My take is nobody can change anything in Nigeria if the structure is left as it is. Buhari cannot do natin. Even GEJ can only do so much.

My solution:

We need to go back to regional govt.
Every region should develope whatever they have comparative advantage of. Yes agric exploited in the nort can give as much revenue to its region.
Pay a % tax to the fed govt and keep the rest as would be agreed by all regions.
Regions bring their own reps to the national assembly and every region will be responsible for their upkeep. Whatever the SW is paying its NA memebers will not be the business of the SS or NW or MB.
The responsibilities of the fed govt will be limited to some responsibities like Foreign Affairs, with regions having representatives.
Boundry commission determined by FG.
Regional police etc

There are just a few things the Fg would be responsible for? Things like edu, agric, health, science & tech, tourism drive etc will be left to the regions.

Now I am sure that if someone proposes this, we all know those that would refuse, yet they want power.

There is a wide diff between Moyes and LvG atleast at this point. At the end of the season wherever we finish will give a complete pic as we would be able to assess both managers after a year.

Even if we lose the next game, we see the improvements and know its just a matter of time we get back to what we were - Champions!
