The good news is that Peter Obi and Datti understand the whole game. They're countering their moves by penetrating North and capturing votes of Christians and other ethnic groups outside Fulani and Hausa. Truth is that Hausa and Fulani muslims have always voted their own and it won't change now. While Tinubu is deceiving himself that they will vote for him, Peter Obi knows those to target and thaty why he is going to places like Kafanchan, Zaria and southern Borno instead of just focusing on the state capitals like his rivals.

Obi might end up getting more votes in the North than Tinubu. This is because, the more he gains inroads in the North, the more their feudal leaders become scared of allowing muslim votes to be divided. So they're now building a consensus around Atiku while mounting pressure on Kwankwaso to withdraw. They're also encouraging Northern governors to pay lip service to Tinubu while being indifferent so that muslim clerics will do the brainwashing on their masses. Tinubu has already realized what is happening but it has become too late for him to do anything about it.

It's now a Game of Thrones and Kwankwaso will soon drop in favour of Atiku to avoid losing out completely since his followers are fast moving over to PDP.

The election is technically narrowing down to a fight between Obi and Atiku, because even federal government has joined in ensuring that Tinubu is completely taken out. be
