one narrating his early married life and how he used to mistreat his wife to test her faith. One time she was having a miscarriage and he still ignored her while ordering her to make his food and serve him. Or was it the time he locked her in a car with a mad man? Tufiakwa marriage advice from this man. Only misogynists and sadists won't see something wrong with his opinions about women. |

“I always tell people that women are stronger than men, psychologically. Let me tell you something more, my husband is actually the one who goes to the market. I don’t go to the market because I can’t. Because of my status, I can’t. “But my husband didn’t say you know traditionally, a man is not supposed to go to the market, I’m not gonna go, no. My husband actually goes to the market.” This sounds silly and conceited and seriously nobody cares. Mine does more than that and many others too I'm sure have husbands who do more. It's not because of your status madam. It's because you have a hands-on loving husband who doesn't feel emasculated at being domestically inclined. Putting it this way out there in public and making it about your status demeans him. So he's the one without status? Respect yourself. |

What's to believe again? I thought she's not a feminist. Why does she believe she has the right to be a fore runner and why the heck does she make that poor guy go to the market for her? Shouldn't that be for feminists who don't believe they should be restricted to one role as women? Well I don't care about her marriage details as she so always puts out there. But I care more this. they wanted the men to be the fore runners, and I said I’m not stopping any man from being the fore runner –It’s a human right—but I said if I wanted to be the fore runner, I would work hard to be the fore runner, and you would respect me as a front runner,” she said.
“A lot of people have had problems with that, they either feel I’m too strong or you know culturally, you should fall back and all of that. I say no. I would respect you, but I would do it my way. So that is what I have had most challenges with even in my career.” And for that she's my new half role model. |

Monogamy is unnatural. Polygamy is unnatural.
Ask them if it's ok for the women to have multiple men, then polygamy suddenly becomes unnatural and dirty. |
