People have different reactions to trauma and NO she is not crazy. The fact that she released a single does not make her ''rape'' case less valid.

I cannot understand why our society always chooses to blame the woman even before the reported crime has been investigated and it's even more disheartening when fellow women tow this line! This is the exact same reason why lots of rape cases go unreported in this country because the victims are subjected to lots of humiliation and further victimization whilst the criminals are placated and treated like they are victims.

Please be neutral for the sake of all our fellow women who have fought (at home, in the offices and on the streets) for gender equality and fairness!!!!!!!

In a normal scene, the wife might react in surprised anger and demand to come down immediately or the husband will begin to panic and try to tell one lie to cover up. Just anything human expected from two MARRIED people. Not strangers who don't know each other.

Just ask her to give you more time. To make sure there won't be any relapse when she (mama) goes home.
It is not good for an old sick person to be alone without help so she (wifey) could help financially in securing the maid for your mama. She's like her mom too.

But it is not ideal for an in-law to stay indefinitely. before see finish will enter and they will start having misunderstandings. There's no need to be sentimental about it because it will most likely happen. prevention is better than cure.

That's why it will be a good idea for her to get the maid for mama since you've a lot of financial obligation yourself. If she can do that, then mama is taken care of and the peace in the home is preserved. Everybody wins.

Trust usually comes with time. Actually both do come with time but with trust, you'd have spent quite a bit of your life with the person to know they most likely won't let you down. As in tried, tested and then trusted.

But with love, you could fall in love with someone even if you haven't spent a long time with them possibly because they have the characters you want in a partner.

In our more primitive state, that would be feasible.
