how did you do it. where can i get one please?
Marinate overnight in seasoning mix of your choice.

Then place in hot grill that has been oiled. Reduce heat and allow chicken to cook thoroughly in its juice. Then increase the heat and to let it blacken a bit. Enjoy.

Where can you get what? The chicken or the grill?
If it’s the chicken, we have already finished it grin.
As for the grill, home stores will usually have it.

They bleach because Nigerian men will take a fair skinned lady anytime than the dark one.

It's so humiliating and demoralizing that as you and your boo are walking down the road, he will be openly ogling the fair lady passing by without minding that u are by his side.

Family › Re: Why Are Fathers Not Helping Our Female Children? by cococandy(f): 12:40pm On Nov 26, 2019
First you’re right that providing money isn’t the only parental responsibility of a father.

However the men who behave in such manners don’t specifically single out their daughters to treat in such ways. It’s just the influence of their cultural beliefs on them which they do exhibit to all their kids, male and female alike.

If anything, they might even be more emotionally available for their daughters than their sons. Truly.

I feel like your post is skewed in the wrong direction.
All children do indeed need physical displays of love and affection from their fathers but no gender needs it more than the sons do.
They need everything you’ve typed in your post including constant hugs and kisses.

The world is hurting for it to become a norm.

Family › Re: Is it necessary to retrieve the car??....Am confused by cococandy(f): 5:38am On Nov 26, 2019
So, your fathers in-law gave him a car and the next thing is for your fathers man-of-God friend to tell him the in-law is using the car against?

Let these men of God learn to fear God o.

Since the car was given away by your dad, has his fortune improved? And even if it has, who’s to say it’s related to the car?
Weren’t you guys already having a hard time before the in-law stepped in to graciously give your family the car?
Who was responsible for all that initial hardship?

Honestly it sucks to help extended family sometimes.
No wonder some folks just stay away to avoid stories.
Family › Re: Is it necessary to retrieve the car??....Am confused by cococandy(f): 5:33am On Nov 26, 2019
If your father wants it back, try to get it back.

There’s nothing like juju or jazz.

However I acknowledge that it would be awkward.

Also how well would the car be functioning at this point? Those are things you need to consider before getting it back. So that you don’t end up having to keep fixing it.

The same posters who shame single/divorced women and make useless comments about children raised by single moms also wonder why women care about the opinions of the society?

The synaptic gaps seem to be enormous.
I’m guessing anything to hate on women flies. Even if it means dancing on both sides of the argument simultaneously. Sigh.

I think often times, we know these things, we just want to be funny.

A lady who would rush to help her married sister would expect to be catered for hands and foot in her married brother's house.
Family › Re: She Married An Old Fashioned Man, Kindly Advise Her by cococandy(f): 1:56am On Nov 26, 2019
You know the kinds of advice the hypocritical lot would have been dishing out if it was the husband who’s going more than a year now without sex. cool
yeyeosoronga:
Sex is actually classed as a physiological need, as with food , water, health, sleep, shelter, clothing.
These are even classed before safety needs.
Madam has been deprived of sex for almost a year or more since she found out she was pregnant, till the baby will stop breastfeeding. That will be close to a total of 2 years at the very least, of not meeting her sexual needs. That's definitely more than being icky about sex on the husband's part.
While a vibrator or d.ildo can do a pretty good job too, I doubt if a young girl in marriage will want to see that as her lifetime sentence
I wonder how the man has been meeting his own sexual needs though...

Properties › Re: Dr. Harvey Olufunm Buys House 3 Years After Migrating To UK - See How He Did It! by cococandy(f): 4:08pm On Nov 25, 2019
Of course mortgage definitely wins renting.
sonnie10:
The question of rent and mortgage which is better is one that I had diligently considered in past.
Mortgage wins especially when you have long term plans.
Say for you rent a decent 3 bedroom for $1800. All that money will go to a landlord who obviously has the house by mortgage. You are only helping someone else to build equality.
But when you have a mortgage on the same 3 bedroom house of say $250k, you might be paying the same or just a little more depending on your initial down payment.

Here are some of the benefits;

Part of the monthly payment goes to Principal which builds your equity on the property.
You can rent out a spare room for almost $500 a month
You get tax credit at the end of the year
Property value would increase over time even after a recession if you are able to keep
Most importantly, home ownership creates stability to family life and ensures a decent, personalized lifestyle.

That’s how you know many posters on NL just type and post.
No real first hand understanding of what they are posting on.

sonnie10:
The interest rate part is not true. If you include the 4-5% interest rate over 30 year for a conventional mortgage for that amount, it runs in millions

bilulu:
Nice one bro but I don’t really know if you can sell off a house you got on mortgage. If you live close to those on mortgage you will realize it is easier to pay rent than get a mortgage.
None of this is true.

If you’re paying mortgage on a house, it’s yours. You can sell it and get bank the money you’ve already put into it. And the bank resells the house to someone else.

The hard part about getting a house is saving up the down payment. Which for a decent house with a minimum of four bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms in good location is anywhere from 30-80 thousand dollars.

Once you have your down payment saved up and a good credit history, it’s easier than renting.

If I live close to those on mortgage? grin
That was funny
