True exercise helps alot. Since I started working out vigorously at home everyday, there is this unexplained feeling of self satisfaction I started having.

Everyone in my family and circle of friends would tell you that I am the most self-disciplined person in the world but they don't know what I am doing when they are asleep.

I have restricted the intake of such things to 'cheat days' which happens to be once a week. You only live once .

As for the ice cream, that's why I don't have such things in my house most of the time. If I do, they keep calling me, calling me, calling me. I hear voices. I can resist for some hours only to get up from the bed, after having brushed my teeth, and finish it off completely.

Oyinbo dey try sha. Ordinarily I cant even eat pasta/noodles cooked in with in soup/having juice here and there; Now using bread to sop it up again. Ah! If I go any Italian restaurant I will respect myself and just tell them to give me wine and more wine
