Plot twist🤔

Coco is green fingered, and can easily grow flowers like this in her garden, what if the neighbour nicked coco's own flowers from her garden to give to her? 🧐🧐😂😂

I am all for justice. My post refers to women who strictly got married to divorce and cash out big. Women in the West do this a lot. It is not news.

If a wife and her husband built their wealth together, then for God's sake, they should share it proportionally to their contribution. She should and must not be cheated from her sowings.
@bold and those aren’t the type of women these NL posts are talking about if we are being honest.

They are often talking a regular guy who has a regular job married to his regular wife who is often financially his peer.

The men who are worried about gold diggers coming after them are the ones who don’t even fit into the category of having assets to protect. If they were, they would already have property managers, investment advisers and accountants who would already be working for them helping them protect their assets not only from prospective manipulative spouses but from the general litigious public.

Those their uncles whose stories they keep bringing to NL are often depending on the wives they marry to contribute financially to keep the homes afloat. BTW This is not a bad thing at all.

But when divorce happens they’re quick to come to the internet to talk about how she took everything. It just stems from a bad habit of having no regard for women’s contributions in marriages.

Are all these loopholes not for people who have premarital assets to safeguard?

The reason why your average Nigerian man abroad is not doing it because it can only happen in his dreams.

The women they are claiming are coming to cart away their property helped build said properties. They didn’t get wealthy until they got married and by the power of combined income their collective wealth grew. Hence they can’t claim it belongs to them alone.

But they’ll come on the internet and sell y’all lamba and you’ll believe it.
pansophist:
Not prenuptial agreement. There are ways one can secure their assets after divorce. The ''Hakimi route'' is one. The houses, cars assets, etc, you enjoy should be under a company name that belongs to a trusted family member (mother or adult child).

Have a business ATM card from the company and spend from there. Live lavishly as you want, but make sure all your spending, holiday trips, etc are declared as business expenses. Your salary should probably be the minimum wage, so like 100k naira. That's your real earnings and everything you have.

The assets that a court will share between spouses are personal assets. They can't give a company car to her, that's theft. So though you earn 100k, your lifestyle is of a wealthy individual. That is how lots of businessmen don't pay tax much.

For example, you pay more tax percentage-wise than Jeff Bezos, who is the wealthiest man in the world lol. So during divorce, it is from your 100k salary they will use to make any calculations. So in reality, you are broke grin

Since Women have learned to shoot without missing, men should learned to fly without perching.' Two can play this game cool

Tell Mrbrownjay

He needs to learn a thing or two from this post
DeLaRue:
Truth is, women don't understand men's body. An even greater truth is the majority of men don't know how their body works.

1. Ability to have excellent erections irrespective of your age is not guaranteed. Many men over 40 will experience reduced ability to have spontaneous erections, the type a 25 yr old will have at the sight of anything that moves. By the time a man hits 50, the challenge will become more pronounced. He might still be having strong erections but his sexual spontaneity will reduce significantly that his wife will begin to notice. He will just not be interested as much as he used to previously. It is nature. It's got nothing to do with how beautiful or ugly his wife is.

2. At around the age of 40 onwards, a man's blood vessel begins to narrow slowly. By the time he hits late 40s early 50s, the narrowing starts getting progressively more pronounced. Narrawing of vessels mean less and less blood can go through. And we know, excellent blood flow generally correlates with strong erections. Poor blood flow means less strong or frequent erections.

3. Testosterone is a good predictor of sexual desire. But Testosterone starts falling with age. Less Testosterone means less desire for sex. Yes, agbo, sugary power drinks can give you occasional and temporary boost, but in the end they do not address the underlying problem and they will do even more damage to your health long term.

At least 75% of all men will face the above issues in their lifetime. It doesn't matter whether you never drink and always eat a good diet. It's just that someone who drinks heavily, eats poorly and never exercise will likely experience those challenges earlier and more in their lifetime.

There are many handsome, six pack, physically fit young men that have severely low Testosterone and are not highly motivated for sex. Yet, there are poor men who eat poor diet, and never exercise and have the sort of strong erections and frequent desires for sex that many rich, middle and uper class people can only dream of.

And there are no easy solutions. If all that was needed was medication, then male doctors would have the strongest erections and highest sexual desires in the world. But we know, doctors face exactly the same problems.

It is just the hand that nature has dealt men, but a few are luckier than others. Some men are still going sttrong in their 60s and 70s (very few though). Women on the other hand are at their highest levels of sexual desire between 35 and 50 years old exactly the time that most men are tiring.

Unfortunate for men smiley

Stop humiliating your man if he can no longer do as strongly or as often as he used to. Nature has simply caught up with him. IT'S MOST LIKELY NOT HIS FAULT. If you already have children and he was performing well before, I advise you MANAGE your man. He can't do much about his situation. If you keep piling him with Agbo and all sorts of sexual enhancers, you are going to create more medical problems for him. Neither will sexy new underwear or clothes make much difference.
Health › Re: You Are The Luckiest Woman On Earth If Your Husband "Joystick" Is Still Active by cococandy(f): 3:52pm On Jun 22, 2024
If he’s having blood flow issues due to age or health related problems, young girl or not, he’ll still have same issues.

That’s why a lot of men patronize these weird penis enhancing or erecting medications that leave them dead inside a vagina sometimes. That’s also why a lot of them run from woman to woman seeking what they’ve lost. They refuse to accept they are past their prime. They blame everything and everyone but themselves for their poor health and life choices that led to being 45 years old and incapable of sustaining an erection for long.

Men’s pride is their undoing. If not, many of them will get of their high horses and learn why these issues are happening and how to take care of themselves to prevent it.

Cc Mrbrownjay. You’re calling post birth women whales. What are your words for most of your Nigerian pals who are 40+ and rocking apron belly even though they never had a child. What’s their excuse?

grin @bold. Too funny

But yes I don’t understand the need to separate property when married. What’s the plan? To go live separately after it’s built or what?

Except the fact that some of these folks are cunning and they know they’re not really truly in those unions wholeheartedly. Or they want another property somewhere they can hide another family and live double lives. Even if it’s just an investment property, what’s the extra income for? Isn’t it to spend on your family? So why can’t the property be in the couples joint name? All these games.

Any specific soil to buy ?
Any idea about Africa Voilet ?
When I landscaped my backyard, the guy that did it filled the beds with soil. I don’t think he used a specific store bought soil. But sometimes after harvest, I usually top off with the generic one from Costco (miracle gro).

Then every time I seed or transplant seedlings, I use organic starter fertilizer (EB Stone Organics brand). I also add kitchen scraps as I go.

Africa violet is pretty but I haven’t grown it before.

Download the app; “farm your yard”. It helps me when I’m not familiar with a new crop I’m trying to grow

Cocobabes, for now westcoast.

Any idea when to plant the seeds I listed ?
Oh I see. Well west coast can be very varied. Like in Oregon/Washington state it’s like zone 4 (cool weather crops) but up in California it’s zone 9 (warm weather crops)

I’ve not grown ugu here but since it is a pumpkin, I would plant it in the spring/summer so I can harvest in the fall like other pumpkins.

The garden eggs I would also plant during the warm months because egg plants love warm (not hot) weather. So spring planting as well and harvest in the summer.

The scent leafs are perennial. if you’re in California I think you’re golden. It will do well anytime the ground is not freezing.

I didn’t garden at all when I lived in Washington so I don’t know how that part of the west coast does with certain plants but I’m sure the scent leaf will do well in warm weather.

Lucky you. I would love a scent leaf bush

It cost this much?

Are you kidding me? shocked shocked

Kendamil 800mg - 27k last time I checked. My girls finish a can in 3-4 days. I have no idea the current price as they got 36 cans for free and so much more (other brands of baby food, diapers that would last almost a year, over 80 packs of baby wipes, clothes, cash gifts from far and near, etc.) since their mom's/my wife's painful and regrettable passing. In fact, a few NLers who may not want their names mentioned here gave them about a million Naira.

Despite God's faithfulness and the surprisingly huge blessings, it's a FULL STOP for me. I'm DONE DONE with the birthing thing.

When did I bullcrap it? Pls go away

A theory states that IN THEORY based on the factual definition of all the associating factors, something should be a certain a way. But we don’t know this for a fact because it’s untested and we haven’t seen it empirically. Hence it’s a theory not a law.

So it’s a bit dangerous to be telling someone they can imagine their way into wealth or good health because in theory, there’s another reality in which they are healthy and well to do.

She grew back her breast back only because she believed strongly in it.
