He's probably not even guilty of whatever he was put in there for. He tried to escape because he saw himself spending the rest of his life there with no trial. And yes that can easily happen.

Fvcked up country. Disgusting practices. No sanity in any sector. No wonder everyone is a little mad.

When will Nigerians ever learn? We cry for CHANGE and yet are not willing to embrace CHANGE!

Nigeria is currently facing a recession and we are talking about growing the Naira.

Yet one fair skinned mama decides to choose Greece as her wedding venue and even printed the card there with Foreign exchange. I don't think there has ever been an incident where someone from Greece decides to wed and chose Nigeria as a venue! And this is a woman who even hosts a TV TALK SHOW!

I know the present Govt may not be up to their game but we as citizen should learn to play our part in issues bordering on the economy.

Monalisa, YOU DISAPPOINT ME!
Show me a place like this in Nigeria and my next vacation I promise I'll go there. You guys want celebrities to grow the economy by spending their hard earned money celebrating in Nigeria when the government can't even provide the basics for them to rely on. No light to depend on. Ugly environment except some chosen areas. If rain falls, your guests will wade through dirty muddy water to get home:
So I shouldn't go somewhere like this to celebrate my day/time (if I can) out of loyalty to a country that doesn't care about me?

Mtchew. Not happening

Someone who was raped may not feel like taking pregnancy pictures. Just saying.

However I'm sure if she's real she will have other means of proving it if she doesn't have the photos. Like a home visit, doctors release papers, baby hospital birth certificate etc etc.
thorpido:
Stories could be similar yet different personalities.I'm not saying Op is real but let's give her the benefit of doubt.Godzchild's details are with some honourable people in this section so if she's the same person,it will be so easy to find out.She says she was raped but Godzchild wasn't.

She has to show more proofs than just documents. She has to show pregnancy pictures amongst other things.

Let's just keep our fingers crossed. This will take a few days to sort out.

Totally agree. Great post.
Acidosis:
I don't want to believe or doubt your post, but I think a job, 'family", friends, lover, social support, are all you need (not money in the actual sense).

So many people have made the mistake of asking for money, when all they need is "connection".

Without a well-defined purpose, no amount of money will ever be enough for you . You have to tell people, and yourself what you want to do with money in order to help yourself earn a good reputation, and a great living.

From your post, I'm aware money is needed to raise a child, but much more is needed to raise an adult. Put the past behind, and forge ahead. This may not be the best time to think of getting a job, business or something, but please you need people, friends to do the " thinking", and help you find your feet again.

Whether your story is true or not, I wish you the best gift that fits your efforts. Cheers.

But she's pregnant with her own child eh? Some people have an amazing lack of empathy for their fellow human beings. Even when they are in the same position as those they are hurting they just can't put themselves in the shoes of others.

if you are looking for empirical evidence I cant help you. you think drug companies that make trillions from cancer treatment medications will promote or allow empirical data from natural cure to get to the surface ? you are on ya own ooooo.
If you have no empirical evidence, you have no evidence.

Let the natural care providers produce their own evidence instead of waiting for drug companies to promote them. In the course of making this video they could have easily put before and after photos of the patients, verifiable doctors reports from before and after the treatment etc. simple things like that to begin with. Instead they went on to talk all through the video and I'm supposed to believe it because it's on video? I can make a video too. Nothing special about that.
Health › Re: Mayowa Ahmed Of #SaveMayowa Is Dead by cococandy(f): 5:43pm On Aug 21, 2016
This is proof? Some people making claims on video that can't be verified. Where's the study to show that it's a actually true? I can have someone video me and say anything. Doesn't make it true. There has to be a representative population who have tried this and it worked and they have proof that anyone who tries it will benefit from it. There has to be empirical evidence. Not God did this or that. You can't verify such things.

I'm not saying alternative medicine isn't a thing but you have to have facts to show that your claim is true.
AlphaPegasi:
its non-conventional methods. if you understand cancer is caused by low electromagnetic frequency of vibration in the body then you can reverse it by eating electric foods. its a very restrictive lifestyle but you cant eat suya and eba and orishirishi meat etc etc again. you have to eat only electric living foods to reverse it. here are a few testimonies

What's the difference between what you're saying and what he is saying?

After prolonging the life (maybe a few more months), won't the person still die?
Toks2008:
If you are ignorant about something you don't make conclusions.

She had ovarian cancer and YES IT CAN BE CURTAILED IF NOT TOTALLY CURED.

Currently, the standard treatment for Stage IV ovarian cancer consists of both surgery and chemotherapy. Unfortunately, less than 10% of patients experience long-term survival following standard treatment. This is because Stage IV ovarian cancer is difficult to completely remove with surgery and the currently available chemotherapy is unable to eradiate all of the remaining cancer but can prolong the patients life and improve overall survival.

Why rain curses on Linda?

The girl had stage 4 cancer for crying out loud.
The case was beyond miracles and they should have focused on palliative end of life care.

RIP to the girl
Reminds me of djdola's case too. In both cases cachexia had already set in before they started asking for help.

If only it was detected earlier.

May she RIP.

I feel sorry for that poor boy. So he gets locked out at nights and during the day has to sit outside for his guardians and their kids to get back from wherever they went to? And in addition neighbors can actually go into his keeper's house, drag him out and beat him up for offenses he commited towards them. Smh.. So he's practically raising himself is that it?

Anyway sorry about your predicament. Hope you make the right decision.
Family › Re: I Have A Family Problem by cococandy(f): 1:05pm On Aug 21, 2016
If your wife says they use something different than what you want to give them, maybe have a rethink. You don't want to give a gift that they won't really use.

I don't even know what's worth quarreling about in this matter. Let your wife oversee the giving of the gifts. Buy them and let her be the one to send it. As long as it's not beneath what you intended to give them it's all good.

Address the issue of your wife's suspicion. Maybe she is simply paranoid but a little doubt can sow a seed that will grow into something huge tomorrow.
