But to start to correct this nonsense happening, the first thing to do is to get rid of this Ole and get a progressive coach that has a plan, motivate the few within the squad that he can, bin some and get in his own players. It would take time but we will see progress. With Ole I ain't seeing nada regardless of whether players are useless or not.

See Lampard, there is progress there for all to see.

Let's focus on OGS. Saying I gave reasons for Lvg and Mou and do not want to do same with OGS is because I have seen enough to know that he will not take us anywhere.

Oga leave matter, OGS doesn't even look like he can motivate any player to give more, he has no push and his tactics/strategy has shown that he is clueless. His sub's are also sub par.

My argument was that a new manager can come in with 3new players to change the dynamics of a team,he should also be to motivate at least 3 other players in the team to execute his philosophy, that's 6players already. Has OGS done that? Who are the players he has impacted since he came or we still need to give more time for that.

He bought Maguire, James and AWB and we see their deficiencies here, what's the guarantee he would be able buy players to suit his style of play. What's his style of play? Counter!!! So once a team sits back we are fvcked. And for your info, there are more teams willing and able to sit back against us than the supposed top 5 teams we seem to do well against because they also want to dominate.

How do we continue to do well against top teams and then fall apart with mid to bottom table teams. Its not the 1st or 2nd or 3 time this is happening.

My position is clear, time or no time OGS will not take us anywhere from what I have observed.

Let's leave the LvG, Mou and OGS can't do anything with these players. The dynamics of the team has changed since LvG so in essence I would ask you a question?

Can a coach change the dynamics of a team with the addition of 3 good players?

Mou and OGS have had at least 3 players to the team and we were not impressed with style of play.

To be honest the styles of this 3 coaches were not exactly tailor made to united style of dominating teams.

Mou really wasn't known for dominating teams, please correct me if I am wrong. LvG style was possession, hug the ball and hurt your opponent, it didn't work even with the players they brought in.

Now to OGS, to answer your qestion and I will be blunt. He cannot and will not amount to anything we desire in this club even if given 5yrs (supposed enough time) and a billion dollars.

He needs to fvck off first for united to start making any sort of progress.

It’s a combination of bad coaching and average players.

The same players look world class when we play the big teams because they play into our counter attacking set up. I have being screaming this since the beginning of the season. No need to keep saying the same thing over and over again.

Apart from that Lingard chance, we really did struggle to create chances in this match. It point to the fact that they don’t practice any attacking move (that’s not counter attacking) in training.

I have been screaming this since time immemorial.

But the first thing to do IMO is get rid of the coach first, Ole cannot handle the club. Its only a coach that knows what he is doing that will be able to bin whoever is lazy and buy players that will bring us back to where we out to be.

Ole will waste any transfer money he would be given.

That Mourinho and LvG failed is not and excuse to keep this Ole.

I agree with you. But what I meant was that blames can be for the coach or player depending on what's happening on the field.

If a coach gets his tactics and strategy right, playing the right players in their preferred position and the player starts messing up then the player gets the blame.

Right now if lingard is playing in his preferred position and playing rubbish, he gets the blame not the coach.

Imaging playing Martial at RB and he is playing rubbish, who gets the blame?

Ole though, has still not convinced me. But the players themselves are annoying.

Buys a jeep with the embezzled money to be able to navigate the abandoned dilapidated road and feels he has arrived. Meanwhile if he had executed the contract everyone would be enjoying the road and he would have still been able to buy a Toyota corrola with his profit.
