Greedy capitalist overlords have convinced you guys that the only way the economy can grow is if they’re given free reign to milk life and happiness out of existence. |

IjeBos: He served as Pope in fulfillment of the Gospels teachings. I've always found it odd Republicans were opposed to him because he spoke Jesus's message. Seems Republicans have moved away from Christianity. Look at Jesus’ characteristics and juxtapose them to Republican ideals of today. They are the ones who would’ve crucified him. The brown messiah? Who hangs with sinners and welcomes foreigners? Yea the republican leadership would’ve been the ones to hit the first nail on that cross. No ifs and buts. |

They think leadership is by noise and propaganda. When it comes to actually doing stuff, all they know is how to cause chaos to distract from their ineptitude feedthenation: John Ullyot, who just resigned as chief Pentagon spokesman, and is a friend of Hegseth, says that the Pentagon is in “total chaos”.
He writes:
“It’s been a month of total chaos at the Pentagon. From leaks of sensitive operational plans to mass firings, the dysfunction is now a major distraction for the president.
Even strong backers of the secretary like me must admit: The last month has been a full-blown meltdown at the Pentagon — and it’s becoming a real problem for the administration.
There are very likely more shoes to drop in short order, with even bigger bombshell stories coming this week, key Pentagon reporters have been telling sources privately.” |

Regarding the bolded, I want the next Pope to be more spiritual and less of a political activist. Oh my 😢. May be rest in peace. Well if asking that we end conflicts and treat other humans well is activism, we should all be activists. There’s no depth to any spiritual belief that ignores human suffering. |

Disrupted lives for no reason except to shut down organizations investigating him and accessing billions of American taxpayer protected information. If this wasn’t clear to you from the beginning I don’t know what to tell you. Pointing to reporting from the New York Times that claims made by DOGE don't add up, Rattner had the MSNBC producers put up a graph with a heading reading, "Budget savings are tiny."
Notingthe differences between DOGE "promises vs realities," Rattner explained to the "Morning Joe" panel, "There's been an enormous amount of commotion. You've had a bunch of people lose their jobs. You've had confusion all over the place. What do we have to show for it? Well, back during the campaign, Donald Trump claimed that he was going to cut $2 trillion from our annual budget. And, by the way, our annual budget is 7 trillion, so you're talking he would have been talking, obviously, about a massive, massive cut."
Using his charts, he continued, "They quickly realized that was not successful. In January, they said, we'll cut a trillion out of the budget and, by the way, the government's fiscal year is now more than half over anyway. But then on April 10th, they lowered it to $150 billion."
He added, "So $2 trillion, $1 trillion, 150 –– but even the $150 billion, the New York Times did a very thorough investigation of this. $90 and $92 billion of it is unspecified. Nobody knows where that's coming from."
"So for all the commotion, all the layoffs, all the unhappy people, there's very little to show for it. And you can see that most clearly over here because this tracks federal spending month by month since the beginning of each year, back from 2022. And as you would expect, it went up a little bit in 23, a little bit in 24, but it's actually gone up a good bit in 25. So there's still no impact whatsoever on government spending from all of, as I said, the commotion that Musk has created in Washington." |

This is y’all’s president. On Easter nonetheless. Can’t even take a break from being a hate-filled obsessed mad for one day. The way republicans act so disgusting in public because they’ve been allowed to get away with so much bad behavior is the reason why a lunatic like this can be in office.
I’m sure he will have a cardiac arrest if he simply posted a happy Easter message that wasn’t highly divisive. To the imps that say Obama was divisive instead of recognizing that racist trolls hated him, how do you classify Trump then? He surely doesn’t let any opportunity to “otherize” pass him by.
“Won the election” but still perpetually bitter. The sorest winner of all time.

Trump and magats of course think only short term and they don't understand that international students also bring in money and are a valuable human resource for American industry. At least they owned the libs. That’s more important. They Forget that since we gave up our status as a manufacturing super power long long ago, some of the things holding us up on the world stage is our status as one of the intellectual capitals of the world. Why would an international student seek American education now when they don’t know if their studies will be tailored to match what Trump wants rather than what’s true and proven? |

Or more like loosely translated, every thing he said was based on science not his opinion. Therefore attacking that was an attack on science. You know like the evidence that; 1)vaccines help reduce the spread of diseases 2) that hygiene practices like hand washing prevents the spread of diseases 3) that social distancing helps slow the spread of diseases. These are simple concepts proven by science. Not up for debate or attack. Unless you’re Maga and your Incompetent president wants to make distract you from his incompetence by politicizing time tested disease prevention measures. basilico: Faucci funded the creation of covid-19. That's all you need to know. The committee grilled witnesses and went through documents. Everyone round the world was affected and Dr Death It’s very dangerous,” Fauci told MSNBC. “A lot of what you’re seeing as attacks on me quite frankly are attacks on science, because all of the things that I have spoken about consistently from the very beginning, have been fundamentally based on science.”
Loosely translated Dr Faucci is the science.. You are questioning evidence. Faucci was pardoned gir what reason. A rumour about Trump from a lunatic you believe . House investigation committee you doubt. |

armyofone: Coco, I'm in the process of applying for someone. I heard they don't give students visa if you are sponsored by a family member. Is this true ? That might actually be true. Having a family member here as a student means you might not return after your graduation. I applied for a student visa twice for a relative and got denied both times. Admission and finances all straight . Every requirement was met but of course the VO thought there was no compelling evidence that the student would return to Nigeria upon graduation. So it could be true that having family in the USA might be a disadvantage. Makes sense. |

You would think Covid only happened in America and most Ministers of Health around the world did not enact the same policies as Fauci. All the countries of world got together and agreed to sabotage their trillions in their economies and kill millions of their citizens so that Fauci can sell some vaccines (that was paid for by the govt mind you). No one paid a Penny out of pocket to get those vaccines. All govt funded. The govts that stood behind the vaccines gained what exactly? The deaths and decimated economies and the money they had to pay to get people vaccinated? I don’t know what to tell anyone who takes MGT as their source of information. IjeBos: When people called the earth round, I'm sure they were called woke or the equivalent in their days by the flat earthers. What about those who dreamt up electricity? Or those who freed the slaves, they fought a war to protect the south from those woke northen ideas What about those who ended segregation? Or those who fought for equality for African American? What do you think they called women who wanted to vote? Or those who started developing electric cars?
You can disagree with the trans issue, no matter how ill thought out, it started from a place of inclusion and non discrimination. That math you speak of, it was developed by someone woke in their time. It always baffles me that Conservatives in their poor red states somehow believe they are smarter or add more to the country than all those red states with their high GDP's and super hard to get into colleges. Levels of delusions. ‼️ |

These are the so called worst of the worst violent criminals. Traffic ticket and fishing violation from 6 years ago. Visa Revoked Without Human Review
The reason for the revocation being served: Onda has been identified in a criminal records check. Yet, according to his attorney, Adam Crayk, the Japanese man only has two speeding tickets on his record, in addition to a catch and release violation from a fishing trip six years ago , which was eventually dismissed. So how did we reach this point?
Speaking to KSL NewsRadio, Crayk said it was an automatic revocation issued by a computer. “It’s turned out that the Department of Homeland Security has used a tech bot to simply go out and search,” he said. “And anything that comes back with any type of criminally related conduct… it issued a revocation. It was never subject to human review or human eyes.”
As the action is so arbitrary and capricious, Crayk revealed that he is filing a temporary restraining order (TRO) in court to challenge the validity of the revocation. For Onda, though, it remains a very worrying situation. “I feel helpless,” he told KSL NewsRadio’s Adam Small. “Like nobody knows (the) answer, nobody knows what to do, what’s going to happen.”
Onda added that BYU has been very supportive, but he is preparing for the worst. The situation is also proving very stressful for his family. He is married with five children, two of whom were born in the States. They now don’t know whether they’ll be able to finish the school year over there
