@BABE!, you nko? Your name suggests you are quite a BABE! This is true? #justasking |
it depends on the kind of girl. Do you need alata or iya oni buredi lyrics? |
Frankly I've never had an issue with inter-marrying or whatever you want to call it- but recently that I am thinking about settling down, I just have a preference to date Yoruba women. Don't really consider any other ethnicity. Seems a bit naive. Am I lame? |
I dunno if it's love or pain. It hurts either way. |
It's never easy but ya need ta move on. The more you press on, the more he will treat you like dirt. You can't force someone to be with you, and when they get that kind of attitude towards you, you need to leave them be. Move on dear, you'll be just fine. BleSs! |
Trust me, love is it. The greatest feeling in the world when you've seen it. |
can i get in the middle of this dyt chocolate and honeycity gist? sounds like a threat! |
Most of the guys on the thread are saying pretty much the same thing in one way or another. I wonder if we've all been dating the same girl. @nayah, talk to your kind. this is what they are doing to boys. not saying all women are like this but it is what is happening. |
funny people on this thread. @slimey, i (security guard man) want everything you(woman,____) have to offer and more. so what is all that in real life? @nayah, now ure talking, women want love and "security" ala a guy with a nice jeep ![]() ha! |
Story. if we go by @nayah , then @araregem you need to support you guy in "money and kind." There is the PC correct answer for this question that most women will give you, "love, honesty, respect" Oya the lot of you women, i am a security guard at Tantalizer but I can love and respect you wholeheartedly. Any takers? |
@OP, trust me he's cheated on you. Now you gotta decide if you want to live with that or move on. My advice: move on and find some1 with strong enough character not to cheat on. A man who cheats is a weak man (so help me God!) Cheating is a symptom of problems you are going to have in the future. Good luck. @sista-jay, why the hate now? We all have personal experiences and must learn from them but we shouldn't generalize. A man or woman can be Nigerian, British, American or whatever. There are good as well as bad eggs in every 20 dozen. None of this is peculiar to Nigerians alone so don't generalize. Peace! |
not easy at all. it will take time to regain, years probably. it takes true remorse for the wrong done and renewed commitment to putting things back together. and prayer. |
Sounds to me lotta these guys like i-neva-chop girls |
@taniboo, check ur box. |
@DYT, uh? @sexkillz, lol ure a funny man "iswearigawd" I guess men have been asking this question for centuries. |
who is this one, abeg komot! |
@strongman i was here first now! why? @dyt, oya ow far? u betya, i IS a fine boi! After 'fine' & 'too good' true love, n e other tin a guy need to woo ya? |
This guy is lonely. |
Dyt:, lotta love o'er ere. come about. seriously. |
@taniboo, you sound like the female me. funny thing is I tick most of your boxes but it sounds to me like you are looking for the perfect person. You aint gonna get it all, we all fall short somewhere. I have found this out. Hit me up anyway, let's talk. |
Socialism is pseudo-Communism in disguise. In communism, you work as hard as you can for the state and for others (supposedly). Needless to say communism doesn't work because of man's (leaders) inability to curb his greed in the long run. In an ideal world communism sounds the perfect model, but in the real world it eventually crumbles. Socialism breeds bums who live off the state (everyone else working for the state). So back to Capitalism which you say breeds greed. You work as hard as you can for yourself, that is the motto. None is perfect I guess but I take Capitalism. |
I started with, don't give her flowers anyway. We agree on "taking her out" But going to Mr Biggs is not "taking her out" , and you don't have to be "westernized" to appreciate flowers. |
@freecocoa, if you are serious, try as much as possible not to have too much cash on you in person. I am not a heavy spender but I find that if there's money on me, I will find something to do with it, even if I don't need whatever it is I am buying. You need to impose a "broke" feeling on yourself. |
Mr Biggs? @tom28, you my friend need to read page 28 of my "women's guide" OP, if you are in the mood (and budget agrees), go out on your own and buy her a nice dress (you should know her size) and some bad ass heels and earrings. Buy yourself a nice shirt too. On her birthday, a nice evening dinner at a nice upscale restaurant. She'll love it. All this is subject to ya wallet sha but if you can manage N30-60k, that should do it depending, Holla! |
"I'm in love with a man nearly twice my age! - SHABBA!" HA! |
see what i said. omo use your money buy suya jare! @vivicatee, what should he give her oh? |
Bush Nigerian girls don't know anything about romance. |
Yaba, N1m ke? |
I believe it is. Many landords are now taking 1 year. Thank God! |
Fact of the matter is there is something like 50-60% unemployment in Nigeria. That is to say, 50-60% of 18-60 year olds are not working. That means 40% of that, abled bodied people, feed the entire population. $2 a day does sound a bit ridiculous but it's not a far off estimate. Nigerians get defensive when we get pummeled in the media and everywhere else. Facing the truth and recognizing our problems is how we begin to solve 'em. Needles to say, we are in a pathetic state. Peace. |
120 years old? Sorry, I don't buy it. |
